Be sure to get a reservation. As for the menu, you're given what looks like a bingo card with different selections. They course your meal out for you depending on what you they tell you that between two people, you might share 4 to 6 items. We got the layered French onion potato, the gnocchi, each of us got one order of the two bite tacos. We did the cod and then we did the medium rare cookies. Let me tell you, not. One thing I tasted was bad. Everything was absolutely delicious and you could tell the secret ingredient was love, intentionality, and fresh ingredients. It was also fun because we sat at the bar and were able to watch the chef Cook he talked to us quite a bit and his hospitality made the experience that much more delightful. I'm already counting down the days until we can go back again. The crazy thing is liberty is all but unmarked from the outside I would have never known it was a restaurant, let alone a must try Restaurant and Fort Myers based on its exterior appearance alone, but trust. There's an outdoor bar and eating area. There's also a very large open indoor dining area adorned with a wraparound hand painted nature mural. Really cool. I thought that it might have been an educational conservation center or something at first. Anyway, we went on all our can eat shrimp or shrimp taco night. Our server was friendly and shared some recommendations. I opted for a burger and my husband got the all you can eat shrimp tacos. My burger was pleasantly tasty and the tacos were good. Note: it took a little time for the shrimp to come out after the first round came out so I recommend ordering the next round as soon as you get the ones you are eating. Also, specify how many tacos you want or you will probably get just one each time. The food was good. It was pretty empty in there, but I am sure the weekends with live music bring in more activity.
