I used to work around the area so I would end up eating here more than I normally would. The steak subs are huge. i got a chicken kebab salad? one time, that was really good. the pizza is blah. i ordered a turkey club one time and i literally got deli turkey slices on 2 slices of whole wheat bread. i pointed out its missing everything a club sandwich is and they remade it for me (it wasn't that great after all even with all the ingredients.) It's really average, not bad, but not the best either - depends what you order. I have always had good customer service though. read more

Chicken finger subs are great..pizza is horrible sauce is disgusting any time we get it the dough is undercooked ... Fast friendly service ..fast delivery ... If u get fries make sure you ask for them to be well done or they will be very soggy .. Try the subs stay away from the pizza read more

They are pretty hit or miss depending on what you order, so I stick to my main things. I like the online order and deliver thing. its convenient. Great pizza, overflowing dinners, for the price you can't go wrong, the cheeseburger dinner is two burgers, with fries and salad, two burgers, everything is made to order so the fried are not getting soggy under the heat lamps. Always good food, I come here for the subs, which are excellent. They have an easy online ordering system, which is practically unheard of for a small, local business, so that's definitely a plus. I used to love this place's pizza. I'd order it 2X a week. Idk what changed in the last 6 months or so. The cheese use to be thick, with a nice stretch, light sauce, and a soft, light dough. Now the pizza is flat, and the cheese is awful. It honestly tastes like frozen pizza. The subs are good, but the fries are those crusty, coated type that don't taste like potato at all. I took a break from going there for a couple of months. Just got a pizza, and it's still bad. Now I don't know where to go. I can't find a good pizza around here to save my life. When calling in young girls answer the phone and typically continue their conversations they were having before picking up the phone while taking an order. I used to order here quit frequently until the customer service started to slip. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and received a wrap with chicken in it with buffalo sauce nothing else, the other meal i ordered was completely incorrect. I suspected this would be the case when I could tell the girl taking the order was clearly in a conversation with someone else and not paying attention. I decided to order again a few months later hoping things may have changed. I ordered a small buffalo chicken pizza and forgot to add blue cheese called back and the girl charged my card and never received blue cheese. Also the food is typically cold when it arrives, common wait times for delivery from the time of the call is 1 hour. You can order here if you'd like, however it's a coin toss on if your going to get what you ordered and you can assume it will likely be cold. I'd rather order somewhere else that delivers within 45 mins max and delivers hot food that i actually ordered. I gave 1 star because the delivery guy is nice. read more

Wraps are yummy and HUGE. I also love the Chef's salad...such generous portions of meat and cheese, it is two meals for me. Delivery drivers are nice and usually fast. I don't know why I order from there. Every time I am disappointed. I ordered a Mediterranean wrap and it was wet! They had to wrap it and place it is a disposable tin. You think they would have made another. I paid $8.75 for a wet wrap. I'm done! I will not order from there anymore. read more

We got a large cheese pizza. It was not very good. Crust is soggy and pizza was bland. We ate in the shop and all the tables were dirty and sticky. I got a wet paper towel from the bathroom to clean off our table. I wouldn't order the pizza again. Maybe their other stuff is better. read more

I've lived in Plaistow for 6 years. Moved here from Boston. It's been tough to find the right pizza place. If I did, it would be a weekly ritual. I tried Dano's based on the reviews and the stars in Yelp. Ordered boneless buffalo tenders and a large, half veggie, half pepperoni. The timing was excellent. The boneless buffalo tenders were tangy and not over-sauced and perfectly cooked. The pizza was less than desirable. The crust is thin. At the end the crust tastes like a dry cracker, waxy and unappetizing. A thin crust means it cooks faster so whatever goes on top has to be as dry as possible. Otherwise it would be a soggy mess. Well, the pizza was perfectly cooked, but because of the thickness it didn't have much sauce at all. The toppings were fine but toppings are common anywhere. Dough and sauce separate the average from the delicious. I had one piece. My girlfriend couldn't finish hers. If you like bland, average pizza with very light sauce and thin crust...this is your go-to. I will have to keep looking. Maybe plaistow pizza will be next. read more
