This guy was far from a gentleman. He was so rude. I know people have bad days, but don't take it out on a customer. I don't know what it could've been, but he was just so rude and nasty. I dropped the car anyway because from what was told they do good work so he calls and tells me what's wrong with the car he knew I couldn't get the car done till Thursday. They said that wasn't a problem but when my daughter got there to pick up the car, she said he was so nasty because she asked for the estimate stating what was wrong with it and how much it was going to cost she said he literally went off on her and said that they don't have a computer They don't do that,he told me ok the phone that I need a front and rear axle and brakes. So I brought-it for a second opinion to another mechanic 2004 Toyota Solara does not have a rear axle. He wanted to charge me for a front and a rear axle and there is no rear axle. What's up with that now I'm grateful he was rude. I would've never bought it to another mechanic and I would've been paying for something that didn't exist.

They dropped my gas tank to fix a leak and put the gas tank on too tight. Which prevented the evap…read morevalve from opening and I wasn't able to fill up my gas tank. I took it back and they lowered the tank slightly so the valve could open. Not long after my check engine light came on and codes P0442 and P0446 popped up. The mechanic admitted they put the gas tank on too tight, which led to the solenoid malfunction. They offered to fix it for $500! I don't recommend anyone take their vehicle here. They have a pattern of creating more problems for their customers than solving them.

He worked many years for Mercedes Benz and then decided to go into his own business. He went into mobile auto repair. Anyone who has been stuck with a car in a parking lot or your own driveway knows how awful and traumatic this can be. Marc is knowledgeable , courteous and professional and did I mention reasonable. I had 3 batteries put in the same car over 3 Years. After using his diagnostic testing equipment, he checked the alternator & because the battery was 100% dead, Mark could not get an accurate reading. He went over the situation with me. It could be the alternator but not being certain. He said the best way to go is to get a 24 month guaranteed battery & he could get an accurate reading on the alternator.
