When I asked them why it was gonna cost that much they said it was because the part was a little more than they thought but was still around $600 for the part and couldn't tell me still why it was adding up to almost 3,000 dollars. I got a quote at Honda what it would be to fix my car and they gave me a quote for 1,000 for labor and part. Don't take your car here if you want to wait weeks on end and spend 2,000 dollars for labor.

I pulled over and liquid was spraying everywhere over the engine. I added water, said a prayer, and endured a white knuckle ride along steep mountain roads with nowhere to pull over and no cell service. Thankfully I made it to the hotel in Gatlinburg where the rest of the coolant poured out of the car into the parking lot. I called Tony the next morning after checking out their reviews and he told me to drop the car off which I did at 10 AM. A few how hours later he had it diagnosed as a burned hole in a coolant hose caused by rubbing against the radiator due to poor design. I authorized fixing it and by 2 o'clock he had me back on the road for an extremely fair price. You do not want to pay dealer prices and these guys are very reasonable. I worked in a mechanics shop for 20 years so I know honest mechanics and Tony and Jim are it. If you have a problem with your vehicle in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville take it here. The hitch and bumper were smashed, and this meant we could not tow our camper back home to Phoenix. With less than a week to leave for home, our insurance company and a (unnamed) national body shop was less than worthless. So we looked around for a local body shop, and found Cran Auto Body. Mark came through quickly with a very reasonable estimate, was incredibly reassuring and explained the whole process to me. Even pointed out things he could reuse and did not need to buy. Super honest guy! The insurance company actually agreed with his full estimate! He got us on the road with a new bumper and hitch in no time, and we got home safe and sound. Very high quality work, factory OEM parts and everything. I hope to never have to use him again, but if any of you need that level of work, Crain's is the way to go. Also, a PSA. Always buy local, never go to the Walmarts of the world if you need quality work. Unless you need a whole lot of toilet paper in a hurry. In that case, go to Walmart.
