That process always takes longer than we like, but we don't have to do it very often! We did everything that Andrew needed and then we had to wait for the finance guy. We were paying cash and were not purchasing an extended warranty that day. That didn't matter - we still had to wait and go through the process. Grant was the finance guy. He did go through everything quickly after we told him where stood on the warranty issue. He was pleasant and very efficient. I love my new vehicle! They did this on my old Lexus, and it really prevents rock damage on the front of the car. I dealt with Susan, the delivery coordinator. She is great! She also suggested tinting the front window to match the back (the front windows do not nearly the tint the back windows do). I had the windows tinted also. They do use another company for both of these details, but it is backed by Mungenast. I dropped my car off, got a loaner and was able to pick my car up the next day.
