Important info: 1. Check out their Instagram to see the latest updates powerbox_muay_thai 2. For women, there's a women's only class starting at 7:45pm on Tuesday's and Thursday's. It's a nice space if you're a little shy, but the co-ed classes are great too. Chris really cultivates a positive environment. 3. It can be hot indoors during summer heatwaves, bring plenty of water and if you're sensitive to heat, go to a later class. 4. You get out what you put in. Chris is very motivation and will help push you. That being said, take your water breaks! And for the athletic types, you'll still be plenty challenged! Big box gyms don't give you this kind of attention and many boutique gyms don't offer the flexibility on classes.
