I would definitely call this place a hidden gem. The reason is, I was initially unaware of this…read moreshow until my sister let us know about it. This place is in the middle of a great shopping center. This is truly one of those places that you should take a family member who is visiting from another country/state and who enjoys magic/comedy. There are actual souvenir shops close by. Also, park on P2 near the elevators to be in close proximity. We were surprised because we were the only ones signed up for the dinner and show. It actually worked out really great because not only did we have a lot of food, but we had a private show which all of us got to participate in. The staff here - Magician Steve and Jaden, along with Professor Fire made this show truly fun and interactive. I hope that other families have an opportunity to come and enjoy as well.

Now that this place is closed I can be honest... this show was very mid. Granted, I only saw it…read moreonce and I've heard they had rotating magicians so maybe it was better sometimes. Kip has a nice singing voice. Kids would've definitely enjoy this more than adults. Food was just okay. Kip informed audiences through a preshow about his alcoholism and how he overcame it, which, sincerely, good for him. Apparently he had a rough life. I thought it was kinda weird for a show that caters to all ages, though. Kids don't need to know about all that. I actually found out about the place because I was applying to possibly work there. I ended up not taking the job, as I felt a lack of professionalism seeing as to how I had to reach out to them and inquire about training. Oh yeah, and I was told if a bug is in the coffee, just scoop it out. Nice. It's a shame because the cafe portion was actually quite charming and well-decorated. Kip, if you're reading this, I wish you the best.

Sister got me tickets to watch The Phantom of the Opera here. My first time here. It's a beautiful…read moretheater and I enjoyed the show. They have bar area on each floor with a few snacks options. I didn't get anything but expect theater pricing - on the high side. Workers here are very friendly and willing to help answer any questions you may have. The theater itself is very modern and nice inside. We sat far back but had no problem seeing or hearing the show. The acoustics were very good. Only issue for us was getting out - as there seemed to be only one area to get out and it would bottleneck after the show. But other than that, we had a great experience watching a musical here.

I love Segerstrom. I've been coming here for years. I've seen Chicago, Wicked, Hamilton and Phantom…read moreof the Opera here. It's a beautiful theater with mind-blowing talent. My problem is with the service here. I came here on Friday, August 21st. The traffic attendants directed us to walk one way in order to get to the theater. My mom and I then went that one way. When we got to the entrance of the theater, before the security check, one of the female valet/parking/rideshare directors berated both me and my mom saying we couldn't come this way. My mom apologized and she continued to yell at us. We were going through security and more people were going through that same way and nothing was said to them. It put a bad taste in our mouth. Then, when we entered the theater, we went to the merchandise booth, The people working the booth mentioned that there would be more shirts upstairs, so upstairs we went. We went directly upstairs, and we asked the attendants upstairs if there was more merchandise somewhere in the theater. They looked at us like we were stupid and said it's only downstairs, until one of them finally said there might be some more in the orchestra floor. Our saving grace was the worker at the merchandise booth up there. She was super sweet! It really put a bad taste in both my mom and my mouth. I really love this theater, way more than Pantages, but with workers like that, it just put a dulled the whole experience. The best part about the day spent here was the spectacular performance of Phantom of the Opera.
