    I called the dealership to have a software update for my 2014 sequoia infotainment system (the hands free speaker is not working well I hear all the phone calls very muffled). I saw on the sequoia forum online that the first step is to update the firmware and it might fix the issue. Unfortunately the software on the Toyota website doesn't work and you have to go to a dealer to get it done.. We're talking about plugging in a USB stick into the stereo port for 2 minutes! They're asking for $150 for that!! It's supposed to be a free service since your system is outdated and can't receive a normal update.. It's very disappointing and it feels like they're taking advantage of the situation because they're the only ones who can do it. Greedy and nasty dealership.

    --- UPDATED REVIEW --- Shortly after writing the old review below (1/5 star), Arianna, from DARSCARS, called me to clarify things, apologized about incorrect information that other salesmen and people told me at DARSCARS, and offered a refund. I was informed that the owners (2 brothers) read each review that is posted, and may not be aware of what customers are experiencing unless reviews are written, so they truly appreciate ALL reviews. If there are any concerns or complaints, they want to know so they could make the establishment a better place. Arianna is one of their star employees who contact each customer in order to address these concerns. Shortly after posting the review, she graciously called to try to clarify things. Unfortunately, because I was moving to South Korea, I ended up missing the call. She texted me noting she wants to make things right for me (which I truly appreciated it). When I told her I was in Korea and asked if there's a way to contact with WhatsApp or such since it costs me money to call internationally, she had took the extra step to figure out a way to communicate with me. She honestly deserves 5/5 stars, a bonus, and promotion for all the effort she made in trying to navigate how to communicate with me and understanding my situation of me moving to South Korea. She had to calculate the time differences to see what time would work and even called me on Saturday, which was the day I was free! On the phone, she clarified that the $2820 Assurance policy was OPTIONAL, had reprimanded the person who was obtusely rude to me and told me wrong information, and assured me that the team will have a conversation since I had informed her that the finance guy also told me it was mandatory.

I came the next day to pick the part up and asked for a complimentary car wash and they declined....just ridiculous. One of the worst dealers I've been to. If you must go to Honda go to the one in greenbelt and just ask for Lateef! He's great! Never coming back to this silver spring location again... Update: the owner gave me a phone call and apologized to my situation and I was able to get a car wash the following day. So I did appreciate that.     DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! I had one of the worst…read moredealership experiences I've ever dealt with, involving the following "managers" Paul Angel, Rob Buaynstein, Jason Buts, and Mussa Fowl. I live in Virginia and went through the full process of purchasing a vehicle from this Maryland dealership in good faith. Here's what happened: * I contacted the dealership about a specific vehicle and was told multiple times they expected me to come purchase it. * I paid out of pocket to have a mechanic drive 40 minutes to inspect the vehicle before buying. * I repeatedly asked to place a deposit or hold on the car, but was told they "don't hold vehicles due to corporate policy." Despite that, they continued to tell me things like "see you tomorrow" and prepared me as if the deal was happening. On Friday morning: * They had me submit a credit application (which I was told would be a soft pull, but it turned into a hard inquiry). * They sent me a signed buyer's order with the VIN and price, which I submitted to my credit union. * My credit union approved the loan and issued a check payable directly to the dealership for the full amount. * I sent them proof of the check, and they told me to come pick up the car that same day. While I was literally on the way (3 hours out), after sending them the check confirmation: * They informed me someone else was coming to look at the vehicle. * Then told me whether the car sold was "above my pay grade." * Shortly after, they sold the vehicle to someone else. When I called to resolve the situation, I was given the runaround by multiple managers: * I was told the check "doesn't hold the car" * They claimed someone else "was already in the system" * And ultimately said they were no longer selling it to me The call ended abruptly with no resolution. Key issues: * Misleading communication throughout the entire process * Hard credit inquiry after being told it would be soft * Sending a signed buyer's order, then backing out after financing was secured * Accepting proof of payment and telling me to come in, then selling the car anyway * Complete lack of professionalism from management Bottom line: I spent money on a mechanic inspection, took a credit hit, secured financing, and drove hours based on their word--only to have the vehicle sold out from under me at the last minute. This dealership does not honor its commitments and does not operate in good faith. Proceed with extreme caution.

We bought cars from them years ago never again. Sales department doesn't call back. Makes you wait forever in the showroom.... Not a good dealership go elsewere.

It helps to know their approach upfront - no negotiation, no hassle or high pressure. Was interested in and test drove a 2010 Toyota Camry that was exactly as advertised and pictured on their Web site and was immaculately detailed. They had absolutely no issue with me taking it to my mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection, which it passed with flying colors. My dealings with KAS spanned a Friday and Monday, so I ended up dealing with both Rick and Henry. I received courteous, informed attention from both. Have had the car for almost a month and it has been great. This is a small-scale operation with a carefully selected inventory. If you are in the market for a used car in their sweet spot (probably $6-17K) I highly recommend you check them out. I usually buy my cars new and drive them for a long time, so I was a bit anxious about dealing with used car salesmen. KAS put my concerns to rest - I'd do business with them again anytime and have recommended them to friends.

I also liked that he and the sales manager showed me the benefits of leasing vs buying and the extreme monthly price difference. I was looking at the Copper Crest Lexus RX350 and wanted to trade in my Audi Q5. They worked very hard to get me to my idea monthly payment but unfortunately it was out of my comfortability amount to pay. They kept in touch to really make the deal work and I appreciate that very much. Oh BTW, they did an amazing job renovating the store, because when I had my Lexus IS250 it was small and outdated. When I am ready to purchase, I will definitely go back!

That's ok it saved me 6 hours of driving and I went to my local dealership where they treated me with respect and kindness!

I saw some good reviews for this location, so I drove by on a Saturday right before they closed and chatted with the owner, Brian. He hopped in the car and drove 1 yard, immediately told me what he thought it was, and warned me to avoid driving the rest of the weekend as grinding the wheel in extreme heat was risky. He said to come back first thing Monday morning to get it lifted up and properly examined. Came back Monday and the team figured out I needed to replace the caliper and brakes. Price was fair and they said they could do it same day within 3 hours, so I let them work on it and had them do an oil change as well. I'm very grateful for Brian and his team, taking the time to explain what was actually needed and why, and not overselling me on additional services. I'm so glad I finally found a new trusted mechanic! Will definitely take my car to Brian and the team for all future maintenance services.

    I'm so thankful I came across four corner auto care to fix my car…read more Brian (Tenzin) promptly responded to my request to fix my car which I hit against cement in a parking garage (after dodging an old lady walking down a dark ramp...everyone was okay). Brian estimated that he could have my car fixed within a few days. The whole job took one week because he found other significant damage in the interior of my car which I didn't know about. Overall he communicated well, asked if I wanted to fix everything and had such a positive attitude. Also they do excellent work for a reasonable price. I almost wanted to keep this gem to myself but the world (or Silver Spring) needs to know where to go for superior auto care whether mechanical or auto body. They also cleaned the interior of my car. I don't want to come back for anything other than oil changes but if I need a job done in the future, I know where to go. I think the pictures speak for themselves to demonstrate high quality service.
