This is a great car wash, It is quick, easy & convenient! But I do have to mention that I did have an issue with them. I brought my daughter's car in to be cleaned about 5 weeks ago at the Goodyear location. Once I was exiting the wash, I pulled into the parking lot next to the car wash to dry off the excess water. That's when I noticed an apparent issue. I immediately called the car wash and spoke to the manager on duty. With going back and forth over the phone with different employees for about a week, Will the district manager got involved. He invited me to come in to figure out a solution to the problem at hand. I am happy to say that the problem was solved! The customer service that Will provided to me was above and beyond. I am a very satisfied customer and will continue to be a customer at that location. I love the connivence of the service and free vacuums, but it doesn't matter which car wash I pay for it always comes out half dried! Then I continually have water spotting running down both sides of the car! Maybe if the "flow of the cars" is slowed down it may have a chance to get completed dried! I don't have time to stop, and get out to re- dry my car. read more

Probably the best quick car wash I've been to. Not only is it super fun going through the car wash itself, they either give you cleaning towels or they have vending machines with supplies as well as Floor Mat cleaners in the really nice vacuum area (that's free!). I need to remember to come back here more often when my car needs a wash. read more

I went there on July 20th, when I got home I noticed that my bumper had a LOT of dirt on it. As I cleaned it off I saw that my hood had scratches on it so I filed an incident report with them. After playing phone tag. (apparently neither their asst.Mgr or their regional manager can return a phone call when they say they will) and two return trips there so they could pretend to look at the scratches they called back on August 2nd to say that they had ZERO liability. Their main reason for determining that was that the car in front of me and the car behind me did not come back with scratches. They offered a moth of free scratches...or washes. Was so excited to have a carwash at this location. I've been there a few times now and haven't been disappointed. Free vacuums are the best! Super strong too! I've seen the same attendant there every time I've gone and she's super nice. This is definitely my carwash now. Close to the house, friendly staff, always clean and good washing system. Pretty pleased with this car wash. The vacuums are powerful and will annihilate anything in their path, so don't breeze by something you want to keep. LOL. I have been there about 6 times and gotten upgraded washes. Last time i tried the advertised $3 wash. It was pretty good. Only a few spots left, but the best thing you'll find for 3 bucks. Okay car wash. Nothing special. Slightly over priced for what you get. Drying doesn't get the car all the way dry, make sure you bring your own towel or buy one for $1. They don't offer a rain check. Monsoon popped up a couple hours after you washed your vehicle? Bring it back and we'll charge you again! I would recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else during monsoon season. Edit after response from 3 Minute Wash: I purchased the $10 wash. A storm popped up in the afternoon. If I had gotten a FULL service wash somewhere else for $12, I would get a rain check. I come here often since I've signed up for their unlimited wash for my daily commute car. It can get pretty dirty from road trips. Whenever I've gone through this car wash, it gets the job done and the service is always good. There hasn't been a time that I've thought about trying out a different car wash. Great prices. Free vacuums. Free bug remover. Quick. The wash does a good job for the price. Not full service which is actually nice. The only thing that might need improvement is the dryers. They leave some water spots. But if you buy the towel or bring your own and do a quick wipe it's great. Overall great business. read more

Signing up for the service is easy, staff members are friendly, wash quality is great for the price. Called to cancel the monthly service before moving out of AZ and had a minor issue with accounting. But they took care of it immediately (Really, super fast) and remained honest, courteous and friendly through out the problem solving. Highly recommended. read more

I was very disappointed with this car wash company. My wife and I recent bought a New Nissan Versa note and we bought a 9.99 manager special and was like awesome we get a nice dashboard rag and a air freshener! I get a poor wash and when they hand me a wet paper towel to whip my dashboard and a broken air freshener. I have to say that you are way better off using the 3$ car wash then spending extra money for this car wash. The staff wasn't helpful at all and they wouldn't give me a managers information because I thought it was insane how we spend more money and get a crappier wash. Overall very disappointed. read more

Crappy car wash, and run the risk of getting into a collision. I went to get my car wash the tracks took my car out of the chain and sent another car into me. Thankfully no damages to either car. They just go on and on about how they are not liable and will give you paper work to fill to send to you and the other drivers insurance companies. I didn't touch my breaks or move my wheel the only way this would of happened is if when they direct my car in my wheels weren't straight and I follow their directions for this. These people need to learn the difference between being liable and being negligent. I've gone here 3 times and all 3 times my cars come out dirty still and the "tire shine" never happens. read more

I have been a rewards member for over a year and use their Thanxs app. With 1 or 2 exceptions I have to fight with them for a few weeks to get the free wash that they notifed me is due as part of their rewards program. They keep charging me and it takes weeks of telephone calls (most go unanswered) and personal visits to get the charge taken off my bank acct. While I appreciate the free vacuum this is a big problem and I'll most likely stop using them as I have found getting anyone with authority to respond to issues is a lost cause. read more

Great car wash! I go there every day (not kidding) because I have their unlimited car wash plan. We pay monthly for their top-level car wash. The service is always friendly and quick, but the car wash is what keeps us coming back. The car wash gets us in and out in under 5 minutes, complete with dash wipes and air fresheners. So far, we like the red air freshener (can't remember the name) and the Pina Colada the best. They rotate them every week or so, so it's hit or miss. read more

Don't go anywhere else! Quick and easy, pay cash or credit card at the machine and on you go into the wash, guided by helpful staff. I usually get the $3 which does a fine job but only if you use the brush available for you near the FREE Vacuums, it gets bugs off and any of that Buckeye caked on dirt. I wish it did a better job drying but this is a common problem with even drive thru ones that are more expensive. There is plenty of shade available to do a quick wipe down provided you have a rag or towel in your car, if you don't...they sell microfiber cloths. read more

This is a decent car wash IF you are able to get into it. I had a monthly membership for a long time but finally had to cancel because every time I tried drive in for a wash, there was a line around the building and it was a 30 min ordeal. The entrance/exit layout is a nightmare and creates a bottleneck. Vacuums are at the entrance instead of the exit so if you want to wipe your car down after the wash, you will have to find another parking lot to do it in because there's no way you're getting back to the vacuums because of all the traffic. read more

First of all the vacuum should be on the opposite side of the line to pay and enter into the wash (just asking for an accident to happen) then the line to get onto the wash alone after paying was about a 10 minute wait. So in the past week I have gone through the wash 2 times. Lets just start with that. My car has been sitting for a while at my house. So I go through the wash and when I get out to vacuum my car there is dirt running down my car. Well I was like okay maybe there was just a lot of dirt up their no biggie. I go back 2 days later when I have the spare time. Then once I left and stopped once AGAIN there is dirt all over my car! I am very upset now because I have wasted my time and money twice. I have the monthly membership! For less than 20 bucks i get unlimited car washes and an air freshener with a wipe every time I use the car wash! I don't abuse my membership and go nuts i use it when i need it and im so happy with it. They put this sticker by your mirror and when you pull up it is scanned and it automatically lets you through the car wash! Best money spent!!! read more

Today I went and paid for the $10 wash. My car is covered with bugs and I expected a little more help from the attendant that directs you in. All she did was spray the windshield. I asked her if she could get the front of my car since it was covered. She said I got it and it looked like she spit on my windshield. I don't care about the cloth or air freshener for my dash, I just wish that the attendant would pay more attention to detail of the cars coming through and do their best to please the customers. Other than that, I like the free vacuums and the car wash isn't too bad. read more

It's worth getting the monthly unlimited car wash for easy access and avoiding the long lines. The only deterrent is at times are the free vacuum since it gets clogged with too many people and many likes to take their time with no consideration for others who are waiting. read more
