I never knew I could be in love with a car wash business, but I am! We moved to Henderson several months ago and received a new resident mailer advertising this car wash with a free car wash coupon. This car wash is 2 minutes from our home. We were instantly wowed and immediately returned the next week to sign up for a monthly membership where the first month was 50% off and it's such a reasonable monthly rate! We come about 3 times per month and our car has never looked more shiny and clean inside and outside, even with 155k+ miles! When we are traveling to LA, we talk about how much we can't wait to drive back to Henderson and get our car washed! The staff here is amazing. They have a bunch of vacuum bays and their provided towels are wonderful. They're open late until 9pm which is perfect to come later in the day to avoid the worst of the summer day heat! We have to move to CA at the end of next month and will truly miss this amazing car wash! read more

The $3 is for something they call a touch up -- they do not even call it a car wash. I paid for the $15.99 wash, which was supposed to scrub wheels etc. when I got to the wash itself, the guy there did not do anything. After the soap was rinsed off in the car wash, I noticed a crack on my front windshield that was 2 feet long! I immediately filled out an incident report, but was informed there isn't anything they can do because they don't take care of vehicles that are older than 5 years and do not replace damage to the windshield. I normally visit the DI location because it's closer to where I work, but I was in the area and decided to check this one out. It's identical to the other location and everything is just as awesome! Just purchased a vehicle and want to keep it pristine. I called several car wash places to see what packages they had regarding monthly car wash plans. My last call was to Ultra Clean and spoke to the Manager, Jacob. Jacob thoroughly explained the products they used and stated come in and I will provide you a complimentary wash and then you decide if our washes are superior to others and provide great value. I took Jacob up on the offer and purchased two monthly car wash plans on the spot after my complimentary wash. One for our Lexus and one for our New Lincoln MKX. Jacob's proactive approach took me to take up his challenge and I am glad I did. you will not be disappointed. BTW.... They off free vacuums which have plenty of suction power. Updated & Revision to a Well Deserved 5 Stars!!! Very impressed with response from management regarding a few concerns that I had as monthly member. I was quite satisfied with response to my earlier review I highly recommend Ultra Clean Express! Great system! And much detail and though went into wash equipment even to the small detail of their own unique and awesome smelling air freshener. Im noticing the one standout for this company and Carwash in particular has been stellar customer service from all staff and quality of equipment. Another suggestion I'd love it if they had someone to wipe off /down the car and windows following wash to minimize water spots. Also would be nice if someone cleaned off the tires as done at a few other (Much more expensive car washes). This may not be possible to maintain efficiency due to the many time constraint and to keep lines down to a minimum. I'm this type of car wash. Would be great also to fine tune and decrease a bit of time when going through the pay kiosk. I've noticed there has been a lag most of the time when passing through kiosk. Takes a bit longer than expected to read my monthly pass is not seen or recognized. I also had a staff member graciously and kindly put my monthly scan sticker directly on my dash. It may be problematic with extreme heat here in the valley and may melt onto the dashboard (will most likely have them move it for me in the future). My car was hit from behind when going through the wash. Apparently the driver behind me was in drive gear even after being told to go to neutral. One of my rear cameras was damaged, affecting the rear braking assist function. I filed a claim on oct 28 and despite leaving 2 phone messages, and going there 3 times, i have not had any response as to the status. They supposedly are trying to identify the car from video - to no avail. read more

The first time that I came was I enrolled in a monthly service and I was charged $14.99. On 10/31. Which posted my bank account on November 1. The attendant tells me that it's good for 30 days. Then I received an email because the card that I had used I had to get deactivated and they issued me another card through my bank due to something NOT related to this business at all. I go online to update my card information and my card was charged $29.99 on December 18th (which I'm thinking is good for 30 days, and then I was charged another $29.99 on December 30th. I'm not sure why my 30 days didn't start from December 18th. Which would have given me through January 18th. And then I would've been billed on January 18 $29.99. What I have an issue with is that there's no notification that they're charging your card. You have no idea what dates are being covered in that particular charge. I wanted the wash beneath this one that they're charging me for and I don't know how because I know specifically what I selected online. Why did it go to $29.99? I only have one vehicle. So now I don't want the unlimited service because apparently they just arbitrarily charge your card with no email notification nothing. And it's not even the wash that I signed up for online. It's higher than the one I signed up for online. Why am I charged twice in the same month? Almost $60.00. And my car is a BMW 2023 it has a pearlized white metallic paint which when you get close, you can see fine uniform lines that we're not there before. I'm trying to figure out how to cancel the membership because this makes absolutely no sense to me whatsoever. And there's no one to talk to, to get your matter resolved. Yet they have a billing finance with your bank account and you don't even know what dates are included in your payments.. I liked the location because it was close to home. But I don't think that this is a reputable company in terms of their business practices and this is exactly why I have nothing on auto pay. Because auto pay is just somebody that can have permission to get into your account and take whatever they want when they want and then you have a situation like mine where you have to jump all kinds of hoops trying to figure out what is going on.. I've paid $29.99 on December 18 and I've been charged again $29.99 on December 30. No explanation no email heads up no notifications of any kind. This is not the company for me. It's a car wash. It shouldn't be this complicated. And at one time they gave you these nice decent size towels to use and keep to wipe off water spots. And now you get a small little deodorizer and a small damn cloth that's about the size of a wet wipe.. it seems that they've gotten real cheap, especially with members and given them the cheapest deodorizer and interior wipe that they can find. I'll go elsewhere. It's just easier, but I still want my money back because their billing makes no sense to me at all. And the only time I've ever heard from them is when they said that I needed to provide a different form of payment and that was through email so I know that they have the capability of telling you when you're going to be billed and it should indicate what months or month you're being billed for. But they only tell you when they can't get your money. I don't like that it's unacceptable. When you drive up and you see the menu of different washes you can have I don't even see a wash for $29.99. so I am utterly confused and can't speak to anybody to get this resolved. However I will be contacting my bank so that no more charges from them are just arbitrarily built to me and I will just go to somewhere else because this to me is not worth the headaches and certainly not worth the few amenities that you are given. And yet my car is not fully dry when you go through those air things. Since you no longer give out the little towels. I have to find some of my own to wipe off areas that were not dried during the service. It's just not for me. But I am getting my money back. I don't know how but I will get my money back because I haven't even had three car washes. read more

I love Ultra Clean! It's super quick and the automatic wash does a pretty decent job at getting the car clean. Of course I always get the most expensive wash and add on the tire cleaning and wax because I really don't get to go until my car is screaming, "wash me!" However they do have cheaper quick wash options as well. They always give you a little car freshener, which I love. And there's vacuums available right outside the wash. I recommend them to all my friends and family! read more
