Decent car wash Terrible customer service. After being rear ended in the car wash they wanted my insurance information. Which I didn't give to them. After inspecting my truck and seeing no damage (had my trailer hitch in) I asked for a complimentary wash since this one didn't finish properly. I drove out of the drying sequence so I wouldn't get rammed again. And the representative started making excuses. So I said "so that's a no?" And he then said ok. To top it all off he starts chewing me out for parking (after a collision ) in their handicap spot.... Wait really? Your more worried about were I parked (ever other spot was full by the way) rather than an accident. read more

I just moved to town and saw this place as I drove in. It has a couple different variations of washes you ca get from 3$ to 16$ or something. I wasn't really impressed at the wash it self. I got the middle of the road $10 price car wash. The entire right hand side of my car wasn't roughed by any of the spongy spinning machines. By the time I go to the end we were laughing at how much soap was still on the car. I have my own towels I used in the free vacuuming area to dry off my windows and areas that were missed. The free vacuum was super and probably the best part. Overall. I was underwhelmed and unimpressed. Also the other reviews state a crash from malfunction with unwillingness to pay. That alone scares me to not give them my business. read more

Wow. I can't believe all the complaints. I have been here maybe 50 times since they have been open. Every time for the $3.00 "touch-up". Never had a single problem and have found employees respectful and helpful. The water spotting is no better or worse than much more expensive places. If I want the cars perfect, I take them home and do the detail work myself. read more

Worst mechanical car wash I have ever gotten... Problems 1. Sun shine on payment kiosks make seeing them a joke. 2. Payment kiosk spit my change all over the ground. 3. I was finally able to choose a basic wash which was $6.00 not $3.00. 3. The car came out of the wash both dirty and wet. 4. It's an okay wash for $3. I purchased one of those expensive car wash with mail-in rebate. I followed the instructions and mailed the receipt with complete information and I never got back my $3 rebate. It's been about 2 months since I mailed it, and I just guess that I am never going to get a rebate. With regards to the washes here, the dryers are just like the other drive-thru car washes, they don't dry enough. You are left with droplets in your car. read more

These people are awesome. They always recognize my MINI and make it a point to say hi when I drive through. Everything moves quickly and efficiently, which is great when you are in a hurry. They provide bug wash (who can survive without that out here), free vacuums and free air for your tires. The last time I drove through, I forgot to grab my receipt out of the machine, and Mr. Awesome Manager Guy ran and grabbed it for me since it had a code on it for my next car wash. That was a nice save, so I thought I'd do him a solid and leave a review on Yelp. I use this place a lot and they do a great job managing the demanding hordes of people who pass through, all hot and hangry as they run their errands. The Fast & Friendly lives up to its name. Yes when there are a lot more than normal , at times I do have to "pre wash" the bugs off my grill and bumper before coming here. But still for under $10 their wash & auto-dry does a pretty daggum good job on my full size pick up and the vacuums are free. So outside of washing it at home ( that'll never happen especially during the summer) thi$ is an excellent alternative. read more

Amber, one of the managers, even recognized me and treats my family and I great! The entire staff is really friendly and goes above and beyond. I have been here a couple of times and it is a basic car wash and it has no workers to clean or dry your car. I am not complaining about it because it does a decent job but if you are looking for service and quality every time where you don't have to use elbow grease this is not the place for you. This place is very affordable and I love that the vacuums are free. I used to have a membership which was pretty awesome because I could get my car washed everyday if I really wanted to. The membership strip they put on my windshield didn't always work willing caused some stress as I had to move my car back and forth to get it just right so it would scan. I use this wash 2 times per week. As long as there are no issues, then all is great, but today the man behind me drove his car thru the wash rather than letting the belt push him thru. He bumped my bumper 4 times, so I was finally forced to drive thru as well to avoid being hit from behind. Luckily no damage to my car was done, but since I had to drive thru fast to avoid damage, my car did not get washed properly. I asked if they would let me go thru again so I would get what I paid for, and received the answer NO. When I said "I will not be back" the attendant answered "OK". How great is that service? This car wash used to be decent, but not anymore. The vacuums always seem to be barely working, completely plugged it broken and the lot is always dirty. Management is really lacking at this place! Update: I decided to give this place another try since my last disappointing visit. I was hoping they had gotten their act together but I was wrong. Once again, the vacuums seemed to be barely working and dirt and gunk on the premises. This car wash is totally in the shitter and "maintenance" or whoever is looking after the vacuums must not be on a full-time basis. Absolutely will never go back! Update: My husband had his truck washed at this location three weeks ago and as usual, the vacuums STILL HAD VERY LITTLE SUCTION! He's now done going to this "car wash" as well. Just bought a brand new vehicle never had it washed before took it to the was and noticed passenger side front fender has scuff marks on the paint like the brushes are rubbing to hard against the car. I went with my truck into the car wash and yes I got the cheap version. The young guy there said he was the shift lead and was a great guy. He did answer a couple of questions. This time however the wash didn't do as it usually did but again I got the cheap car wash so maybe it was my fault. The vacuums were great and did its job very well. Again it was a good vacuum but I would say get more then the 3 dollar wash. read more

CAUTION******full size truck owners!!!! Even if you don't have a lift on your truck of this car wash! Their "Lava Wash" plastic suds dispenser rubs on the top of my dirty truck as it enters the car wash and has scratched the entire top of my Ram 2500. I don't even have a lift kit on my truck. I told the lot attendant about the issue and he told me others have complained about it, but they have raised the plastic dispenser as high as it can go. I am now looking for another car wash that won't continue to destroy my paint! Bummed, because I liked the quality of their car wash. Please fix this issue!!!! read more

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE STORE AT CACTUS AND TATUM ONLY! BEWARE!!!!! I have been to the store in Scottsdale at Paradise and Scottsdale Road...Amazing customer service! The only thing amazing about the store at Cactus and Tatum is that it is still in business. I pulled in my company vehicle and found two workers chatting and did not acknowledge me at all. I figured they weren't the "order takers" so I waited for another worker to arrive. In the meantime a Lexus pulled in and a blonde with fake parts jumped out and both previously chatting workers started vacuuming her car. When the order taker arrived I indicated I was there first and would appreciate being taken care of first. One of the workers started on my car. I stood outside until the worker took my car to the wash because when he started that direction another worker in another high end car was waiting for his turn (I was ahead of him as well) and the guy driving my car started to wave him in before I interceded. When I went in to pay there were some ornaments I was interested in purchasing, I asked for a couple that were behind the counter to view and determine if I wanted to buy. I picked one up to look at it, the cashier took it out of my hand and rang it up. I told him I hadn't confirmed I wanted them. I gave him the ticket for the wash and decided to get the ornaments. The cashier put 4 ornaments in a plastic bag...I asked for something with more support and he told me he couldn't help me. I asked for a receipt for just the car wash. Again he couldn't help me. He did offer to make a copy of the ticket for the wash which I was fine with. He left and returned telling me he wasn't allowed to do it. Add 'em up...that's 3 times he told me he couldn't help me with very simple requests. I went out to the drying area to find a panicked worked at my car with a broken rear wiper in his hand. He told me "he could fix". Ok. He dried part of the car and came back and did in fact fix the wiper. He then walked to the driver door, holding it open and told me he was done. The whole back of my vehicle was still wet. Tony, the manager came over when I started drying my own car and asked what was the problem. I told him the car wasn't done. His reply to me was that he was standing there and heard the worker and that he did not tell me the vehicle was done. I'd had enough at this point and was clearly upset. I told Tony this level of customer service was inexcusable. His response to me was that I must be having a bad day. Oh yeah, it is getting worse with every utterance from this unprofessional, inconsiderate and condescending, ill placed manager. Another employee listening to him tell me it was clear my problem was that I was having a bad day started laughing and they enjoyed a chuckle together as Tony told me to have a nice day. I called the corporate office to follow up the next day and spoke with Corey who advised me there was no one above Tony that I could speak to and if I had an issue with that store I would have to talk to Tony. We went round and round about whether Tony had a boss or owned the store. Corey stated Tony did not own the store by did not have manager. When I asked to speak to Danny I was told that also was not possible. This is UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

wash is ok to get the dust off but if you expect to have it really clean w/o spots don't waste your time our money. Dryers suck at least on trucks so you will have to pull into circle K to dry it yourself. If your looking for a full service wash don't go to Cobblestone. They will damage your car and not take responsibility for it. TNT has been great for full service wash and or wax and is always quick to address any issues. If you are looking for a quick in and out but not the best wash then this establishment is fine. I would like to say the owner/s who replied to the reviews posted on yelp to quit making excuses for customers complaints on this site. I understand the need to defend your business but don't play up what you are not able to deliver. It is what it is, a cheap wash to knock the dust off. I had my car washed at the F&F at 10731 W. Olive Ave. in Peoria Az. yesterday (4-17-18). I witnessed a local cab driver in front of me and he was telling the employee that he gave the car ahead of him his deluxe wash that he paid for. Then all of a sudden the employee started cussing at the cab driver (looked to be a 70 year old man), saying the F bomb several times. I rolled up my window because I didn't want my daughter to hear it. I watched the confrontation for a couple minutes and saw the older gentleman go inside to complain. The rude employee ran inside and locked the door so the customer couldn't make a complaint. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. It is not worth the risk! I have had my car washed there several times before and the washes were good but the last 2 times I felt were potential accidents waiting to happen. The first time the truck in front of me decided to put on his brakes while in the wash, luckily there had been a good deal of space between us and he came to his senses it in time and let off the brake before my car was pulled into his. The second time the wash was pretty much empty. No cars in front of me when I pulled in, but someone had come in right after me, for some reason the attendant let this second car pull in right behind me with very little space between us. It seemed like an unnecessary risk and I was little dismayed due my last experience there. There is no reason the attendant couldn't just wait a bit and space us apart since there was no one but our 2 cars getting pulled through the wash. I just can't trust the system here, people are stupid and accidents can happen but you should at least be able to count on the attendants to care enough to take that into account but they didn't. read more

They ask to come to the car wash all the time (of course they also expect to get Culver's ice cream when we go). I tried the different washes and liked the manager's special the most, so I got a monthly pass. Wife got one a few weeks later. I used this place ONE time and the clearcoat on my truck got all scratched. I brought it back immediately and the manager said it came in that way! He said he would contact the owner. That was two weeks ago! I had to call them back to find out they denied the damage was their fault! Neither the owner nor the manager had the guts to call me back! Got my car detailed today, and I love it! I normally get the $3 quick wash but was feeling some deep cleaning today. The guys did a great job cleaning out all the crumbs my little boys leave on the seats that fall down into the cracks. I don't remember the last time my backseat was virtually spotless. I have a membership and makes for quick access. I appreciate the number of vacuums available. If I were to make one comment, an exterior cleaning of lot and especially the exit area of the wash tunnel. I really enjoyed going to this place and always received good service. And when I saw an add that they were hiring, I thought it would be a great place to work. Not so much- the manager never returned the dozens of calls I made to her. Then when I finally got a hold of her, she told me to come in for an interview at 7am. 7AM?? Who does that! I asked for a different time slightly later and she refused. Now I understand why they cannot fill this position- she was not friendly at all. I hope the owner reads this so he or she can see what type of management they have, and how they do not make it easy for interested candidates to inquire.
