I took my car up to this establishment to get an alarm put on my car I paid prior to the job being done which was no problem. The installer named Sunny did a great job on my car far as installing the alarm. I took my car home that day and discovered that the trunk did not have a alarm sensor on it. I then called back to see if the sensor on the alarm would be able to be added on. I was told yes it could be put on for an additional charge. At that point as a customer I felt like they sold me an alarm and did not completely hook the alarm up my suggestion to anyone who is thinking about getting any work done there ask a lot of questions or go to another establishment. I will not pay them to put in the additional sensor I'd rather pay someone else. read more

Worst place to get your window tinted. It's so over priced as well for tint fuck up. The people that did my tint is like if they are rookies. I thought I give this place a try despite some of the bad reviews. Came in on a Sunday, and discuss about buying a radio. Found what I wanted and explain that I wanted factory features and was told it is going to be. I explained what my car was and the features it has. So Steven or Steve took the time to make an appointment for me. Told me to drop off my car when the store open. So the week after which was today. Came in the store 10mins early cause I know how car shops are during a Saturday. Drop my car off, told me he was going to give me a call when the job is done. So within 1 hour and 45 mins later got a call and was told that they were missing a piece to the audio. I ask if he could check around. Waited another hour and no call. Came another hour I called the store and still no results. Then I went ahead and ask if there was another radio. But didn't have any navigation radio in stock. They said they have 2 other store and none had it as well. Called again around 3 and someone else picked up and said he would try to get me a radio but something better. Said he would call back in 20mins and within an hour no phone call. Called back and said nothing could be done. Mind you my car has been there for 5 hours. As they took apart the first radio that I was originally sold they took it out and had to put back my factory but got my car back and it wasn't properly place right. By far I never experience a place so unprofessional. I was not mad at the fact that they couldn't do it. I was mad at the fact that he knew what features my car had and he has a whole week to check if everything was in the kit. That guy Steve seems doesn't even look like he knew what he was doing. Even when I got there didn't say sorry just handed me the car keys and didn't even bother to tell me where they park my car. Walk around looking for it . So unprofessional in so many ways. Brought my car to replace my nissans light bulbs. They broke the headlamp shell, and didn't tell me until I noticed the lights were misaligned. They promised to fix the lamps if I bought the replacements. Once I did, they made me wait three hours just to be told they can't do it after all. Wow!!! Decided to give you 2 instead of 1 because Shawn helped my friend with some stereo questions. I read all reviews here before going to this place. I read the VERY LONG review one of your first reviewers left about how pissed they were about someone giving you a bad review. I understand them if they been a long time Customer with good service. For my experience, even after I made an appointment two weeks ago. I called in the day before the appointment and guess what! They didn't have our names apparently. My friend and I decided to still go with them. So Shawn put us down for the actual day again(2 cars). Yes it was him who gave me the appointment the first time. Now we go today, called to confirm first though. Whoever answered said Shawn was at the store but to come on in. We did. We show up and he tells us they can do one car and the other the next. Excuse the language but, "WTF!?". We say no of course, we have both cars there why would we come back? So he calls over the one and only tinter they have..eventually he tells us he can do both. One would take 40mins, then he'll start the other. So he asks for one key, we leave. We go over the type of tint, which is your regular film, nothing special. Then my friend says her daughters film started to get bad already(she got it here) and he says "it's lifetime warranty". Yeah I can see why...but since we were already here and for $75. Give it a try right? Come back an hr+ and guess who's parked right were we left it...my car! For the love of him. Wtf! Again. Chill and just walk in. Ok so now he says(Shawn) "any minute now any minute now they'll take it in". Then we explain to him it's past the time they said. So he goes to the back calls the "tinter" guy who says "I told you I would call you when it was ready" really dude? Then why say 40min? I understand if the business is busy. It happens. It happens that you're trying to do everything at once. But be honest with your customers if you want to be referred. Then he comes back drops my key on the counter and walks away. I give Dash 5 stars. The power outlets (cigarette lighter) went out in my car; & I couldn't charge my phone or other devices. The customer service was awesome. Moe was upfront about wait times. His personality was very down to earth & outgoing. At first they couldn't find my fuse box but the guys were very careful & gentle to not break anything while looking for it. the worst place ever I took my suburban to install a new radio and 4 new door speakers plus a second set of tweeters my original door speakers were broken but my original tweeters were still good i just wanted a second pair in the rear they only installed the door speakers and no tweeters they kept my tweeters I didn't buy anything there it was just installation when I realized my tweeters were not there i went back and they said i never took some tweeters just the speakers its been 4 months and now only 1 of my door speakers work i took it back so they can check it and they said they don't offer warranty I don't recommend they place at all read more

The guy that put on my back up camera was socializing the whole time and his friends were leaning on my car etc.... turns out the camera was upside down BS, when they finally finished closed to 9pm at night the store was closed I wasn't given my key they drove up to the front and made me walk to my car and not one person explained how my new system work or how to operate it nor only did it sound like shit it looked like shit! I didn't know how to operate the blue tooth and I told them that I was told there was a mic and I could not find it , I also told them the camera was upside down! I called to complain about everything I was told to speak to Moe but they said he was not available, I was speaking with Steven and he told me not problem come in and will fix it, I did and he did as he was adjusting I reminded him that I was told that the mic was built into the stereo, He even had the nerve to tell me he had the same one in his car! I again asked about the fees and ask for an itemized receipt he said they couldn't give it to me that I would soon receive and email with all that info that it takes a couple of days. That Clown is a liar all the way around telling me BS In told him I got the email the same day I was in the store! I finally left this store again which mind you is 20 miles from my home and as I'm driving something is stuck on my gas pedal Guess what I found the blue tooth MIC that STEVEN and the other Guy told me was built into the radio!!! I've had excellent dealings with this business several times before but was totally surprised by my new experience. I had just purchased a used vehicle and wanted a simple alarm installed with an engine "kill switch". What followed was a stranger pounding on my window informing me that my car was smoking from its engine. I had my mechanic inspect my vehicle and he stated that the issue might be the key cylinder not allowing the starter from disengaging and recommended a locksmith to possibly repair the issue. After this inspection I was sent to a mechanic to view the starter. The locksmith and the mechanic were informed that I had recently had an alarm installed. A new starter was installed and the same thing occurred, smoke from the starter. The mechanic disconnected the relay to the starter and restarted the car without incident. This was after the wire connecting the key cylinder to the starter was replaced. In order to obtain the wire I had to purchase a steering column since the specialized wire could not be purchased individually. The mechanic emphatically stated that the alarm was the cause of this incident. I return to DASH and they claimed that everyone blames the other person and does not take ownership of the problem. In addition, why had I not return to them for the repairs. I responded by saying I would have never thought that the alarm would have caused the problem and since I had recently purchased the vehicle I thought it was an automotive issue. They inspected the vehicle and the technician stated he had done everything correctly. He connected the new system to the non-factory wires from the previous alarm that was to be the ground and did not install all the "necessary" equipment to the new alarm. He asked if I wanted the "kill switch" installed. I informed in that since I had purchased a new alarm with kill switch then I would like to have a kill switch. That's when he placed all the necessary equipment parts to the new alarm system by passing the previous alarm wires. I asked myself why did the technician not bypass the non-factory wires before. Since then, a week has passed, I have not had any problems with the vehicle nor the alarm. Had he done this in the beginning I would not be out $700 in repairs. I'm seeking for repair reimbursement but have not seen any. Would I recommend this business HELL NO not after this experience. Too bad I didn't see any negative stars then I would have given the company minus five stars. read more

I was hoping I can use foul language on here but since I can't...There are only a couple of employees there that have good customer service including Moe the owner. But other than that the fat guy with glasses walks around like his crap doesn't stink. So anyway I took my vehicle in with the whole audio system I want it installed they took me in the same day. I waited hours even after they closed for my car until I realized they shouldn't be taking so long. So I walked over to see what was taking so long and the guy was Literally gluing my dash with superglue! That's when I knew I was going to have problems! So they were trying to rush out because obviously they want to go home, But I was literally the last one out the gate but I had realized my reverse camera wasn't working. I gave him the benefit of the doubt only because I was excited to finally have my system in my car. When I told him about my reverse camera not turning on he said bring it back tomorrow and will fix it. And I also told him about the gluing my dash and he said well in the future anytime it Falls off just bring it back and we would glue it again because we ran out of the special glue. Special glue Bull crap! So anyway they also broke my dash part where my seat warmer part is they super glued it! They broke all kinds of things in my car a lot of things were missing. All in all they completely messed up my car. I have pictures and videos of when my car didn't start after work and they had to come jumpstart my car and I had to drive it home with the lights flickering and everything. I would highly not recommend! Oh yeah also I had found Swisher wrapper in my car! This place needs to be shut down or they need to get employees that actually know what they are doing and can provide customers with the service that they actually need without breaking things and messing peoples lives up by costing them more money!Oh yeah also I had some JBL speakers in my car doors and they kept those couldn't install my Tweeters that I wanted installed either. I was really excited about getting some work done and Moe is really cool but after leaving my car for the weekend that i was told it would take,It turned into 2 weeks and when i finally got tired of waiting i called to let them know i was gonna pick it up even if they weren't done.I get there to find out they killed my battery and lost the keys to my car (How are you a shop and you lose the keys !!!and then the work they did was absolutely horrible a crack head on the street would have done a better job.I went in for a amp for my lows,2 head rest tvs and for them to install a doubledin that i took them and a clean up of my wiring. I got it back in worst condition the Tvs werent displaying anything the install of the In dash was horrible and the wiring was worse.I go back to talk to Moe just to let him know i wasn't happy and he convinced me to leave it again to correct the issues and I end up leaving it again for another 2 days and they tried but i get there and it wasnt done i had to stand there so they could fixed the tvs that werent fixed but they did kinda clean up the wiring the stereo was worse than before.I was completely over this whole ordeal.If you like to get dicked around come here and you will get exactly that.I am taking it to another shop that will correct all these issues.Even the other shop said they coudnt believe that a actual shop did this work!! I am giving 5 star review on base of their customer service . So I booked an appointment for audio replace with a touch screen for my Son's car . they gave me next week to come and replace it .but unfortunately with the wrong part they received they couldnt replace it on scheduled day .but they handle the situation and their customer service was amazing. We were again scheduled but I recieved a call today that their shipment is unfortunately didnt come because of a situation going on as curfew everywhere yet so they wont be able to proceed tomorrow.. they were 100 % willing to give back my advance as we decided not to proceed and for now we are keeping the original system in my son's car . But for all this I am gonna give credit to SAM .he knows his job and amazing in it ... definitely I recommend them specially SAM and will also consider them for any future work . Moe was definitely helpful, but a few days ago my front speakers weren't working so I decided to change them and the rear speakers out. On my receipt it says I was charged for 2 sets of speakers (interior) but when I went to swap my speakers out, one set was the one he "threw in for free" and the rear speakers were BONE STOCK.
