Breakfast was really good and had lots of homemade love. The service was great and efficient, we received everything as ordered. The restaurant was very clean except the toilet. I think someone had just had an accident.

An excellent breakfast experience. Quick and easy and the food was very good. Once again, I expected the food to be pretty greasy but was surprised to find it was not greasy at all! Server was very good and attentive. They helped us with menus substitutions and such. Definitely a good spot to dash-in!

Whoa, don't miss out and get the Eggs Benedict here! Things you should know: I. PARKING There is limited street parking available. We simply parked at the public library and walked over to the restaurant. Easy. II. SERVICE Friendly and timely III. QUALITY So delicious..! They paired the food well into a diversified explosion of texture and flavor. Nothing bland about it! IV. CAPACITY We waited for about 10 minutes to get a late weekend brunch. Not bad. Worth the wait.

Not your ordinary grilled cheese. Omg, regretting my decision on only getting half a sandwich. Also, the soup was creamy and complimented the bruschetta grilled cheese. I'd come back next time I visit Fort Wayne. Service and staff were super friendly and attentive

Simple but so good. Gourmet Grilled Cheese and tomato soup. Classic yum.

Best grilled cheese! Everything is good, really. And the service is phenomenal. Love the Dash!

The variations of grilled cheese are excellent, and the bang for your buck for a grilled cheese meal is superior. I had Bruschetta grilled cheese, and the goat cheese was a welcome twist. You get a side with the sandwich, which could be their famous tomato bisque soup. Dash-In is a taste of Asheville in downtown Fort Wayne. Art is for sale on the walls, the staff and business wear their values, and local beer is served. On the weekends, they do have a brunch menu. Street parking in downtown is your best bet. A fellow patron proclaimed "phenomenal" to his partner as they were leaving, and I completely agree!

This is a beer bar that serves a mean grilled cheese and tomato bisque. They actually have several grilled cheese options (some very foodie-friendly). They must also do a lot of coffee because the bartender was switching between pouring beers and making cappuccinos. The one downside is that the kitchen was extremely slow during lunch. It took almost half an hour to get my food after I ordered.

I ate by myself at the bar but the bartender was great and introduced me to a very good beer I have now bought at my local liquor store here in Indianapolis. The beer was Rasputin. I was very surprised how delicious this place was and I love how laid back it was. There was a couple next to me on a date (it was Valentines Day) and the music was just loud enough. I can't wait to get back up there for a work trip to eat here again

Great lunch or dinner spot. Always good to get a drink at or good. Seat yourself and get ready for great service. My pesto grilled cheese with the added chicken was AMAZING. I don't normally order the same thing multiple times but this will be my new thing to order there! It is a tad pricy... no dessert, just water to drink and my bill was $16.

Dash-In might be the hottest destination in the city. Local singles. Drink specials. Killer atmosphere. Dash-In is your destination for all thing fun.

That right there told me they don't mind being different in the style of food they serve! After checking over the menu full of wraps and burgers amongst a plethora of other bar food I ended up getting some wings to try and the house made chips. I got half my wings in the BBQ flavor and the other Buffalo. Being honest the wings weren't anything special but they did hit the spot and the BBQ sauce wasn't anything special to me on the wings but if it was used in some pulled pork or ribs I believe I would enjoy it more. The buffalo sauce was really good and had just enough heat to need the ranch here and there. The house made chips were good, not overly seasoned and not over cooked either. The place is small but has a handful of high top round tables and a few bigger square tables in the front with a decent bar strip with plenty of bottles and beers on tap. The pool table in the side room looked like a great area to hang around and play some pool while enjoying some beers with the company of friends. Next time I'm in town I will try one of their countless burger options!

We went to go celebrate my husband's birthday and our server had too many tables because the service wasn't the best. She was okay but for their prices we shouldn't be waiting to get refills for a while. We received 3 of our 4 meals an hour after ordering. I ordered a pizza and I knew it takes 30 minutes but my entire family was done eating and I asked the server if it was almost done. She said the cooks didn't know. I'm going to guess it was never rang in. Because it was pushing 1.5 hrs and it wasn't close to being done? They were steady but I wouldn't say busy. They had plenty of staff on but our server had a lot of tables. We left and she took the pizza off and apologized but I don't think that's enough when one person leaves and doesn't get dinner. If the kitchen was behind, if the pizzas were taking longer, if the service wasn't going to be lacking "just be honest at the beginning". Honestly was truly disappointing and not a good visit.

I've been to USM several times and realized I have not done a review…read more.. USM is such a cool concept and has so much potential, but it's just never busy... It definitely has that big city market feel, but I just don't know if it's gonna work for FW? It's a well decorated place with eclectic vibes and a few nice shops/vendors. The problem imo has been that the vendors turn over so fast and never seem to make it... Whether it's overly expensive rent, not enough foot traffic, or it being on the edge of the sketchy part of town, I suspect USM has an uphill battle to really "make it" - Sure hope the place succeeds because it's got a ton of potential. If visiting, recommend the lil Thai vendor or Johnny Ox Pizza... Two of the better places at USM.

This place is amazing. We visited on a Friday evening and tried to visit as many of the vendors as…read morewe could. First, we got kids meals at Buyamba Sandwich Company, located in the west hall portion of the market. Kids meals are either a turkey and cheese sandwich or a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, plus chips, fruit snacks and a Capri Sun. Pretty much everything that a child could want for a meal, and my kids were more than satisfied. Next, we got a couple of drinks at The Charlie Horse, one of the bars. They have Sun King beer on tap, but I think that was the only local beer. It's difficult for me to pass up Korean food when I see it, so I decided my meal would be bibimbap from Seoul Garden. I got my bibimbap with beef, a lot of gochujang with a fried egg on top. The vegetables were cooked but still crunchy, and everything was great. We also got a burrito from Pikoso, and that was great, too. I don't have much to say about it because I didn't get to taste it, but I was told it was tasty. Lastly, we got scoops of ice cream at Local Apple Cart, which is a little stand that makes its ice cream with locally grown fruit. I got a scoop of vanilla and the blueberry ice cream, which was super purple and vibrant. A couple of things to note: There's one pizza joint in here (Johnny Ox Pizzeria) and they only sell pizza by the slice during lunch, and full pizzas during dinner time. That was a bummer because we really wanted a slice, but we were foiled. The pizzas are huge, too. Most of the merchants in the east hall were closed, which was a bummer. These included the fresh food market, a seafood and meat market, and an Amish deli and bakery. I was kind of surprised that they weren't open on a busy Friday, but so it goes. When we visited, there was a trivia game going on, which was neat. There is so much seating in this food hall. We sat upstairs, where we could get a good view of the bustling happenings down below. There are tables, but also chairs and a few couches. The lighting is nice and mellow, too, but the noise can get overwhelming because the hall is very tall and the sound carries. Plus, there was music playing, so it was pretty loud in there. At the entrance, be sure to look around you -- you'll see some really cool murals on the walls.

The drinks come from the Tough Tap Room. I Gad the watermelon mojito which had a very refreshing taste. My daughter had the hoppy water. She liked the slight beer flavoring without the alcohol. The pizzas here are very good. In general the pizza is slightly thin but has a bit of a chewy crust. The crust appears to be well cooked but still comes out moist and tasty. All pizzas are 12 inches in size. A 12" pizza is enough for two people to share. The Bhan Mi pizza has a nice Thai taste. The topping were very fresh and the sauce has a bit of a zip to it.
