Anyway, on the day of installation for our two master bedroom closets, the National company shows up late with the WRONG plans and the installer blames me for the misunderstanding. Their dispatcher has no idea where my order is in their system, and the supervisor was a condescending jerk. So my wife and I fired them and started to frantically call every other big brand-name installer in LA, only to be told that the earliest available appointment would be mid-October!! It was unreal - our closets were completely gutted and our clothes were spread all over our spare bedroom. Fortunately, we found West Coast Organizers via this very Yelp page and appreciated the positive reviews about Jeff. When we called the number, Jeff personally answered the phone - no small army of dispatchers and customer service reps; just one man running a small, local business! I was so relieved to talk directly to him and not have to press 5 different menu options and be on hold for an hour. Jeff came over the very next day, took measurements and reviewed the concepts the designer from the National closet company made. He pointed out many mistakes, including that the closet design would have blocked the access panel to our master tub and that several feet of top space would have gone unused.
