When I asked who the manager was, I was told one manager is Mason and the "big manager" is Angelle, but Angelle only comes in twice a week. The entire conversation felt unprofessional and dismissive. To make matters worse, when I picked up my order, employees in the deli area were openly talking and laughing about something rotten in the cooler, discussing how bad it smelled and who was going to clean it up--all within earshot of customers. That is not something customers should have to hear while purchasing food. Between the poor food quality, lack of customer service, and unprofessional behavior, I will not be returning.

I don't know what happened back in 2019; all I know is I had to scramble to find another vendor for my wedding cake and was very disappointed that no one ever got in touch with me to explain or apologize.
