I have to update this review, as far as redemption game arcades this is as good as it gets, it cannot get any better. You simply will not find a better value on arcade game play in this area. If you haven't been on a Wed trust me you absolutely have to go on a Wed!!! The staff is super friendly and willing to help with any problems, the prizes are awesome and the games pay out a reasonable amount of tickets for prizes. I am actually going to go out on a limb here and call the staff at this location at least for the arcade part of things here amazing, they have been so helpful and friendly that its amazing and refreshing to see a place that gives such good customer service in this day and age. The games are well maintained, I rarely see a broken game. Again I don't eat the food there so I cannot comment on that. You don't have to eat here, there are plenty of other places to eat in the mall and in the mall food court. To have the optimal experience here I would first recommend to never go here without a coupon. They give them out all the time and send them to your email. The coupon is usually buy $20 in game credits get $20 free. Sign up with their rewards program before going if you can. Wednesdays are half price game days, so I recommend charging your card through the mobile app then going on a Wednesday. If that doesn't work for you, you will have to stop by on another day and buy credits then go on a Wednesday for half price games. A lot of people just swipe a credit card at the kiosk but with a tiny amount of planning you can get double the credits by downloading the mobile app and charging your card via credit card that way. They don't allow coupons to be used in the store on Wednesday's or with any other offer. I have done the math on their points system. If you use the $20 coupon and go on a non-wed the credits come out to 10 cents per point. Games are usually between 5-15 points each. On Wed. that gets cut in half so some games like ice ball and cyclone are only like 1.5 credits, that is 15 cents!!! That is an amazing value! So the most expensive game is $1.50, a (on a non wed) and that is usually only the big simulators like Dream Raiders or Star Wars Battle Pod. That's pretty cheap considering the selection of games offered. These games would be 75 cents each on Wed. If you don't use a coupon it will cost double what I just mentioned, aka you are overpaying. If you are using a coupon its probably a better value than any other arcade out there. You can switch from paper tickets to e-tickets or vice versa by swiping your card at the kiosks. They have wi-fi but you have to get the password from the redemption counter. The winner's circle does have better prizes than any other arcade I have been to. I have been to arcades that cost just as much money as D&B (or possibly even more expensive) but you get 2-5 tickets per game played and the prizes you get aren't even worth 10 cents.. I have seen a lot of these arcades recently, and I have been to a lot of arcades over the time I have been alive and the prizes D&B has just blow every other arcade out of the water. I went to an arcade recently where a package of fun dip was 400 tickets (and believe me the games only paid out a few tickets each so you would have to spend mega bucks to get a small prize) but at D&B you can get good prizes for your tickets. I got a ghostbusters plush, a nice licensed plush for 600 tickets this week and I thought that was an awesome prize for the ticket value. D&B at least has modern, good prizes, they do have candy and some of the usual arcade junk but its all modern and clean and there are plenty of things you can pick that you might actually take home and use instead of something you would throw away after 5 min. This is a modern redemption arcade, if that is not your thing then you will not like this place. Yes its loud, and yes there will be a lot of kids running around, its an arcade so you have to expect that. Its very similar to a Chuck E Cheese but again its clean, its not dirty and they don't have a ball pit or anything like that. I am a germaphobe and I don't even feel like my hands get dirty after playing games here. They do not have any classic machines or pinball machines. Take it for what it is, and for what it is its very good. I can't help you if you aren't using the coupons that are super easy to get and saying its overpriced because compared to other arcades it is certainly NOT overpriced. I can say that this place does not at all deserve the negative reviews it has been getting on here at least for the arcade part of it. read more

Disappointing would be a complement. I went to Dave and busters yesterday with my girlfriend, friend, and his girlfriend. None of us have ever been there before and we thought it would be fun. I've heard it was awesome, so I thought it was gonna be awesome. We decided to get food and play some games. It was around 8:30 when we got there and being Friday they were open until 1am. We got our swipe cards for the games, the guy that set us up was professional. He gave us the run down and knew what he was talking about. Come to think about it he was probably their best employe. He definitely needs more then $9 an hour for all the useless information they have drilled into his brain. So, we get a table after about a 20 minute wait, no big deal we played a few games then got to our table. My girlfriend and I didn't eat anything all day and were starving. None of us wanted to spend a lot of money either so we all ordered what I like to call the "strugglerita" water with lemon. It took our waited almost 15 minutes to bring it over. Already angry because it wasn't busy. So we all order our food, my friends each get a chicken salad, my girlfriend orders the nachos without meat because she is a vegetarian. I order the portabella sandwich because I don't eat meat either. 45 MINUTES LATER, We are still waiting for our food, let me remind you we got two salads Nachos and a sandwich. We're not even hungry anymore because of starvation. Our waiter had gotten into a verbal fight with a waitress within that time also, I front of everyone including children. So our waiter recommends we talk to the manager. Finally get him over to us after what seemed like another hour but was probably like 5 minutes, regardless I complained because why wouldn't we. So our food finally comes out. Manage brings it out. Gives out the salads gives me my sandwich, and without hesitation I see the nachos my girlfriend ordered had meat on them. I said something immediately. Oh god now we have to wait another hour for her nachos. Manager comes back out, "yeah that was meat on the nac..." I cut him off, "I know, that's why I said something." Nachos come back out no meat finally, we eat. Manager says. "I'll adjust the bill" can't complain with that. "Thank you" we all reply. Someone comes over that wasn't our waiter, He probably quit or something. So she says "are you ready for your bill?" "Yeah but the manager said he was gonna adjust the bill" she walks away. Another girl comes over and says "okay are you ready to pay?" Bruh. So finally we get the actual bill. He cut the bill literally in half price wise. That was cool, definitely appreciated that but was needed. Moral of the story. Play here and eat in the food court when you et hungry. read more

This place is absolutely ridiculous. A Wednesday night and we were made to wait 20 mins longer than we were told. The manager then started making smartass comments when we asked again how long. After we were sat we waited almost 20 mins for a waiter to come over and that was only after the manager asked him if we have been seen yet. Then we all got our drinks other than my father's cola. After another 15-20 mins we asked about the cola and he comes back with ice and goes oh I just remembered you don't want ice, goes back and brings a diet cola. After no one came back my mother had to go to the bar to order the right drink which they didn't listen and gave ice but at least he got the right drink. Then the food came out and my sister in law had to go and get silverware for us since it was never provided. All this was for my niece's 5 year birthday party. oh boy, I feel the need to speak out. I tried to leave feedback on the D&B survey online and it kept rejecting me. HORRIBLE experience. waited 45 minutes for our table of 8. Hubby and I brought my son in for last minute birthday celebration with a few of his friends. Because of having to wait, we purchased cards at the kiosk for the boys to kill some time. when we finally got a table and ordered food, we had the server put more credits on 4 of the cards and I went to the clerk to use a coupon to put on the other 2 cards. We waited 45 minutes for the food to come. And when he finally brought the food he forgot 3 of the meals. After verbalizing my displeasure, he came back with one more meal. Where are the other 2? I asked. He apologized and it took 10 more minutes for them to come. He offered to take 2 of the late meals off the check, and said the manager would come over to speak with us--no manager ever came over. The server came back and offered to put '60 credits' on the 2 late diners cards. Whoopdy do! He never offered to refill anyone's drink. When I asked for water, he did come back with a tray of 8 glasses of water and promptly spilled them all over me and my 6 year old grandson. He apologizes and came back with a few small square paper bar napkins- clearly ineffective. I was soaked, and so was my salad that I wasn;'t done eating-and he took my plate away and didn't offer a replacement. Horrible and expensive night. read more

The eat and play combo is always a real treat.We love half price games on Wednesdays and sometimes they have $5 apps......they keep it very clean and the service is always fierce!!!! The only reason I gave 3 stars and not a 1 is because our waitress made up for the rather poor experience. We came from out of town, wanted to eat before we played games and the host was just blatantly rude. We let that go and got seated at a messy table and was told we had to order fast. Then I had to use the bathroom, asked the host and again she acted annoyed and bothered. The food was disgusting, I took two bites of my sandwich and pitched it. The absolute worst Father's Day experience I have had in 17 years because of a manager named Rob and one particular bartender who, as my 10 year old so eloquently put it, "should be in the construction industry ". Props to Jillian and her male partner behind the bar that made us feel like we had fun spending almost $300 in their establishment. Then the skinny little witch with piercings etc., on orders from "manager" Rob who appears to be a corporate robot with very few people skills and no concern whatsoever about his guests, made us feel absolutely unimportant. This all happened because my 10 year old son came to the bar to show mom and dad his "loot" that cost me about $200 and put his items on the bar. He did not sit at the bar as accused but no one bothered to ask us what was going on. Rob, As an experienced restaurant owner/ manager, if I have an issue in my establishment, I would address it myself and not sent a server to do my dirty work. If you want to be a manager you need to be strong and address what you perceive as legal violations yourself. Coward managers typically get eaten up in this industry. Because we live in Florida, I am pretty sure Dave & Busters in Florida will suffer because of the incompetent staff in Buffalo. I will never spend another nickel in Dave&Busters without an apology from the GM in Buffalo or a call from corporate. Again the bar staff and floor staff were great but 2 little pieces of cancer in an establishment ruined the entire experience. They need to learn what the word HOSPITALITY means. read more

Initially very impressed with the vast choices of games to play and the menu looked pretty good too. We played games during the 45 minute wait for a table which is understandable since the place was hopping. No toilet paper in the ladies room stall, but I figured someone will check on it later. Unfortunately the food was barely lukewarm when we got served and the fries were mushy... the meals were obviously sitting for some time before they were brought to us. The Manager apologized and took the cold meals off the bill but the replacement fries were still lukewarm. Later while playing games I used the ladies room again and there wasn't any toilet paper in any stall. Poor Management left us unimpressed- we will not be returning here. read more

Buyer beware here!!! I had the $20 Groupon for 2 people - unlimited games ....not! We also had a $25 gift card.....So I took my 14 yr old daughter and thought we could have a great afternoon for minimal extra money.......what a rip-off.....they told us at the door that the game cards would give us free games on any games with blue lights.....there were also 35 credits on each card for games with green lights that were not free.....he said there were 50 games with blue lights.....well, we could only find about 10 and they were really lousy games.....then when I realized that the credits were disappearing from our cards the waitress explained that you have to wait 1 full minute after a game ends to play it again for free or it will take credits off your card.....we weren't told that at the door.....games go from 3 to 10 credits a game.....my daughter was so disappointed....so, as a treat, I ordered the chocolate fondue dessert that looked wonderful in the photo in the menu.....it turned out there was only about 2-3 tablespoons of very gummy chocolate on the bottom of this tiny fondue pot....enough to dip about 5 of the at least 25 pieces that they surround the pot with....I showed the waitress the menu photo and asked her if what she served looked anything like the photo.....she agreed and said that a lot of things there weren't worth the price.....didn't do anything to make it better either......we will NEVER go back....cost was: $25 gift card + $25 cash +$20 cost of groupon......would have been more if we paid cash for games which come out to $3 to $5 per game!!!!!! read more

My friend and I went here for lunch the other day and we will never go to the Galleria Mall location again. To start, the service was horrible. Not only did I actually have to flag another server who was off duty to go get our waitress but our waitress put in my order wrong so I got entirely the wrong entree and my friend's burger was not only overcooked but appeared to be just a frozen patty which was the second thing. Third and last, when we complained to the manager (Shawn), he apologized but told us that he couldn't do anything to rectify the situation. The absolute worst experience at a restaurant in my life. My wife and I had arrived at 7pm with 6 others. We waited for about 50 minutes for a table thats expected for a Saturday night im not upset about that. Well we finally get to are table and its a mess crap all over the floor and on the chairs. Are waiter comes over grabs are drink orders and are food orders. We all ordered burgers and fries. About a half hr later my wife's and my food arrive while the rest of my party is waiting for their's. And as another half hour goes by the rest of the table finally gets their food. While this is going on I see the general manager and head chef talking to this large party that is seated right by us for a solid half hr. So I then asked to speak with the GM, I literally see the waiter walk over to the GM and tell him I would like to speak with him. The GM then walks past our table and waiter tells us he has a medical emergency. So we wait another half hour to speak to the other manager and he had finally taken care of us. It was now 945pm and almost 3 hrs for burgers and fries. The food was terrible by the way . It was my first and last time ever going there. I gave it one star because i had to it deserves negative stars. read more
