GAMES: The games that I like to play are still available but there are a few closed down at the moment. It is more spread out for social distancing practices. PRIZES: What was once a bountiful selection is now an hollow shell of its' former self. Random restocking and hard to find desired prizes. WHERE DID THE GIANT SQUISHMALLOWS GO?! Not that I needed anymore but it's still nice to have the option. FOOD: Mobile ordering is now a thing and can be really awesome and convenient if done right, however, this particular D&B's falls short. Can someone add basic or customizable services like "more napkins" and "refill needed" because the wait staff has absolutely no incentive to return to table once the order is placed via the phone. Hopefully this is BETA because the system is terrible. Overall, there is not much incentive to play if the prizes are mediocre. Who doesn't love a Dave & Busters night?! Kids and adults alike enjoy this magical place. I say magical because entering the neon light, arcade noise gigantic space literally makes time stop. I recently spent 3 hours here on a week night for my girl's birthday. 3 hours! And had no idea! Things you should know: - arcade style games, video style games, old school games, new school games. Everything from pac man to trivia to a beer pong game to Mario kart to halo. -Adults can sip on fancy cocktails while they play. Try the extreme Mojito for fruity drink lovers. -Monday's you can get all you can eat wings and unlimited video game play -Wednesday they have have priced games-this is when I went and it's a huge bargain -the food is also actually really good, you might be wary but they do a great job! read more

We are frequent visitors to Dave and Buster's, usually a good experience. But our visit on Saturday April 21 was horrible. Three of the first 4 games we tried to play were broken. We had 3 people in our party, when we went to the bar for drinks and food, we literally stuck to the sticky floor. Ordered 2 plates, they came out 15 mins apart from each other so on e person was just about done eating by the time I got my food. The bartender then took $50 from my money to pay for $35 bill and never brought back change, assuming it was an automatic tip. Two of us are bartenders for years and that is unacceptable. We would have stayed longer for drinks if that did not happen. Also one person in our group is in a wheelchair so we use the family restroom,. first visit the bathroom was filthy from someone throwing up everywhere, and the second the same way from diarrhea. Totally disgusting. Overall a very bad experience, and leaves us with not much of a desire to come back. Unfortunate because we have enjoying visiting many times in the past. read more

Dave & Buster's is really a savior. When boredom starts to hit, it's great to have a large arcade in the area. This one is located right inside a mall and there is tons of parking space. Who doesn't like it when its Wednesday and Dave & Buster's is half price. Surprisingly when I stop by this Wednesday around evening 9-10PM is was not crowded. Most of the machines were working perfectly. The Star Trek and Wizard of Oz coin pusher machine was not very full and all had chairs for your to comfortably sit there for a few hours if you're like me, Crazy about the coin pusher machines. The only thing I didn't like was the staffs that was the cashier and exchanging token were not very observant and ended up talking when were standing there there for like 5 minutes when there is barely anyone. TIPS: If you are not crazy about alcoholic drinks then it's best to bring your bottle beverages. I didn't consider that until I got thirsty after sitting with the coin pusher machine. One it is expensive of course and two you will be treated differently obviously because it is their bar and you're asking for soft drink. They don't know if you are going to pay tips on top of $3.25 cup of fountain soda and which paying $1 tips will be helpful for them. read more

My visit here was mainly to watch the Akron vs Kent State tournament game and the manager found the game for me and put it up on two TVs for me to watch. Great customer service. Glad we bought a Groupon, but still kind of a disappointment. The blue tier games included with the groupon are not even 1/3rd of the games at Dave and Busters. Very limited selection as the red and purple tier make up the majority of the games. The ones we did play like the 2 pac man games had control joysticks that didn't work properly to the point it made the game unenjoyable. Mario Kart was fun as well as the Olympic Nintendo, Walking Dead shooter and Star Wars pod was fun but if I had spent money on any option other then Groupon I feel like the value isnt there. Expect a super loud chaotic atmosphere and wait lines for the good games. Also, expect sticky consoles, high exorbant prices and games that don't work and you won't be disappointed. Sadly I was. Cannot speak to the food or alcohol as we didn't experience that aspect, but from an arcade perspective we won't be back for a while, if ever. read more

My family loves Dave & Buster's! We have gone to many locations in different states and like the way this one is set up. If you play the slot like machines your done, you will use all your coins just at that machine. Venture off there are so many great games to play either for tickets or not. Word of advice for good prizes start to save your points over time you can get good prizes! We have not eaten here in a while but I know they have made changes to their menu but can't really comment on it. I love coming here at night when its 21 and over. I feel like a big kid again and get lost in the lights and old school games. I love taking time out to play the more strategic games to get my points up, but I make sure to take time out to play the shooting games and classic ski ball. Their food is actually pretty good. I've had a lot of different things from the usual fried food, to the pasta. I love the loaded tots. They also have a happy hour from about 4-6 and another after 10. My favorite day to come is Wednesday because its half of games. Which means double the fun. It's a great time in the middle of the week to unwind and be a kid again. read more

Service took forever. Waited half an hour to get a beer, and another 20 minutes to order food. Received the food after an hour of sitting down. Didn't receive the fries we ordered or the sauce we asked for. Chicken tenders were terribly dry. Garbage all over the place. Tons of seating and no wait for food, for 3 people we killed 4 appetizers and were so full! 1. crispy steak 'n' cheese tater cakes were my absolute FAVORITE! hot, cheesy, flavorful shredded steak, and sourcream & salsa on top yum! 2. Mountain O' Nachos was exactly as it sounds, a GIANT MOUNTAIN of nachos, best part was the toppings were put in throughout the mountain of chips not just on top, so every bite was delish! 3. Pretzel Dogs were Pigs in a heavenly blanket with a yummy sweet spicy dipping sauce! Comes with 5 piggies, so it was small as a single appetizer, but for 3 with extra orders was good. 4. Three Cheese Grilled Cheese Sticks were just okay. Not very much cheese in my opinion, so think of more like over sized garlic bread with hardened not soft cheese on top. The food and play deals didnt exist at the Buffalo location, but we got the super charged $10 +$2 deal (48+12 chips) and it was perfect for each of us to eat & drink & play for 4 hours. Do not sit down to eat here. Horrible horrible service. The games and arcade is tons of fun! But trying to get some service for food was unbelievable. Mind you there was hardly any customers in the "restaurant". We stood waiting for almost 10 mins to be seated by the "hostess" while numerous employees stood around. Once we were seated we waited another 15 mins maybe longer for a waitress. Once our food and drinks were delivered we never saw her again. There were no napkins or silverware given to us so we had to go up and ask for some and forget about needing a refill. The food was less than mediocre which was expected I guess. Once we were done I stood around waiting for the bill for over 30 mins asking 4 or 5 different staff members for help and nothing. Dave & Buster's Year profit, from "Family Fun" guests, like myself, and You is 2 billion dollars a year! Coming from me, a very loyal guest since the early 90's. Traveling up and down the east coast visiting multiple Dave & Buster's. I was a victim to this "total" format and I signed for the check. Wasn't until later, reviewing the receipts for the day, I noticed the total at the bottom, included gratuity! I already had left a 25% cash tip. The service did not warrant a 40% tip which is the total gratuity; suggested total (located at the end of the check) including the gratuity. Misleading! For sure! Do Better! Dave & Buster's is pricy! The food is pricy! Your loyal guests continue to pay the prices asked because it is a Brilliant time Do not ask me or any other guest to leave 40% gratuity; Your multiple stores are not at this caliber! My boyfriend beat me in every single game we played so I am still a little salty from that Whether you have a big group or small group, there is something for everyone here! They recently changed the layout and added some new games so those were very fun to try out for the first time. My all time favorite game is the Korean dance competition game. I was so happy when Dave and Busters opened up at the Galleria Mall. There is plenty more room for games and an expansion of the restaurant. I grew up when arcades were a thing so this place aften brings me back to my childhood where I was able to move from game to game with bright lights and flashing colors. (It's cheaper than a casino that has that same effect) Lets start off with the restaurant - The food is good, not great. It often seems like there is a low quality of ingredients in their dishes. Nothing really seems fresh. Last time I went I had a shrimp and steak alfredo...which was so so so heavy but delicious in every bite. However that was the only meal that I've had that has really blown me away. Their bar is nice, there are many TV's and I love that they offer beer towers, and for a good price! I would suggest trying to find something you like to eat off of their eat & play deals so you can have some fun in the arcade. As for the arcade, the game selection is out of this world! There is so much to do! As other reviewers have mentioned, the games don't give many "tickets"... for winning, and the prizes require an outrageous amount of "tickets" so don't expect to leave the arcade with anything more than some pieces of candy and small toys. The reason I say "tickets" is because the money for the games goes onto a card...the tickets, or points, that you win also go on that card. So when you win it's kind of anticlimactic because it just doesn't have the same excitement as waiting there as the machine pours out hundreds of physical tickets. However, most, if not all, arcades seem to be going in this direction... it just makes me sad. I want my paper tickets so I can show off my winnings! My fiancé and I are frequent visitors to Dave and Busters in Buffalo. last time we went something terrible happened and one of the employees has to have spent all 109,000 ticket, so our tickets were stole and we had been saving up for awhile. When we called customer service they even said it was fraud and that we aren't the only ones it's happened to. The manager did replace our stolen tickets but that was it and we had to drive all the way to pick up the replacement card. We asked the manager how can they assure us our tickets are safe and is the employee being let go? This comes as a total surprise. I was taking my son out for his birthday, he expressed a desire to go to Dave and Buster's. I started looking to see where we could eat lunch. He says D & B has food. I look up the menu, it looks expansive, so I was like sure, why not? We got seated immediately, mind you it was 1 pm on a Monday, but I chose Monday on purpose so it wouldn't be busy. We order salmon (two sides) an American Burger and the Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich (1side). The beer selection was ok, three IPA's, one was out. So that gave me Goose Island as the only decent option. Lagunitas is not a favorite, so that was a no go. My son had a cider and his friend had a Sam Adam's seasonal. We had to order our food on the app using the QR code, but she did offer to bring paper. We persevered through a number of glitches in the app, it all has to be done on one phone or your food doesn't come out together and finally got it ordered. There was a nice variety of foods, including gluten free options. I ordered the Hawaiian sandwich and boy was I glad I did. It had a Hawaiian sauce which I didn't know what it was upon ordering, turned out to be a spicy sweet/hot sauce. The sandwich was pretty messy, but finger-licking good! The tenders were super crispy, not greasy and it was covered in the sauce and topped with lettuce. The bun was nice and fresh and the sandwich stayed together well. I will be ordering this again. The two boys took a bite and they both liked it as well. My son had the American Cheeseburger, he was able to order the doneness and he enjoyed it. The fries were thin and crispy. His friend ordered the salmon dinner. There were fries, garlic mashed, green beans and asparagus to choose from. He got mashed potatoes and asparagus. The salmon had nice grill marks to it. The asparagus was grilled and had flame/scorch marks. It was really tasty. I got that, as well, with my sandwich. His portion of potatoes looked a little small, but there were two sides... There was no food to take home. That says something right there. The bar area has a ton of TVs and a really clean look to it. The wait staff was very prompt and friendly. Definitely going back again! I was always under the impression that this was aimed for kids, but I recently came here with my family and I had an absolute blast! It's great having a bar right there in the arcade and the ability to bring your drinks with you. There's tables at each game or cup holders to set them down. I went on a Saturday night and it wasn't too packed. A good amount of people, but I hardly had to wait for any games. Expected a normal dining experience after playing a few games with nephews in their game room. My husband ordered linguine with meatballs. I ordered tomato feta soup and a side of mac and cheese. As soon as that mac and cheese came out, the first thought I had was, "Kraft." A couple of bites later confirmed, definitely from a box. Probably a very generic, unknown brand. I remembered seeing a dinner sized dish of mac and cheese on the menu and wondered if that was also from a box. My husband said the meatballs tasted off, and definitely pre-frozen. I had a bite and made a face. Not intentionally. Just a natural reaction of eating unpleasant food. The soup was ok. Just okay. Still would have expected more from a description that claimed all-natural. Probably from a can that read all-natural in the label. That was my first time being served mac and cheese from a box. We brought the whole family here to enjoy some food and games. We had two gift cards to use from Christmas and had never been to D&B before so we were looking forward to seeing what it's all about! We came in through the mall entrance which had us walk through the arcade to get to the restaurant. It was so chaotic! I get overwhelmed with loud noises, flashing lights and tons of people running around simultaneously. I couldn't wait to get to the restaurant area, which took us a few minutes to find. The hostess was very nice and took us to a table where we had room to park the stroller. Everything in this restaurant/arcade is accessible via ramps, so if you have any mobility issues or are pushing a stroller, you can get to all parts of the establishment with ease. Our server was friendly, but I had to chuckle when she asked me how I wanted my Impossible Burger cooked. (It's a plant-based burger. There is only one way to cook it!) On that note, I was happy to see several vegetarian meals available, and the Impossible Burger eapecially could be made vegan by omitting the cheese and asking for a lettuce wrap (I assume the buns are made with egg.) Hubby ordered the Cabo chicken. It sounded like a big meal but I cringed when it came out. The portion was tiny compared to the price. My burger was loaded with toppings and came with fries, so I was happy with my portion, though the price was still a bit steep for a burger. The boys each ordered grilled cheese and were happy with them- ate every crumb! Our server didn't really come around much until we were done. Thankfully we didn't need anything but it's nice to be asked on occasion. There was a birthday party with a handful of unattended kids in our section. They completely ruined our dining experience. Even when there was an adult present, no one was stopping these children from shouting, screaming, singing every inappropriate rendition of Happy Birthday repeatedly at the top of their lungs, blowing party horns constantly, running around, etc. It was so freaking obnoxious. There was zero control over these kids. We (and the few other diners around us) were quite upset at these folks for allowing their children to behave like this in a public place, especially with other diners in close proximity. We almost called over a manager to complain, but figured it wouldn't do any good since the party probably paid big money to be there. Between our mealtime and playing in the arcade, I had to step out to feed the baby, but when I came back, my husband said that our server had messed up our bill. Apparently she charged his credit card the entire amount of our food and then somehow took the gift card balance off of that in form of a credit on the Power Play cards or some odd thing like that. I honestly didn't even understand it the way he described it to me. He said he had called over the manager and asked him why she did it that way as now his card was charged the full amount and not what we actually owed. The manager apparently shook his head and said "I tell them over and over how to do this and they just don't get it..." How hard is it to deduct a gift card from a bill? Isn't that a common way to pay at a restaurant like this? The manager said he would close out the bill and redo it after we figured out what we wanted to tip her. My husband said "I really don't feel like tipping her. She just cost me a lot of money!" The manager had no problem with that, closed out the bill, ran his card again and supposedly fixed everything. Hubby saved all the receipts and will be watching his card to see just how much they end up charging him! The boys had fun playing games. We used a coupon to get BOGO $20 Power Play cards... Except (even though the coupon was not expired) apparently they're not $20 anymore, they are $23... So hubby had to pay extra even though the coupon stated otherwise and there is a $3 activation charge per card. The boys enjoyed everything though, and all the games were in really good shape and worked correctly. I didn't see any games out of order, which was impressive. The prize room is way overpriced, as is any arcade, but the boys were still able to walk out with prizes they were happy with. All-in-all, the food is overpriced for the portion size but tastes good. (Kudos on their diverse menu!) The service is so-so. The arcade is crazy but super fun! We won't be back, simply because it would have been ridiculously expensive if we didn't have gift cards and a coupon. And our experience wasn't worth the price. But if you have a couple extra bucks and need to take your kids to blow off some steam while you're walking around the mall, this isn't the worst place to go. read more

Dave & Buster's is escapism at its finest. It teaches kids how to be good casino gamblers later in life and is a fun escape for adults (but how cool would more adult-like prizes be??) looking to get lost in an arcade and tickets. My wife loves coming here and I come along and generally have a pretty decent time. We definitely love the arcade version of Doodle Jump (but damn it, it can be so tough to win 1K tickets!). We've never had the food here and haven't had much desire to try the menu. I do like the game show classics like "Deal or No Deal." The classics are fun. If you go with the right people and are willing to part with $30 for about an 40m of arcade time...you may come away with a selfie stick or some other $5 gadget at the end of it with all the tickets you win. At dinner, we ordered appetizers, drinks and entrees. Our drinks came out wrong and after telling the waitress, she laughed about it and didnt offer to correct the problem, she no idea which drinks and apps were on happy hour (she was sweet, but a terrible waitress), and neglected to put one of our entree orders in. The first two things I ordered off the menu were no longer offered or out in the kitchen. Entrees came out before appetizers, even though we specifically requested the appetizers came out first. And our non-alcoholic beverages were never refilled. We sat at the table, finished with our food, for a full 20 min before she asked if we wanted out check. The manager and the coat check guy were friendly, but the bartenders and girl standing at the customer service desk were rude (she was to busy playing on her phone to look up at me). I was eager to speak to a manager about why it's taking an hour and a half for our meal. When the manager finally arrived, I asked why the long delay? Decided to stop by for a late lunch after some mall action. Saw an ad in the mall with the buffalo wing burger and my mouth began to water. Let's do this. Place was busy, but it was game day. They have $5 apps on game day as well as some drink specials. Food came out pretty quick! 10 minutes. The burger was alright. The beef tasted pretty cheap, the onion straws could've been crispier. I usually love going to play arcade games with my kids and family and the games are not the problem.... the food however is another story. The food was terrible and when I told the server, nothing was done about it. The ribs and wings tasted like they had been boiled the day before and then friend afterwards. It tasted terrible. My son, who has a very healthy appetite and eats everything, ate 2 wings and said he just couldn't eat it because it tasted terrible. The new Dave and Busters game room is awesome. There is a ton of new stuff and a lot of classics. A lot of the games are digital now but they incorporated some carnival type games that I really enjoyed. It's a lot of fun. Now the food.. I was never a big fan of Dave and Busters' food until this location. We ordered the pretzel braid which was good but needed more salt. It came with spicy honey mustard and beer cheese. I will be ordering it again. I then had the Bang Bang Chicken. It came with noodles and chicken tossed in a peanut sauce that was mixed with carrots and cabbage. It was very sweet and needed something spicy on it like sirrachha. It was good but I wouldn't get it again. I'd try something else. My accompaniment got the Buffalo Burger. He said it was really good. It had buffalo chicken on it with crumbled blue cheese, frizzled onions, and celery. It came with tator tots. It looks really good. I was too full to take a bite.
