Great place to take your grand kids if they are at least 4 years old and you are capable of keeping an eye on them while they run through this place It's big it's loud and full of diversions. What's I found troubling was when my son in law pointed out its security is lacking and a kid could be snatched or hurt because of the lack of security.He mentioned that at other places offer wrist bands which are issued to the juvenile and the parents that have matching numbers and they check that upon exiting the facility they match.In the times we live in I think more attention to security is needed We had 4 people watching 1 child and a wonderful time was had by all I wouldn't return without at least 2 people watching a child or until security is improved. read more

The average 3.9 stars sounds about right for this location. I really wanted to have a 5 star experience but service at the bar was terribly slow. To add to my disappointment, the pint glasses were so sticky. I ordered two beers from the bar while we waited to be seated. It was going to be about 44 min which was fine with us since our kids were eager to start playing. I went to the bar to get two pint glasses of beer & not only did it take about 15 min but when I got the glasses they were so cloudy. At first I didn't notice how gross they were while they were filled. I thought my hands were sticky from all the game machines. After a few sips of beer I was grossed out. We continued playing & finally it was time to eat. I pointed out to our waiter about the glasses & our second round of drinks were perfect. He was really nice about it & said he understood. Our waiter was awesome, kept checking on us despite how busy it was. The food itself was so salty but good enough. Next time I'll ask them to please take it easy on the salt. My kids had a great time playing & myself and my husband had a great time playing. Just the service and cleanliness is what I'd like to see improvement on. read more

My husband and I decided to do a date night here on Friday night around 5 PM as this place just opened a couple of weeks ago. When I say they are fully staffed, they are fully staffed, there were 4 people working the hostess booth alone. It was early so it wasn't too crowded yet but I decided to time how long it took for our food and drinks to arrive after ordering. Drinks 2 minutes and food only 10 minutes! That is super impressive. I loved my Salmon bowl. The Salmon had a nice charred flavor but honestly could have used a little more seasoning. But when mixed together with everything in the bowl it was delicious. It actually tasted healthy and vibrant. My husband loved his burger but just wished it had a runny yolk. Drinks tasted basically like juice but no hint of alcohol. For our two entrees and three drinks with tax and tip it came out to $118, now that is pricey imo. When we were getting ready to pay a waiter passing by dropped a container of marinara sauce and it splashed all over us. Thankfully we weren't wearing white but he didn't even say sorry. Our own waiter apologized and brought us extra napkins. As for the games there are a lot of the coin pushing games as well as shooters. Service was unbelievably slow. Half our food came out and the server showed up about 15 minutes later to blame the cooks. Worst part the birthday boy had to wait while his friends played become of the mess up. Eventually the other half of our meal came out... however it wasn't was ordered in the first place. No refills at any point. The manager stopped by the check in and seemed confused when his "how is everything" question was greeted with not great responses. Bill came out incorrect several times (double charging for meals) delaying us another 45 minutes. The games- great! The food total disappointment. I ordered the chicken cantina nachos and the chicken tasted like fake chicken. Everything was super salty. Not really a fan at all. I've been wanting to give this place a try. The last time we went to a Dave and Busters was over 10 years ago. We came here after a quick shopping at the mall. We were immediately seated after arriving. The restaurant is really just a very large bar, with tall tables seating up to 4 people surrounding it. An ICEE machine can be seen near the back and extra smaller tables are situated next door to the bar as well. We weren't hungry when we got there so we ordered: Parmesan Caesar Salad with a side of garlic toast. The caesar is romaine tossed with garlic croutons, parmesan cheese and caesar dressing. Daughter liked the salad. She said that there was a lot of dressing on it, which she loved. Hubs said that it was ok and was happy with it. I loved the garlic toast. It was garlicky. Triple play which has pretzel dogs, bar burgers and bone-in wings with choice of sauce or dry rub. It's served with honey habanero sauce, celery sticks and ranch or bleu cheese. Daughter's favorite item was the pretzel dogs. Hubs liked it and thought everything was hot and fresh. No complaints. He said it was solid bar food. The place remained empty the whole time we were there for dinner. Arcade had a few kids playing. We asked our server how was business and was told that it's usually quiet until the weekend. Even on weekends, it's also quiet. Hopefully, with the holidays coming up, business will pick up. Will definitely return to try other items on the menu. read more

The staff sometimes is hit or miss some of them are very good friendly and kind others... not sure why they work there... I really enjoy the boneless wings. It's loud of course it has large screen TVs to watch the sports games and an arcade for kids with prizes. Sunday night out with the family, 7 people all older with no kids (only because the Cheese Cake Factory had a 2 hour wait). Seated right away right next to the super loud arcade area. Some orders were just ok but 2 meals ordered were the 10oz steak both ordered medium rare, well one was about 1/2" thick and cover cooked well with wet mushy onions and the other was cooked correctly but just as thick as it was wide. The best D&B to which I've ever been. The arcade and general atmosphere was something else. This felt like a Dave& Buster's from the 22nd century. I genuinely felt like I was going into the future. In addition, Adrian (not sure about my spelling) was awesome and incredibly patient as a waitress, keeping up with my changing request I went on opening night, and I kind of can't believe that this Dave& Buster's exists. First I'll start with the positives. It was very clean and a lot of seating available and the waiter was very good. The tv was huge and was showing the boxing fight which is hard to find in restaurants now. The bad part was the food. We ordered the nachos first and they were barely hot but the worst part was the fake chicken they put on it. I literally spit it out. Then we ordered the cheesesteak rolls and I took one bite and again couldn't eat it. So we ordered fries because we were starving. They were tolerable. The waiter didn't charge us for the egg rolls.
