Well well well Dave & Buster's in Oakwood plaza has sure come along way. Their customer service for the birthday party I attended was absolutely wonderful. The games are amazing, especially the virtual reality games. They do have vegetarian and vegan options which were provided during the party as well, very much appreciated. And there are still several corporate spaces aside from the game room and they are more defined than they were years ago. This actually turned into a do all location for a family fun, adult entertainment, and corporate events. I say I will definitely be returning. read more

I just want to start off by saying that, the service was terrible, waited for 1 hour to be serviced because I was told someone else would come by to take our order. After, watching all the waitresses walk around, talking to each other, entertaining the tables they are serving, finally I was able to get someone to go get our "waitress" whoever she is, to come take our order because at this point , we're annoyed and the food was very salty. How disappointing! and the waitress fails to tell you that what you've ordered isn't what you're going to typically get because she forgot to make you aware prior to ordering that they don't have certain sides anymore. our overall experience was terrible. Went on tuesday for all you can eat wings. It was a slow day and they took forever to give us wings. I was there from 7pm to 1am and i only got 30 wings. Each order of wings took an hour. I came here to do a walk through for an upcoming work event. Steven was very hospitable from our first encounter. He walked us through the whole process and the different options to consider. The packages offered were reasonable and we booked our event on the spot. We also had lunch while on our visit. I had the parmesan crusted chicken Alfredo which was delicious. The food is definitely not what you'd expect from an arcade establishment. They revamped the menu and definitely cater to all appetites. My server Karissa was incredible. Unfortunately she wasn't the one cooking the food. There is a world of difference between medium well and totally pink which is how my burger arrived. In theory this is a great place for large parties especially birthdays or gatherings for sporting events because they have a ton of TVs and a ton of tables with good spacing. But the service here was absolutely terrible. Just to get our order taken it took almost an hour. Then we waited another 45 minutes for food. And in the meantime no water or drinks or service. I've never experienced anything like it the food is typical bar food, chicken wings, burgers, and a type of pasta that was not bad. The walkway does not free intrusive to the eating matrons which is nice. In the gaming area they have walk-up bar area and a place where you can sit and eat food, which is nice. They have a nice variety of games and everything is spaced out nicely so you don't feel like you are on top of people. Self-serve Kiosks where you can add credits to play games. read more

After spending $350 on games and food we went to play more games and my daughter got knocked down by a kid and dropped her slushie I went to the manager and asked her for another one and they said I had to pay 5$ for another one even though it wasn't our fault for dropping it and after spending all that money. Before, we lived in Tampa so it was convenient as the one was in Brandon and the other in Orlando. Therefore, the one here is definitely super busy! One of the bigger locations I've been to! Lots of games to choose from for people of all ages! They have food and drinks available (alcoholic & non-alcoholic). It's a nice place to have a date that is interactive, especially group dates! We ordered the cheesecake bites and nachos. The nachos were average and typical, nothing special. The cheesecake bites were nothing special, but it was more or less a deconstructed cheesecake! We went here on Dec 23rd for my son's birthday. Pretty good experience. Front desk was pleasant and smooth experience. Everything was explained to us. We selected our package for four people and away we went. My 13 year old and 10 year old had a great time. The games and tables and restrooms all clean. The big machine where you use the big claw was cool because everyone seemed to win and I liked that because this place is kind of expensive. Especially during a pandemic. Went here last Wednesday night. Booked a reservation with Open Table. But apparently it wasn't necessary because it was open seating. There weren't too many options on the menu. They were also out of essentially everything new. Luckily, our drinks were good. I actually liked my friends drink more than mine. And I don't like mixed drinks. They had the mixed berry lemonade. I had a mango drink. But it was memorable because I ordered it three days later at the Orlando location. The bartender said he had only been there a few months. But hopefully he pays attention more to his patrons. Had a few issues and wait even though it was just us and two other small parties at the bar. The rib eye I ordered was horrible. I've never had a sweet tasting steak. It was very weird. It was also mostly fat, so I was still hungry later. I went to play House of the Dead, but it was stuck in reset mode. So I had to get games people to fix it. Went to play Terminator Salvation while waiting. Did some of the ticket games too. Restrooms were clean. Staff in the game room was definitely helpful. I've been here a few times and all times I have different experiences. Some of the games are pretty cool and updated and rarely you'll find a machine that's not working. The facility is big with a lot of space for private parties and events which is nice. You're able to book an event with a private section, pricing of course varies. Those private party sections are nice and clean as well as the area with the booths to sit and eat. Now the actual main attraction, where the games are, is not the best looking area. It can use a little help with the cleanliness and specially the bathrooms. If you ever get thirsty, there's a bar where you can order drinks and have the liberty of taking your drinks with you while you play or run after your child. If you're hungry, good luck finding a place to sit and eat unless you want to eat at the bar. This is one of the only things I don't like.. Having to chase a table down and when you do find an empty table, it's usually filled with someone's dirty plates and you have to wave a bust boy or waiter down for cleaning. When you do find the clean and empty ones, you'll find 1 or 2 half filled drinks with notes on napkins saying "this is my table do not use" and unfortunately the waiters or waitresses can't do anything about. Now when you do find a table, it's clean and empty, you've waived a waiter down and you're finally able to order, the food is pretty good. Among my favorites are the pretzel dogs, buffalo wings, sliders and ribs, nachos, I mean all of their apps are very tasty. The drinks are also very good. Of course you're not going to come and expect to pay $20 for your meal it is rather pricey but it's worth it. read more

I had a blast my birthday weekend at D&B's. Michelle greeted us upon entry and explained all the areas and amenities and set us with game cards that were within my budget. I loved the bar area by the arcade, I sank into the comfy blue chair. I enjoyed my Scooby snack (try it trust me) and Jell-O shots while I kept an eye on the kid. Valerie and Sarah were both friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu; it's so much to choose from; they recommended good drinks. I ordered the chicken parmigiana and to my surprise it was a lovely presentation. The place is humongous, we hung out for at least 3 hours and if I didn't bring junior I'd stayed longer. All the staff was super friendly and accommodating. In the past I I've always visited with a date, but if you take your family you'll probably have way more fun. read more

I haven't been here in years but recently came in with a group of kids. They had a blast and to my surprise even I had fun. I love their wood interior and I found everything to be clean from the dining area to the bathrooms. One of the changes that has been made since my last visit is you no longer have tickets spew out of the machine. Now when you win prize tickets they are loaded onto your game card. I found the tickets to be generous. All of the kids at least walked out with candy and some of the kids even had stuffed animals, balls, and other prizes. I was impressed that even the littlest kids were able to win prizes from either the machines or the prize redemption room in the back. Even if you didn't win a prize the games were fun. I am not a gamer and I even got into it. I dipped my toe into the water with the most old fashioned of games skee ball. By the end of my time here I was happily blasting away aliens at Alien Armagededdon. I had a lot of fun taking on the kids at the giant connect four game. They had some really innovative games. Probably their top game is Jurassic World where four four players sit on a bench and there is VR. They have two of those and an attendant has to be present to set up the game. Other games they have include Ghost Busters, Let's Bounce (out of order), Dream Raiders, Super Trivia, Snow Down, The walking Dead, Monopoloy, Dark Escape ( I heard a lot of screams coming from this one), Speed of Light, the world's largest Pac Man, Tomb Raider, Star Wars, Hot Shot, Doodle Jump, and Superbooths photo booth. I didn't order the food but the people who did complained that it took a really long time. I was in a time crunch but if you are coming to hang out it's probably not a problem. I looked at the menu and it looked like Applebees type items but at a higher price. Between the food and the games your bill can add up quickly so you can stretch your dollars by coming on Wednesdays when they have half priced games. Whether you are looking for a cool AC place to take your kids this summer or you are an adult who wants to play like a kid again Dave and Busters has games for everyone. read more

I have never been so disrespected in my life . For starters me and my family went in for a party on Jan 13, the servers lacked common courtesy and product knowledge . Jeff the manager didn't care at all not to mention I completed a survey online and Tim gave me a call , I attempted to return his call going on 2 weeks now and Astoria who answers the phone told me "She can't do anything but place me on hold and I can hope a manager answers " I then proceeded to ask for the district or regional manager contact information , She said no you can hold and what do you need that for anyway ? I asked for a football game on one of the big screens and they initially said yes, didn't change it, so we asked again and they said no.. not sure why since the big screens were showing the same game on multiple screens...
