Dave and Buster's is a classic family entertainment center that seems to be getting stale and stagnating. We had a group that came for the first FIFA World Cup 2026 kick off game and purchased an event ticket offering all you can eat wings and fries with unlisted game play time all day. Place was packed with summer camp groups but by 4pm it was empty and quiet. Granted it was 3 pm on a Thursday afternoon but was disappointed as the event was not a popular event as we were the only big group in the whole place with several other tables around. Guess D&B is not the spot to go to for popular sports viewing. However the big screen TVs are a great attraction to watch sports on any given day. As the event started, it took 45 minutes for wings to arrive which was less than impressive considering it was not busy. But when the wings arrived, they were hot and crispy and the fries were seasoned very well. Game play was a nice addition to the event and we all had a blast. Classic games to newer games, there's something for all ages. Always fun time at D&B but as an old classic family entertainment center, you can tell age is catching up as several games were broken, inoperable, parts missing, screen and graphics are distorted, or joy sticks jammed. Great time at Dave &Buster's last Thursday for the first Fifa game Mexico vs South Africa. We had a large group and we bought reserved seats $30 to watch the game and have all you can eat chicken wings and fries plus a game card for games at the arcade. Honestly I thought the place would be packed specially with the Mexican fans but I guess it was an early game 3 pm on a week day. Regardless, we had a great time and Mexico won yay! Place had big projectors,many tv's through out the bar area and in the arcade area. We were provided with a green wrist band and we were told repeatedly not to share wings with others. Point taken. First round of wings were 9 wings and fries and took about 45 min. Next order came with 6 wings. I was actually full after round two. We started with waters, then ordered drinks: a glass of sparkling wine and a mango peach Bellini. The Bellini was tasty, but it was filled with a lot of ice, so I wish there was a bit less to fully enjoy the drink. Food-wise, everything was good. We ordered the cheesy spinach dip, grilled chicken quesadillas, boneless wings in the spicy Korean flavor (delicious!), and an apple pecan salad. We also got two platters of the Big Wings & Things one BBQ and one lemon pepper and both were a hit. The service is where things were a little mixed. Our waitress brought out part of the food, and another staff member brought the rest but had a noticeable attitude. When we politely asked for sour cream, she rudely said we needed to ask our waitress instead of just passing the request along or grabbing it. We totally understand that everyone can have a bad day, but it wasn't a big ask and the response felt unnecessary. Another night of fun and eats too. Wednesdays are half price off games and happy hour after 9:00Pm during the week . It was pretty busy since it is Spring break too. Love the motorcycle racing and the top gun flight and snow boarding. Family friendly adult arcade, bar, and restaurant. This place is massive. There's a few private rooms for events, a massive front bar, a big front room with giant screens for game watching. The back half is the arcade area with a smaller bar and dining area, as well as some normal sized TVs. This half is very loud with the arcade games and kids running around. We paid $60 for 300 or so credits. Each game is anywhere from 5-12 credits. So between my two kids, they were through the credits in a little more than an hour. So, not the best value but for the money. I will say there was a good variety of games and themed games. The prize area was closely monitored with a wide array of prizes. We had lunch after the kids were done playing. I got the boneless Buffalo wings and a side of fries. My wings were pretty good, and the ranch was tasty. I felt like they also have a good amount of wings. The fries were decent. My husband got a chicken Caesar salad, which was actually quite good. I reviewed the D&B bar once previously after a very positive experience. I had to come back and share that we've continued to snack at this bar and we're SO impressed with the food here. It's delicious! We love the Barbacoa Quesadilla. Recently we switched it up and had the Mediterranean platter (it may have been new). It was fantastic! Huge portions, tons of flavor options, great to pair with a drink and watch a game. Drinks are good too, and they have some fun non-alcoholic beer options. The Wednesday half off special has been a life saver for my pockets. The $5.00 happy hour is amazing when it comes a weeknight-out-of-the-ordinary special. This was the police to eat, play and relax and enjoy the Olympics. My bartender Lorenzo was very attentive and great with the drinks. The place was very clean even the rest rooms, no issues with the game and it is just an overall great vibe. It does get rather packed on the weekends which is why I prefer the weekdays. We took the hike from Lake Worth since it's the closest one and wanted our kids to get some game time in. It wasn't crowded on a mid Saturday afternoon and it started to get packed when we left in the evening time. There are plenty of arcade games for all ages and has a couple bars with a restaurant. After we purchased tickets for our kids, we played some games for a while. There were classic games such as Pac Man, Space Invaders, Air Hockey tables, and bowling along with a lot of current ones like Hado and virtual reality rides. We decided to get some food and to watch televised games at the restaurant on one of the big screen TVs. The restaurant experience was crazy. It took a while for a waiter to come to our table and had to ask someone where our waiter was. There was a small crowd in there, but it was nothing that would cause the service to be backed up. It was around 15 minutes before someone came by to take our order. The blackberry lemonade was a good start off and we split the soft pretzel sticks with white queso and Thai chili caramel dips. The appetizer was great and had a surprise with our entrees coming out in a reasonable amount of time. We were wondering what was going on with our meals. It took over an hour for it to come out based on the time that we put in the order. We are not sure if they were short staffed and the waiter gave us a $10 game card for the long wait along with a bunch of apologies. Eh, why not give us that off the bill or be more considerate than that? The chicken avocado club sandwich with fries was surprisingly great after the long wait. However, it was not worth the wait for it. Our waiter actually was doing the best he could and we feel like there was more going on with the kitchen staff than what they wanted to announce. My boyfriend, my friend and I came tonight. We usually try to come on Wednesdays if we can because of the deals. We got there around 830, sat at the bar and ordered a round of drinks, followed by an appetizer and two entrees. We had a deal in the app for 50% off food I was planning to let my friend use and then a free entree that I was going to split with my boyfriend. Lorenzo brought out our drinks and then a little bit later brought out our meals (minus the appetizer). My bf asked where the app was and if it was coming and Lorenzo said he didn't put it in. my group just looked at each other and I was like "I guess we don't need it now" and Lorenzo said ok and walked away. No apology or anything. We got another round around 955 and I know that the $5 drinks start at 10 and we asked if Lorenzo would honor that price/make our drinks after 10 so we can get the discount and he said no. Oh okay. At the end when he brought the check, we asked him if he could put my friends meal and drinks on one bill since she was paying separate/could use the 50% off discount and he said no and that we should have told him at the beginning. My bf said that Lorenzo didn't ask about the breakdown of the checks and just assumed/lumped them together while my friend was planning to pay separately and now we have to transfer money to each other and it was inconvenient. Lorenzo was like "should have told me" while waving my bf off and walked away. We will never go to that bar while he's there again. There was also a machine that wasn't working that my bf went to ask someone about because it took multiple swipes off our cards and we wanted the credits back and someone said they would come look at it and they never did. While we were waiting, there were a group of teenagers by some of the games tossing a football back and forth to each other OVER people that were playing the arcade games. They hit my friend twice and me once when my bf confronted them and they laughed kept playing and were like "whatever whatever". I went and searched the entire floor for someone before going to find someone at the game counter to say something and he said they would send someone over to assist, again no one showed up. If you're going to Dave & Buster's for dinner, eat first. That's my best piece of advice. We went there this past Thursday to celebrate my nephew's birthday. Usually he wants to go to Olive Garden, so I was happy that he picked somewhere else. I will admit, I did not know anything about Dave & Buster's. I just thought it was a restaurant. That was mistake number one. Mistake number two was that I actually went. We got to the restaurant around 6:00 p.m. and it wasn't crowded at all. The dining area where we were sitting was completely empty except for us, and the areas we passed on the way in weren't very busy either. We looked over the menus and pretty much had decided on everything when the waitress came. We placed the order for drinks and appetizers at the same time. Then the fun started. The drinks took 20 minutes to arrive. Mind you, by "drinks" I don't mean alcohol. Only one of us had a margarita. The rest had sodas, one virgin Shirley Temple and a blue slushy thingy (I don't know what he was drinking). None of that should have taken 20 minutes. Then we waited for the appetizers. And waited. And waited. Another 20 minutes went by before they finally arrived. I ordered the Loaded Barbacoa Fries, which are French fries covered in, "warm cheese, shredded beef, fresh pico de Gallo, jalapeños & cotija cheese and fresh guacamole." They were barely warm. Not even close to the temperature that they should have been, which tells me they were old. Also, the outer layer of the guacamole was completely brown. According to testfoodkitchen.com, it takes about an hour for guacamole to turn brown. I don't know if the one I received had been sent back or if it just sat there for a long period of time, but it was not something that should have been served to a paying guest. Now, it is not Dave & Buster's fault that I had an exceptionally busy day, and that I had not eaten anything since I got up at 5:00 a.m. I was extremely hungry, so I had to eat, but I only ate about half of it. Probably not even that much. And even though I paid $14.99 for it, I threw most of it away. Then we ordered our meals. I went with something that I thought would be safe -- wings. I asked for the Classic Buffalo with a side of Ranch dressing. Pretty easy. I should have specified that I would prefer that they be hot. They were just as cold as the fries had been. Mind you, it was well more than 30 minutes later before we received the entrees. We had now been at the restaurant for more than an hour and we haven't been to the arcade area yet. When the waitress came by to ask if everything was okay, my sister informed her that she never received her fries. The waitress apologized and went for them, and they came out piping hot. Apparently, they can make hot food, they just prefer not to, for some reason. When asked if we wanted dessert, we said, "No, thank you," and she went to get the check. It was nearly 8:00 p.m. when she brought it. We paid and asked for a receipt, which she was not able to provide and had to go and get for us. Fifteen minutes later, I saw her at another table and asked for the receipt. She said she would be right over with it. At 8:20 we finally got up and left and never did get the receipt. Then we went to the arcade. If you like it loud, you'll love this part of the restaurant. And be prepared to spend lots of money if you plan on playing any of the games. Nothing is cheap. But you get tickets and you can use them to buy prizes. Or you could go online and just buy the prizes for a fraction of what you'll actually wind up paying for them. I played a few games, and was not impressed with any. I did have luck on one where I won 1,000 tickets. I already had 780 tickets on my card. I won another 1,000 and a free spin, which came up 50. When I checked my card, it showed 830 tickets. Now, I know my math skills are not great, but 780 plus 1,000 plus 50 cannot equal 830. I found a worker in the gift shop (Aaron) and asked him about the tickets that didn't show up. He called over two people who scanned my card and went to check the machine, and they said a manager would be with me in two minutes and would put 1,000 tickets on my card. That didn't happen. After standing there for quite some time, Aaron came over and asked if I was still waiting for the manager. When I said I was he got on a radio and called them. The manager then came over. Thank heaven for Aaron. He seems to be the only one in the place who actually provides good customer service. The manager put the tickets on the card and I handed it to my sister so she could use it for my nephew. I certainly won't because I will never go back. We spent one hour in the arcade area and it cost me over $60. Definitely not worth it. I visited a friend in prison two days later, and we ate at the prison commissary. All they offer are frozen items that you heat up in the microwave. That meal was better. read more

On this visit, I took my teenager and three of her friends. They played...and I sat and ate. My server was very good. He was super busy, but kept checking on me often and offering refills. We had a company happy hour at Dave & Buster's. It was fine. I honestly feel it should've been something better, but then again, I'm getting older and this type of place isn't really my scene. It was difficult to have a conversation, much less a waitress. Don't mistake me, however. We had a waitress, but it was a large group, and in these COVID times, we must be grateful. Everything felt disorganized. So many people, so much noise, and then there were games. The games were varied and enjoyable, but nothing really stuck out to me. The best way I can describe it as follows. I can see why it had taken me years to come back to one of these. I can take it in small doses but not much else. We sat down, the bar was not busy, as there were only a handful of people at the bar. Even though this bar is huge, they only had one bartender, who was also consumed with handling the service bar. As we sat, we waited for over 7 minutes without even being greeted. So we got up and went to the restaurant bar. At that bar, they had a total of 4 people sitting at the bar. I waited for 4 minutes and the bartender was nowhere to be found, so I left. I figured I would load chips up on my phone and forgo the drinks. But, I was having issues with loading it up on my phone, so I went to the kiosk. Be aware, the kiosk will give you a better price than the app gives you. We decided since we couldn't get service at two bars, the vast discrepancies from the machine to the phone, we agreed that this was not for us. Just be mindful if you happen to visit this location. Paid $50 for 300 credits to play. Each game is about 7.7 credits to play. When I visited the games for the most part were all working and I had a super fun time. When walking through the bar area the amount of vacant tables with food and dirty dishes left on them was astonishing. Looked really dirty. This place is pretty solid. The games look pretty new and although there is wear and tear it looks pretty well maintained except for bathrooms. The good: They had a lot of newer games and it didn't feel too crowded even though the parking lot was completely full. The bar area featured giant TVs and I enjoyed a frozen Rose. Not good: Little kids are not accompanied by parents so they will literally step in front of you and start pressing buttons on a claw machine or similar game. This happened multiple times throughout the night. An adults only time frame would be nice. Bathrooms are not on par and need significant help. Not enough soap, faucets don't all work, and stall doors close with a giant gap. read more

Birthday Squad met today celebrate my Sisters Birthday.It was my first time here. Lots of people good food and our waitress Kanesha was awesome.
