The food was good, but like their drink. They got so so many to choose from. The service was great and very considerate of the food allergy. This D&B location can be access to the mall at Santa Rosa Mall. It was raining at the time, so it's was nice.

Ive been a few times on Sat mornings when they first open and its pretty dead. You're gonna spend a lot, pretty similar to other big arcade place in town. But several machines are always not working and staff was hard to find and couldn't fix issues. Food was equal to bar food. Nothing special. Its nice to have a new place in town but I'm always underwhelmed unfortunately.

So excited that Santa Rosa FINALLY has a Dave and Busters! Great layout and flow unlike some funky d&bs I've been to. One of the Most noticeable difference from other locations is how many items are on the menu. We never come for excellent food but you can count on a very consistent bar menu with a few fresh offerings. Service was decent and we didn't wait long to be greeted or order. (It's a Monday evening so not expected) The second noticeable difference is the variety of games I've never seen before. This selection also seems to cater to younger kids where as many other locations only has a few. I love this mix since I come with young kids and they have a better variety to play.

Not as big as other Dave & Buster's locations, but they still have a nice selection of games. They offer meal-and-game combos and even a season pass option, which seems like a good deal. They have 15% off for veterans, nurse, first responder as well. The prices seem reasonable overall. We used our old game card from a previous visit to the Daly City location years ago, so we didn't need to buy any new credits this time. The place was busy when I went and Loud but expected. We had a lot of fun! Having this here definitely brings more people to the mall, which is nice. We'll be back and next time we'll probably try the food combo.

Great time at the new D&B's here in Santa Rosa. Staff were warm and welcoming, our server was great and our food and beverages came out fast. Enjoyed the cheeseburger (surprisingly good) and the seasoned French fries. Will definitely be back soon.

OK, so if you're going here for the arcade, I think it's worth it. We were able to get 90 minutes for 60 bucks and we played as many games as we wanted. There is a limit of 1500 points but personally, I felt like it was worth it because it could be a lot of play without worrying about not having enough coins. The restaurant still needs work. Unfortunately, we signed up on their waitlist. They told us it was a 15 minute wait, 25 minutes passed and then we had to go up there again and inquire since people who came after us were getting seated before us. I don't think the person at the front really knew how to work their system or send a text out which is the way they normally do it when your table is ready. However, once we stood back in line, someone else came to the front and was nice enough to get us a table. I got their pasta with shrimp and steak, the steak was really good and well seasoned however, the actual pasta sauce was not my favorite. I did try the barbecue burger, and the burger was really good. The nachos were also really good and the guacamole was definitely fresh and you can tell they just made it. We also got the strawberry lemonade. That was also pretty good as well. The server we got was very nice. She was very attentive. I will say that it took them a while for the food to come out. We did happen to go on a Friday and it was very busy. Also, our appetizer came out at the same time as our food, which was a little unexpected. Normally, you get the appetizer first and then later on the food. The place is booming. There's ample seating. And they have a full bar area as well as happy hour. It definitely has like a sports bar feel to it inside the restaurant. Anyways, apart from the long wait for their food, I think the spot is pretty good to go to.

Second time visiting and dining at the newly opened Dave & Buster's in Santa Rosa and I think I've fell in love. The atmosphere is lively, fun and family friendly. Every team member we've interacted with has been beyond friendly, helpful and professional. You can tell the team is working hard to get everything up and running and their customer service already sets this location apart. I'll admit, both times I've dined here the food and drinks have been very pretty basic nothing special but that's to be expected, tonight our server David helped us order and he had good suggestions. Both visits they've been out of several alcohol options but honestly, that's totally understandable considering they've only been open for about a week and it's been busy. Despite the lack of tequila choices I still had zero issue finding something else to drink off the veryyyy extensive cocktail menu lol. Overall 10/10. This is a fun new addition for families and kiddos in downtown Santa Rosa. I'm looking forward to seeing how it continues to grow as they settle in.

    Big spinner lol!

Just went to Dave & Buster with my family and a couple of friends. We had the best time! Had some delicious pickle seasoned wings, drinks and played so many games. I'm surprised how much fun I had, the kids were happy, parents were happy, win win!! We will definitely be back for more!

I guess I had to go with a happy medium and drop a 3 star. Food and service could have been better. Games were good. We stopped in for a bite and check out the arcade area. Let's start with drinks. A family member went a couple weeks back and there was an issue with not having many of the beers available. Okay, they were recently open. I'd have given them a pass. Today, I attempted to order a certain draft beer. Not available. Second option wasn't available either. I did get my third option, but wasn't overly happy. No local beers either, which is a shame. I did order a burger with the "Eat & Play" combo so we could use the card for the arcade after. The burger was just okay. No flavor whatsoever. To be honest, I had low expectations for the food, so I guess they were what I expected. When we had finished and our server was MIA. It took some time to see him again. We just sat there, listened to the loud music and watched the many TV's in the restaurant area. The restaurant area is quite impressive. Hey!! Our server walked by. Finally, wrapped up the bill and we were ready to use our card we received with the meal. It was crowded. Many of the games we were interested in had a wait. Okay, rainy Sunday afternoon. I get it. We found a few games to play The games seemed to range from 6-10 tokens per play. Some games took a mere seconds to play (that wasn't fun), while some you feel like you got your money's worth. I guess we'll have to go back. I still have credit on my card. Maybe skip the food. Maybe they'll get their beer situation figured out. It'd be great to get some local beers, but being a nation wide company...I'm sure they're limited to what they can do in that regard. Maybe mid-day or late night (weekdays) would be better to avoid mass crowds. I'll find out.

Dave and busters still has A-LOT of kinks to work out. We went in for lunch and were the only table full in the restaurant except for two people at the bar. We ordered the Thursday wing special with fries and a side salad. The wings came out about 20 min later and were not hot. Luke warm at best. I did like the taste of the food though I will add. We waited on the side salad for another 10 min while we could see people in the kitchen just standing around talking. We eventually just cancelled the salad. Sodas are $5 and never once did we get offered a refill. The staff is very young and could use some support to help better run the restaurant. Hostess Hailey was helpful and very knowledgeable about the menu and our sever was a very nice kid!! I'll bring the grandkids back eventually but will wait till they get things figured out

Ok the bar is huge and many many TV's a huge plus. Bar selection is minimal- 2 gins only. Service was slow, but it was busy so no complaints, we sat at bar and once our server/ bartender helped us, she was cool and helpful, drinks are measured btw. We watched a game and ordered nachos, they were good, almost like a tostada. Next time we will play some games and order more food choices

Since they've opened, we have came on 3 separate occasions. The first two times was fun and service was great. Hence why we kept coming bk lol. On the 3rd occasion- Super Bowl Sunday was not so great. It was just one bartender having a really stank attitude. Everyone else we encountered has been great. So, still a great rating for the establishment. Clean bathrooms, plentiful games, good food and drinks are bomb. Good place to be if your looking to bring the whole family or even just to have some adult time.

What an awesome addition to Santa Rosa! Was invited to attend before opening. Inside the atmosphere is fun. Music is playing games are showing on the tv. There is a large dining and gaming area with games for every person. The staff were amazing and working hard to make a good impression. The party room is spacious and the buffet they provided was plentiful and tasty. We were given a card to experience the games and had the best time playing classic and new arcade games. They offer a teacher discount on Tuesdays which is fantastic. I can't wait to go back with my family!

My wife and I had just visited Abbey Tavern this past weekend, a premier Scottish pub in the City, and we expected a similar atmosphere. However, the moment we showed up, we were met with great disappointment. The Goose & Fern is honestly a terrible place to watch a sports match: there was only a single TV mounted in the back corner of the restaurant, the TV wasn't particularly large, and the speakers had been turned completely off. What a bust. Although the food was decent, especially the Shepherd's pie -- which came piping hot in a small cast iron skillet, the service was downright dreadful and almost non-existent. We never received waters (or were even asked if we wanted beverages), our table wasn't given enough silverware, we were never checked on during the meal, and we were waiting around for 30 minutes twiddling our thumbs before somebody from our party finally went up to try to pay for the check. In hindsight, a tip was not warranted for the lack of service. Overall, Yelp grossly misled me on The Goose & Fern. This is not a spot I would stop by again to watch a sporting match. If you're in this part of Santa Rosa, do yourself a favor and head over to Dave and Busters down the street where they have a bunch of massive screens, tons of beer options, and service that will far surpass what you're getting here.

Hosts were super friendly, just like the last time, so no complaints there at all. Overall, this escape room was much, much better than the Charlie's Candy Shop escape room. It felt much more intuitive, and the clues were written clearly, which made the experience more enjoyable. The only issue we experienced was in the second room, during the part where you use the dowsing rods to find the letters on the wall which are needed to open the safe. We weren't able to get any readings from the dowsing rods, we weren't sure if the magnets were not strong enough or if something else was affecting it. We ended up calling the host for help, and she was very nice and helpful. She gave us a hint about using a specific word on the metal board, and we immediately understood which five-letter word she meant. That hint worked perfectly for us. Other than that one part, we had a great experience and enjoyed the escape room!

They have a good array of arcade games - we are partial to Jurassic Park though it always has a line, skee ball, basketball, the frogger clone game, the harpoon game - as well as things like trampolines (extra cost), the playground (a ball spill thingy, slides, 3 levels, a zip line, etc - also extra cost. We enjoy bowling during football games so we can watch and bowl and get boneless wings from victory house (and sometimes Bloody Marys). I've also come to watch friends play soccer at their different indoor courts. Only downside - it feels a bit like a germ fest. Lots of hand sanitizer and now I feel like I need to take some elderberry.
