They get stars for the games and decent layout, BUT... 1. They "encourage" masks but none of their staff wear them. (and no your chin does not count) 2. They ask you to tip the person loading points on your card. WHAT?? 3. The BIGGEST ISSUE, they won't let you order food at the bar. They FORCE you to sit down. If I can't order some salty fries to go with my cocktails, then forget it. That's a $60-100 per visit they're losing from us. EDIT: My husband reminded me that a half of the games are blue and don't give you tickets. What a rip off. We used to go to another location at our old house and it was much, much better. EDIT #2: They also didn't have the claw machine where you get a ducky every time. We do that each time we visit D&Bs and this is the only time we couldn't. Came in with our baseball team after a win. The kids were ready to play some games and us parents were ready for some food and drinks. The place was empty but the 2 ladies running the place turned us away. They told us there was too many of us and didn't even want to work with us. So we walked next door to Bluffs sports bar, they took us in no questions asked. The boys had fun playing pool. The waitress was amazing and took great care of us. DONT GO TO DAVE AND BUSTERS! First time visiting one of these. The hamburgers were cold and not cooked as ordered. The seating was comfortable and bathrooms very nice. The game area was fun. We bought a $25 game card and played about 18 games with it. Ended up with 500 tickets that got one of the smallest prizes. read more

Sat down at the bar and gave her our ID even though we r a 55-60 year olds but we know they will ask. She came back and said we can't take any other ID other than a US ID. Got to D&B, waited 40 minutes for service because it was shift change and the bartender couldn't serve us even drinks apparently. Finally when we got a waitress, she was rude and abrasive. I would be more understanding if it was busy, but it's dead season and there were only four other tables and two waitresses. So I was confused as to why the service was so bad. She never stood at our table for more than 5 seconds. She mixed up our food, our tickets, just about everything. I had been there the night before and received the usual poor service, but I didn't complain. They have some kind of chip on their shoulders, and get away with it because they are by Pigeon Forge. I was talking to my mother and I just took it out of my hands and my mom wouldn't let me go after him so he just took it to the front desk. Absolutely horrible experience start to finish. We tried to use the app for loading the credits and to get the 30% off and it declined our cards each time. Finally out of frustration we paid full price for play cards. The games are cheesy and expensive for play. We spent alot of money for a terrible time and in order to try to save it we spent $8 for a craft beer. Never again. Also we encountered many people that work there and only 2 were semi friendly. Mostly they seemed disturbed we would have a question about the process. I hated it, seriously. I will never return. Katrina is such an amazing bartender! I came here two days in a row while on a work trip in Pigeon Forge. I asked for a double vodka soda (long days lol) and she told me about their "supercharged" drink special. I'm in! Came here for some fun and glad I did. The biggest Dave & Busters I have ever been to or seen. I played games for about 7 hours and it was a blast! There were only two servers, one at the bar and the other working the dinning area. Both however were serving people wether at the bar or dinning. They handled the stress well considering the place is recovering from the pandemic. The food was the best. The Garlic fries I would drive hours to get again. Horrible service from the moment we walked in the door. Smartest move would have been to walk back out. We decided to stick around after the rude hostess seated us, but it turned out to be a bad choice. The waitress was just as bad. The place was not busy at all and we were seated for over two hours, since we had to wait over 20 minutes between each time she checked on us. Even 20 minutes or more after asking for a condiment. The waitress came to the table and didn't even say a word when dropping off the ticket we waited 30 minutes for. It's a new set up and everyone that worked there seemed confused and frustrated. We had a coupon and it took a little while to find someone who knew how to process it. When we got a table, the service was slow but I hate to blame the server. I think the place was understaffed And not well trained. We ordered drinks and a dessert and those were good. You have to scan a QR code on the table with your smartphone after the menu finally loads 30 minutes later because the service on my phone sucks & the menus won't hardly load. So then you place your order & pay for your order on your phone. When asked why I can't just tell my waiter/waitress my order she says it's the managers new rules. Oh & I forgot if you have multiple orders you have to order off one device. What if you don't have a smartphone? Then you can't eat here? Or you just can't order anything? We visit the area of Sevierville quite a bit and we have always wanted to try Dave & Busters. We tried it for the first time this past Saturday and the food was SO GOOD! The arcade looked incredible, but we didn't play any games there. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that I had a hard time finding the bathroom. You have to go through the arcade to find the bathroom. We highly recommend this location and we will be back to this location on our next trip to Sevierville! read more

The well bartender didn't acknowledge us at all, and we moved seats 3 times attempting service.
