The bartender did not come over for at least 20 minutes to greet us. My dad went to the bathroom and had our ids and was going to walk away again without taking our order. We all knew what we wanted the first time, she threw menus on the bar and walked away. All my mom said was that she was frustrated because we waited almost 30 minutes now for 3 cocktails that we didn't even get to order yet. She was not rude and didn't give her a hard time. She got very snarky, said she was the only bartender and told my mom to fill out an application at Dave and busters when she dropped the drinks off after we all said thank you. My mom complained to the manager rightfully so. And saying "that's her". I work as a bartender and have handled double or triple the amount of people that were at that bar and treated them with respect. my mom as well which is why we' were trying to be polite. As I walked past the bar again she was still talking poorly about my mom. We didn't even finish our drinks. We were on vacation and just trying to enjoy the rest of our Christmas night. Me and my fiancé were seated by a hostess at this restaurant with no wait. A waiter came over about 10 minutes later and told us that we needed to go back and get seated by a hostess. He said that someone told him our table had not been seated yet. We asked to speak to someone else because we had just been seated. Someone else comes and we explained that we were just seated and she says nothing except that we could go back to the front desk and get seated. Visited this location for the first time on Saturday. We got there right at 3 PM, waited half an hour for our drink order to be taken, at 4pm our food order was finally taken and we received our order at 4:50! We have never waited so long for an order at a restaurant, and had we not been there with a group, we would have definitely left. read more

It was our first trip and when we arrived we didn't get greeted until we asked what to do. We explained we wanted to eat then play. It took the server about 10 mins before we even got our drink order taken. We then got all but one, the rootbeer she said had to come from the bar, which took another 5 mins or so. Then she camr to take our order and confused us more because she said she wasn't sure how the eat&play specials on the menu worked. They were new. She brought back the cards and took them back to rescan. We finally got the cards and went to play the games while waiting for our food. Games were fun, good variety but a little expensive. Our food came, but only half, they messed up the order and had to recook. When we got it it was very tasty. Portions weren't bad either. Waitress was friendly and apologetic. Took 3 kids and their grandma here after having a good time at the Memphis location. Got there early for the half price 10-noon deal so that the kids' points would go further. Wasn't too busy, no waiting for most games. That was surprising considering it was late July in a tourist town. Everybody had a good time. They each had a $25 card and played the full time. You have to pay extra for the cards, so if you already have one, be sure to take it to reload. Either the games didn't give as many tickets or the prizes cost more here than those in Memphis did. The kids didn't get nearly as many prizes as my guy did in Memphis for the same amount of play on similar games. Lost a star because, as in Memphis, there is ABSOLUTELY NO available seating around the games besides the stools that go with a handful of them. Grandma had nowhere to sit for 2 hours, unless she played a game that had a stool, and she got very tired of standing. Dave and Buster's REALLY needs to put some benches near the games so adults can sit while they keep an eye on their young ones. It's so short-sighted to not consider the needs of your older customers (who often are paying for the premium cards you offer so their grandkids can play all day long). read more

Just ordered drinks my 8 year old orders root beer and the waitress brings him a glass bottle of it. I ask about refills and ofcourse you don't get refills on the glass bottles, but the waitress could have mentioned that they weren't fountain drinks before she brought them. On top of that it took over an hour to get a table and the game card kiosk wouldn't work right so I had to wait to talk to the bartender to fix the problem. He ignored me for about 20 minutes, while I waited for him I also noticed that they had 11 empty tables. The host was rude about any question I asked. First off, they were out of the dish I ordered as well as the ingredients to make the drink I wanted. I changed my order as a result, fries were cold, and it came out as the kids menu version instead of the adult order. It was served with carrot sticks and celery that looked about a week old! Local discount not offered on eat and play package. No biggie. Still a better deal to get $20 cards for around $17. Better than the 10% local discount of food only. Philly steak sandwich came out looking like something I made blindfolded and it had no peppers, onions or mushrooms. I asked the waitress and she said she would take care of it. 10 minutes later, I get peppers, onions and mushrooms to put on my cold sandwich. I sent it back. Then my bill comes and I see thy for the three eat and play meals we have ordered with a $20 card, we have been charged a $3 activation fee. My mind is blown over this. I called the manager over and he gave some mumbo jumbo talk about RFID chips and how we only had to tap our cards instead of swipe them. It costs a lot to activate the cards. Bull! Plus that is a cost of overhead not something you pass down to the customer. If you can't afford the 2 cents it cost to load a card, then switch back to tokens. I've eaten at the one in Atlanta and didn't experience this ridiculousness at all. Terrible experience tonight. Manager did at least refund the activation fee and pretty much admitted it was stupid. There is too much competition for arcades and way better food in this area for that kind of gouging. Locals will keep you in business in the winter D&B. But not this one. read more

I went to Dave and Busters last night on a date the drinks were so good and I had fun until I got sick and my date ditched me. Games are fun and didn't feel overcrowded, however our food service was terrible. The manager on duty seemed to expect the only bartender staffed to wait the tables as well as bartend. We waited a while until another waitress stepped in to help then witnessed the manger giving the bartender a hard time for not being able to wait the tables. Devil's advocate I'm sure they're short staffed but the manager seems to be handling it poorly. read more

Place was empty when we got there a family of 6. We was here on vacation. Sit down to a sticky table. Wait staff gave us a list of stuff they was out of. We ordered our food. Wait staff came back and made me choose either feed one of my kids or myself because they only had enough flatbread to make on of the items we choose. So obviously I choose for them to make my kids food. Manager did even come over and talk with us. It was pretty pour service and pretty dirty facility. Couldn't even get salt and pepper for our food. Ordered the endless wings, once again took 45 minutes to receive my 6 dry burnt wings, put in a second order and you guessed it 45 minutes later I got another 5 soggy cold wings, ticket was ran up completely wrong (20 minutes after we asked for it) and three hours after sitting at our table we were finally blessed with the privilege to leave. Didn't eat here, stopped in after grabbing dinner at steak n' shake down the street. My son has seen commercials for Dave & Busters so we stopped in to checkout the arcade. No one greeted us to explain how anything worked. we walked around for a while and finally had to find someone to ask how it worked, they then directed us in the right place to buy cards. The lady at that desk let us know you also have to pay $3 for a card plus whatever amount you want to add. They do not split up the amount into two or more cards. My kids and I shared one card as that seemed to be the best deal. Wednesday is half price, so we lucked up. The games are expensive. We stop at the arcade on the island quite regularly and they are better priced per game play. $40 got us 280 points here, it lasted about on hour and turned into 2,900 tickets, decided to keep them on the card for a while and cash them in on our next trip. We will come back at some point, my son found a lot of games he wanted to play. read more

Currently coming around from COVID and it does show a little. We went here on Wednesday for the half price games. Playing the games was FANTASTIC, this place is huge compared to the Dave and busters in Richmond Virginia. Some of the games broke but technicians were able to fix them quickly. Prize counter is low on stock but they were working to get more. The biggest issue would be low personnel. Seems like maybe a shrinking of staff occurred during COVID and now that restrictions are lifting they're coming around. The food we ordered took a while but it was great when we got it. The drinks we ordered weren't flashy in appearance but was otherwise really good. Our server was working herself half to death dealing with probably 30-50 people wanting drinks and food by herself! We ended up telling her to take her time and not to worry to much. We had a great time. Easily spent 6 hours here. Just be patient with food and drinks, play games while you wait! read more

For staters, me and my husband decided to go here on half price game night AND during happy hour. We ordered drinks thinking they were going to be have priced based on the menu. Well we were very wrong. The menu that was given was ,in fact, the half price for the drinks (not an additional half off the shown price). We bought many many MANY drinks with the mentality that we would receive half off the menu price. We added an appetizer and two entrees that did not come with a side (not discussed dry the waitress). Unknowingly we both said "with a side of fries" after our entree thinking it came with the meal. Well at an extra $10 you get a side order. And then we made the mistake of not checking over the receipt and got charged for someone else's drink! Over all we spent WAY to much without any knowledge of how much thinks cost. Watch out for the prices and ALWAYS ask your waiter/waitress how much things really cost. read more
