I visited initially on opening weekend for this location. It was a long wait time, but it was expected given it just opened. At that time, the service from the young lady taking the orders and the young man giving out the orders was great. However, the food itself was just okay- nothing spectacular. Certainly not worth the social media hype IMO. But, I wanted to give it another chance. So, I went back yesterday, 10/27/24. This time I ordered in the drive-thru. The food I received this time tasted much better than before- hotter and fresher. However, the young lady at the drive-thru window seemed to be irritated when I asked for extra Dave's Sauce and honey. If there was an extra charge for it, all she had to do was state that. But for whatever reason, she seemed bothered. Her customer service was not good at all. Overall, I would revisit if I am in the area again. Hopefully, the food quality will continue to improve and the customer service skills of SOME of their workers will be better as well. read more

We got there early around 1045 am since we were coming from Henry county and there was already a line of cars before it. Honestly if I was one of the workers I would probably cry to see such a long before my shift even started but the young girl who took my order didn't look stressed and was very polite and friendly. We ordered the Dave's #2 (spicy) and Dave's #3 (extra spicy and spicy). It was really really good. The chicken was perfectly spicy. I could have handled some more spice but that's just me as an Indian who regularly eats spicy foods. The chicken was juicy, the fries perfectly crisp and seasoned. If you enjoy spicy and thoroughly seasoned food you will enjoy this place! First time trying it and I can say I really liked it. The chicken is exactly what people rave about: juicy and crunchy! We ordered our food rather quickly in the drive-thru by a very friendly worker. It did take us a long time to get our food but it was expected as this place is still fairly new and everything was hot - so that's a win! I ordered online with a pickup time of 3:22. I ordered two number 1's, which is two tenders, and fries. I got to the location at 3:18, and was not handed my food until 3:40. They handed it to me off the shelf, in which the timed stamped on it was 3:24 therefore my food had been sitting for 15 minutes. The inside was overcrowded, at least 15 people working in the kitchen with one person handing out orders. They were more concerned with doordash orders than the customers inside or in the drive thru. The food was cold and not flavorful at all. Fries were barely cooked, no seasoning. Chicken tasts like it's been drowned in chili seasoning. I'll take Zaxbys any day over this. I dropped in after the restaurant hype died down. I visited on a Friday evening, so the crowd was to be expected. I had to wait a bit because a couple people ordered party trays so I'm sure that delayed my order. The restaurant was neat and has an urban vibe as far as decorating. Everyone was pleasant and respectful --which is saying a lot in the restaurants these days. The young man at the counter checked periodically to confirm my order number to look out for when my order came up. I ordered a mild slider and fries. The order came out hot, my fries were hot and well seasoned. I like the slider, it's much more flavorful than Zaxby's and Chick-Fil-A ( in that order)and IMHO Huey Magoos does not enter my mind as far as a taste comparison (see my review on them btw)! The fact that I was referred here by Dominique Wilkins and it was my first time coming and the service that I received was upsetting. I came in on Tuesday night and ordered the two slider combo just to get home and see that my food was incorrect was the beginning of the downfall, I called the restaurant and talked to a young lady, at that time I was asked for my name and told that I would be able to come in and retrieve a remake of what I ordered, fast forward to Thursday night...I came in and supposedly all the female managers were there, but yet all the managers including the GM said no one recalled talking to me, afterwards of explaining my situation she went to talk to another female managers including in the back, once she returned she told me that the young lady remembered talking to me but she told me to bring in my receipt to show proof of purchase...now mind you I would've had no problem doing that since after all I work in food services myself so I understand the policy, BUT that's not what I was told at all, I was specifically told that all they needed was my name, so why I would I bother keeping the receipt if i wasn't told that it would be needed. After debating for a few minutes the manager offered me ONE slider and told me that my meal wasn't going to be replaced because to her it would be looked at as waste, again I work in the restaurant industry, it wouldn't have been considered waste if anything guest satisfaction, but what got me was her demeanor once she got to the back, eye rolling, and more, then she came to front and said that she gave me a Mac and cheese too, although it was a gesture it still wasn't what I wanted especially since I have a allergy to certain cheeses which I'm sure it was in the Mac and cheese. At the end of the day, I strongly believe in the guest experience being superior and they fell short of it on Thursday night. For a manger to tell a customer one thing just for the customer to come in and be told that it wouldn't be honored due to a lack of explaining the policy to the customer is a sense of unprofessionalism. What should've happened was the manager could've explained the policy to me (customer) and still gave me what I was suppose to get due to the misunderstanding from the previous manager, ESPECIALLY when that particular manager told her that she remembered talking to me. read more

I drove the trays straight to the nearest garbage can and tossed them. The tenders were soggy and had a weird taste. The slider was gross, and I'm not even sure what people are raving about. I'd rather eat a tender from Zaxby's than to ever try this place again. $26 dollars and some chain down the drain. No Usher stick to music. The only thing I got bad was a stomach ache.
