My young child who does not like their food makes definitely would also rate their macaroni as one of the top. We have not been able to try many of the sides yet, but looking forward to testing them in future visits as the options intrigued us to plan a return. When I order coleslaw at most quick-service restaurants, it's usually too sweet, too warm, or both. This was neither. Although it was sweet, it was just below my personal threshold for too sweet. After my first two bites, I was delighted to have the next two bites colder(!). I think that coleslaw tastes better when served cold, and that extra burst of cold told me that they kept this particular batch of coleslaw cold before they served it to me. I had a smaller appetite at lunch, so I saved the corn tortillas for later. They were fine accompaniments to a later meal. The speed of service was fast for me but slow for my dining companion. His meal took twice as long to arrive as mine. Then the server forgot to bring out silverware for him. He had to return to the front cash register to request some. On the other hand, it's nice to visit a quick-service restaurant that provides metal silverware instead of plastic silverware. They also serve their food on colorful ceramic plates. I ordered the 3 piece catfish and fries plate about $15.00. Noticed a sign saying no refills, not even for dine in. My husband ordered chicken wings in 2 different flavors and fries. For the two of us the receipt was about $35.00. We waited a bit. I went to the restroom and the trash was over flowing with trash and paper towels. There was no toilet paper and there was feces on the toilet seat. The floors are dirty throughout the restaurant. The food was ready when I returned. The fries did not even have a sprinkle of salt on them. The catfish crush/breading was burnt, extra extra crispy. The first piece was over cooked. The second piece wasn't cooked all the way and had a salt water weird taste. The fish was visibly transparent, so raw. My husband and I looked at it was like no thank you and we left it on the plate. All in all, I would not come back here, but hey you may have better luck.
