While waiting in the parking lot, I made sure to ask for syrup before receiving my meal. Unfortunately, when my food arrived, there was no syrup included. When my husband went inside to address the issue, the situation became even more uncomfortable. The manager gave him an unpleasant look and then loudly chastised the staff in front of customers, which felt unprofessional and awkward to witness. On top of that, the food itself was only warm at best, which added to the overall frustration. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so improvements can be made in both service and food quality.
