We recently had an our LG refrigerator fail after 3.5 years, contacted LG and imbibed in the worst customer service I have ever encounter. After three weeks of terrible customer service from LG, Bill White replaced the defective refrigerator with a new GE refrigerator. Bill stayed in contact with us and let us know what was going on in getting this problem solved. LG agreed from the beginning to repair this refrigerator because of having a lot of failures with the linear compressors installed in these units. Then the nightmare started. No communication dealing with a customer service center in Australia. Bill White worked through a difficult situation and got a new refrigerator to replace the defective unit. Thank you, Bill

The first set of drawers were too big, and now they are saying that since the fridge was discontinued, it is harder to get parts (news to me that it was discontinued).
