I would highly recommend Dr.Suh and his team for all dental care, especially implants, root canal therapy, and crowns. As a former dentist I can tell Dr. Suh is very thorough and meticulous . After my 30 y.o. crowns were removed he put implants right away which saved me another visit, extra pain, and money. I had pain only the first day and was without Tylenol next day. He gave me very detailed instructions verbally and on paper. It took 6 months before he put crowns on implants. Very happy with results! My whole family goes to Dr. Suh team. I like how he studies my teeth then gives me explanation and options what can be done if there are any. Wendy and Leslie are knowledgeable, experienced, and very friendly. Wendy does her magic so you can get maximum from your insurance. Prices are affordable and actually less than I expected from such a state of the art equipped clinic. He's rough, doesn't explain what he's doing before he does it. If you disagree with him or challenge him in any way, he gets upset. I challenged him by questioning his direction of treatment because I got a second opinion, and he said, "Did you look that up on the internet?". He doesn't give you a chance to express your concerns before his hands are in your mouth. I have been a health care professional for over 10 years, and I have never treated any patient this way. I did not even able to see the dentist. Too many crap happened before I see the doctor and decided to walked away from them. By looking at Yelp Reviews, I am glad I did. Before I made appointment I had to call insurance company twice to have them fax over that I am a assigned patient. Is that something I have to do in a first place? I did not want to get x ray due to my existing condition and o just wanted to have teeth clean up. Receptionist did not want to let me do that. She said she did not let me see the doctor unless I had x ray. I asked my information sheet with my personal info before I leave because I do not know how they do with my personal info but she declined to give it back to me. My first time going to Dr. Suh 3 weeks ago for an emergency crown treatment. The service was great. Dr suh has a great of doing things. Always follow his method of getting your pictures and teeth checked out first followed by your consultation on your second visit. Their goal is to avoid the patient going in to so many visits. One thing to mention to future new patients, the front office will ask you for your social security number for insurance billing purposes. Word of advice, contact your insurance company first to verify this before giving out your social security number.
