Brought it in and him and his team checked it out, quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave me a good price for the work that needed to be done. The service was friendly, quick, and transparent, which is very hard to find nowadays. Definitely a go-to place for auto repair in the San Fernando Valley!! I began speaking with Daniel at JMP, he was nice, courteous n helpful, he offered me a great price. I showed up today, I was a bit confused as to where it was at first, but immediately found it on Lap #2. Lol Along with my oil change they did a multipoint inspection and recommended a few other services that I will have done at a later time. The waiting room was CLEAN 10 out of 10, their restroom was SUPER CLEAN, and they even had coffee, tea, hot chocolate and choices along with cookies and snacks to choose from. I am happy/pleased with my service from start to finish. I highly recommend JMP Autowerkz. Thanks guys.

Horrible! I got an oil change about a week ago and took my car on road trip. Coming back my check…read moreoil light came on. I checked my dip stick and it was low, looked under my car and I can see the oil drip down. Long story short there oil all underneath my car, like everywhere!!! Lucky i took it to a much more trustworthy shop and there is a video of how they did not tighten the cap. And looking back at my receipt they charged me over $400 for an oil change. It's absolutely ridiculous! I suggest never going here so you don't have to go through what I went through!

I was able to drop the car off and they tested the motor and triple checked that there were no gasket issues. They replaced an injector and made sure the car was not misfiring. I've taken my Versa to Japanese Auto Center before for check engine light and they replaced the catalytic converter which fixed it but this time the fuel injectors needed all to be replaced. I've also had them do maintenance work, oil change and tire rotation, might as well since they were due. Kenny was excellent in letting me know what was going on and gave me fair price on the total repair. They do excellent work and I've been extremely happy with their service and quality of work. Hanks Tire answered the phone right away, he said he was totally open, jacked me up immediately when I arrived on site and they fixed the flat in less than five minutes. There were four workers ready to go when I got there. I highly recommend this place.
