Inconsistent. Marilyn is the best for color I have ever had, and I have been to top NYC salons. The make up experience was in a word BIZZARE. The lighting is such that the makeup artist takes you to the store front window to see the results at the end but on a rainy day the lighting is still dark. This means she puts your makeup on in poor lighting!! Worse yet she basically slapped Make-up on me without asking me one single question. Did I want a natural look, any feature accentuated, any color preferences or dislikes? She kept saying "this is great make up for pictures" as if that was my goal. It all happened so quickly that I couldn't catch my breathe to get a dialogue going, and when I got to my car and looked a lighted mirror I wanted to scream! Or laugh, it felt like Happy Halloween, rather than anything I would ever wear for my wedding. i cancelled my kiwedding make up and did not think dialogue would help at that point either because on a scale of 1 to 10 the results were a zero. I will go back to David Witchell for Marilyn always....unless i have to hide my face from the make up gang. Honestly I love David Witchell. I have been coming for manis/pedis/hair/makeup since I was a young girl, and the service has remained consistent over the years. However the reason for my review is not just for the salon, but the boutique as well. The boutique carries not only high designer clothing but an array of beautiful customized dresses. They carry two of my favorites, Ema Savahl and Mandalay which is difficult to find anywhere else in the area (except online). The boutique has customized dresses for me every year, ranging from my prom dress to dresses for black ties/fundraisers. Galina (the seamstress) is amazing and has literally worked miracles on dresses for me. Last year she was able to totally redo I dress I found in the boutique simply based off me describing how I wanted it to her. Even simple alterations are painless and quick! The New Hope salon is beautiful and they have a wonderful selection of products. I love my stylist but prices were recently increased drastically without being communicated. My first visit post covid was $350 for color only which cost $200 in the past. When I returned the following week for a haircut, I was unpleasantly surprised at checkout that the price increased from $65 to $95. And, when I went back the next day to have it fixed, I was charged another $95. When asked why I was being charged again, I was told it was my choice to get it corrected. This reviews various aspects of David J. Witchell. First, I have been going to DJW at 25 for over 10 years. My hair has been cut and colored by Lilly all this time, and I would not have it any other way. There have been times when Lilly has been sick (once maybe), and they called me and asked if I would be willing to use another person. Nope. Not gonna happen, but thanks anyway. Lilly has become a sweet friend, a confidante, and is 100% trustworthy with my hair. I am thinning severely, and she knows exactly how to color and cut to give it lift and to camouflage the issues. She has made herself available once or twice when I have had last minute things come up and desperately needed my hair done. She is thoughtful and understanding, compassionate, and simply wonderful. Her technical expertise is absolute. I would highly recommend her to anyone. The staff that help out the stylists are a mixed breed. Sometimes I get someone who gives a shampoo that is to die for, a little mini scalp massage. Other times, they wash and rinse my hair so fast that I wonder if they even got all the product out. Most are friendly, some not so much, and depending on their helpfulness, they get or do not get a tip in addition to what I give Lilly. This particular area should be standardized, where every single person is trained to give the same shampoo, condition, and assistance as every other person. It is a big part of the overall service. At least it is to me :) Front desk staff is ALMOST always unfriendly, and occasionally even rude. It is rare to get a smile, and even rarer for someone to ask you how you are or if you are satisfied with your service. It is a busy environment, so I understand that people are constantly approaching that front desk, checking in, paying for services and product, etc. However, that said, there is no excuse for not having people at the desk that love other people. If you don't love people, then this is not the job for you. Simple. The spa is luxurious, amazing, and something that I absolutely adore. I am not able to get body massages anymore, but when I did, they were always outstanding. Love the different offerings, and a pedicure in the spa is a treat. I love to get facials, and the big BIG treat is the steam shower after services. AHHHHHmazing! The services down there - worth every cent. The one star off is really about front desk staff, and costs. Cut, color, and blow out run me around $320 plus. Add a tip, and you are easily at $370. Add product, and well, let's just say it's a car payment :) Despite this, and even if you are dealing with desk staff that don't smile or interact with you, you can trust you will get good service and walk out happy. I've never been to the regular salon here, so I'm just talking about the spa (which is downstairs and separate from the salon). Imagine walking down a few wooden stairs and escaping into the most relaxing place ever. The lights are dim, it smells amazing, the room is warm and is made of all-natural materials. There's a fireplace to your right, with a small bench to sit while you wait for your appointment. You're given a key to a locker, and asked to change. In the locker, there is a soft cotton robe and flip flops. Next, you're directed to whatever service you're going to get. I've gotten a massage, whole body exfoliation and pedicure here. All are amazing, but my favorite has to be the body exfoliation. Next, you are directed to a steam and regular shower and asked if you'd like to shower. The whole shower is made of stone, with a small bench away from the water (so you can put your robe there and it won't get wet). The staff has already turned it on for you, and it's already hot! There's body wash, shampoo and conditioner there for you to use and when you're done, there are warm towels waiting for you when you get out. Afterwards, my skin feels amazing and I feel completely relaxed. This is the ULTIMATE spa experience anywhere around. This place is great. I highly recommend Isabelle who does an excellent job on making my short hair look great. If you ever want to go to a salon that makes you feel like a million bucks when you walk out of it, this is the place to go. It is always packed and has late hours which is good for those of us who work during the day. I've come here for haircuts, eyebrow waxing, and body waxing. I have mixed reviews about my haircuts here. I've been coming to this salon for about four years now for haircuts after a traumatic experience at the Hair Cuttery by Acme in Newtown (don't go there). I think the stylists are fairly unpredictable. I've had a great cut, then came back to the same girl, and have left with disappointment. I'd recommend the salon to others, but I wouldn't rave over their abilities. In this area of Bucks County, it's difficult to find a haircut that isn't $10 and isn't $50+. I'm happy enough paying $35-$40 and getting decent enough results. It's a beautiful salon, so the experience is nice. Oh, and the shampooing is magical. They really massage your scalp. Can I come in just for a wash? Eyebrow waxing here is superb. They do a wonderful job cleaning up my eyebrows, trimming them, and shaping them the way I like. They take their time and get it right. I think it's $20 for an eyebrow waxing which is why I haven't been there in a while. If you have the money and need a good waxing, it's worth it. I've also had a brazilian wax here twice with two different women. Both of them did a fine job and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. There are some negative reviews for brazilian waxes, but I think they're overreacting. I believe my first wax was with Donna, and I was satisfied. She offered to use a hard wax (something I'd never tried), but because it was slightly more expensive, I declined. The second time I came for a wax, I saw Catherine. She was so great - she was hilarious and made me feel totally at ease. She didn't ask if I wanted to use the hard wax. She just did it. I don't even care that it was more expensive because it was AWESOME. For such a sensitive area, it didn't hurt at all. Catherine and the hard wax - do it. I've been going to David Witchell for years to get my hair done but recently started shopping at their boutiques and I can't rave enough about my experiences. Galina and her team helped me prepare for my wedding - from designing and fitting me in the most beautiful dress, to dressing my soon to be step-daughters, the whole process was amazing. Natasha and Leanna were a pleasure to work with and so attentive to my needs and timelines. Galina is an exceptional stylist, she has an amazing eye for what looks great and made me feel beautiful. Jamie and Michele in Lahaska spent hours with me helping me find stunning and fun outfits that fit me perfectly. It's so worth it to shop at a boutique who carry beautiful clothes and understand how to dress a woman. Brett and Christina cut and color my hair and are 2 of the most talented and wonderfully kind people I've had the pleasure of knowing. I always look forward to going to see them and know I can trust them to make my hair look fantastic. They are ALWAYS consistent, which is so difficult to find in a hair stylist. I grew up near the area, so I figured I'd give this place a try. I made an appointment with a master/sr. stylist and waited nearly an hour for her after I checked in. When I mentioned my long wait to her, she seemed completely baffled and chalked it up to "this place doesn't have any clocks".' I have been coming to this salon on and off for 17 years but may be done after my experience yesterday. I booked an appointment for a blowout since I was going to a wedding. I brought photos of a pretty simple style, basic lob (which I have) with some beachy waves. After the stylist dried my hair she looked completely perplexed in how to proceed from there. I had kind of expected some curling product and a diffuser since I have wavy hair already. But the blowout had straightened it. She said "should we put some curls in?" And I said "Sure, whatever you think." In the end, my beachy waves were more like Orphan Annie but I needed to get out of there and I figured I would just fix it at home. At checkout the charge was nearly double what was quoted "because she used a curling iron." Are you kidding me? First, this is ridiculous. A blowout and style should use whatever tools are needed to achieve the desired style. Second, shouldn't she have maybe said, "Should we put in some curls? By the way, they will be an extra $30!" After a lot of back and forth they reluctantly removed the $30 curling charge. I promptly went home, wet my hair and styled it myself. $35 down the drain. UPDATE: After this review posted, I was contacted by the owner himself, who apologized profusely and said this never should have happened. He offered me a complimentary service and recommended a stylist. I took him up on the offer several weeks later and was very pleased with the results. So, I'm chalking up my bad experience as an isolated event and will give them the benefit of the doubt. read more

My review is for the spa only, I have not had any other services performed here. This is my second time coming here for a Brazilian wax and I still love it! Despite the higher end prices of most of the services here, this salon is the cheapest in the Yardley/Newtown area for a Brazilian wax (trust me, I've done them all!) Today I had the wonderful experience of trying the "Zone" spa package. I had received it as a gift almost 2 years ago and had misplaced it up until recently. My gift certificate was for the package price from 2 years ago, but was pleasantly surprised to know that they would honor the old price for me! My spa package was for a massage, facial and pedicure. I was in heaven!! Everything was perfect. I also had lunch included and a complimentary steam shower. My masseuse, Marie, was very polite and was not overly talkative - just asked a few times if everything was okay. I then went to my facial from Donna. She was fantastic. She offered tips for my skin type but it did not feel overly pushy. She did not try to shove buying products in my face, but I am sure she would have helped me if I had shown interest in it. She was very polite and massaged my arms and legs after the facial! My pedicure was done by Dorina and she was so sweet. I loved that I got to lay back and close my eyes while the pedicure was going on. The paraffin for my feet was pure bliss! I would absolutely go back to this spa in a heartbeat! I did not have any issues with the front desk staff, they were very nice to me. They had no problem reminding me of the names of the women who performed my services. I had a spa day so this is gonna be a long one...grab your popcorn... Pro's: the spa is cave-like in all the best ways, the place was very clean, the decor was very nice. My facial (Donna) and massage (Stephanie) were lovely. I had the spa lunch...I got a salad...it was a salad, hard to mess that up. Con's: there needs to be a receptionist at the spa...there was no one there to greet me and in between services I waited between 10-45 mins with no one telling me what's going on or what was next. Before my last service I had to go upstairs to ask if I was done (that was after I waited 45 mins and walked the halls looking for someone to ask). I agree w another reviewer, soundproofing would be nice...you can hear everything from upstairs and other rooms which takes away from the experience. It sounded like elephants were walking across the floor upstairs during my massage...not relaxing at all. The spa manicure and pedicure was somewhat relaxing until she cut my toe and didn't apologise or acknowledge it. My toe was bleeding and she just kept painting my other nails like no big deal. The nice young lady that did my "afterglow" make-up application made me look crazy...everything was 2 shades too light except the contour which was 2 shades too dark. I was definitely not glowing. When it was time to check out I wondered upstairs with my things and what bit of relaxation I had was snatched by the chaos that was the checkout process. There was no organisation or order to checking out. It was a free for all w 2 people checking in/out the spa, salon and store. The woman who checked me out didn't know how to ring me up (I had a gift card for a package). Lastly, one thing I noticed throughout the day was none of the ladies asked me any questions prior to providing services, explained what they'll be doing or even told me their name. The masseuse asked if I had any problem areas but she was the only one who spoke to me outside of "hang your robe and lay down". So when it came time to tip, I didn't know who to tip and had to ask 3 different people to look up the names for me. Summary: I still have money on my gift card so I'll go back and use it in the store but I won't get another service here. So much competition in the area, I'd rather spend my day actually relaxing. I left this place with a back ache from the fact that they don't have regular tubs to put your feet in, only a big silver bowl so you have to lean forward for 45 minutes. Ugh. All Staff, including receptionist/manager there seems as if they do not like their jobs and they certainly do not want to be there. What a strange experience. Skip this place. I have been David's customer for more years than I care to count! It is easy to schedule and the staff are so professional. I especially like the personalized approach to my hair and styling. There is no cookie cutter looks. It is a relaxing experience which is important to me. I never feel rushed but I never feel as if I am wasting time. I've been going here for about 3 years for haircuts and I also got my wedding hair and makeup done here...all very positive experiences. I go to Jack for my haircuts and he does a great job. Very edgy and modern looking, and he takes a lot of time making sure all the details are just right. He's on the spendier end as fair as their stylists go, but soooo worth it. I've also brought various friends here who used different stylists and everyone had great experiences. The makeup counter actually rents space in the salon and are their own business, but they do a pretty good job on special occasion makeup. I used Cheryl, who is the boss, and she's very friendly and down to earth. David also rents his upstairs to a clothing store, 10 South, which sells very high end party dresses, accessories etc. I actually had my wedding dress altered here and they did an AMAZING job. The woman who did it is a custom dress maker and sews some clients dresses from scratch. The only downside of the whole place is the front desk staff, who are very snotty and not very good at their jobs. I mean, you guys work at the FRONT DESK of a salon, the least you could do is be polite and not act like everyone you're helping is beneath you. read more

Normally love this salon, and their work is great, but cannot tell you how disappointed I am over a recent experience. My daughter made an appointment for a cut and full highlight. She is really happy with how her hair looks, so no complaints about the quality of the service. However a glaze was put on her hair without her knowledge that she was purchasing an additional service. She paid her bill and asked for an itemization. She raised her concern after she reviewed the itemized bill, but neither the stylist nor anyone at checkout offered to do anything. Since the bill was already paid in full she didn't pursue any further, but she was frustrated. I was told today the salon agrees there was an issue, and she will be refunded for the glaze. Unfortunately the next morning she looked at the shirt she had been wearing, and it was bleached. I went through a play by play of events with three different people at David Witchell, and ultimately spoke with David Witchell himself. Tim insulted me for calling on behalf of my daughter, told me the stylist said "that is not the outfit she was wearing," for every positive thing they said they negated it with "but" and adding something contrary. David Witchell told me the salon cannot be responsible for clothing as customers shouldn't wear nice things to the salon. He also said there are signs all over advising clients to change out of their clothes and into a smock. Honestly I've been there many times and have NEVER seen such a sign. My daughter was asked if she would like to hang up her jacket. She said no because she was cold. She was given a smock to put on, and she did. She wasn't taken to a private changing room. I have never be taken to a private changing room. We could have had the same outcome (i.e., David Witchell doesn't take responsibility for the damage we believe was directly caused by his employees) and walked away happy if Tim didn't speak in a calm (his word), yet condescending and arrogant way, repeatedly misstating our conversation, and finally blaming the customer. It just was not a nice experience. Next time how about someone saying I'm really sorry that happened? read more

8/7/18: I had such a first time pleasant experience at David J Witchell's Salon. David was able to fit me in on a Sunday with a great stylist named Cynthia.. The back of my head (usually looks boring and never quite right) was cut perfectly precisioned. Cynthia really took her time and carefully cut each section. I am very impressed. Owner David personally trained Cynthia and immediately followed up to be sure I was pleased. I love the modern cut, the care and attention she paid to me and the confidence she exuded. I want to share a great experience I had at David J. Witchell last week. I have been a client of Ellie's for about 18 years and have never been disappointed. The salon has many new protocols in place including temperature checks, masks, plenty of room to distance, and partitions where necessary to keep the clients and the staff safe during this Covid-19 crisis. The salon was clean, the staff was consistently wiping down chairs and hand sanitizer was available throughout. The service was excellent, the staff is pleasant, professional and approachable. Witchell Spa, and I made an appointment for a gel manicure (of which I've never had), and a spa pedicure. When I called for the appointment, the gentleman on the phone was friendly and overly-accommodating to ensure that I had a positive experience. Because I was getting a gel manicure, I had to go upstairs first, then downstairs and change into a robe for the spa pedicure. I arrived just as they opened at around 8:50 a.m. for a 9:00 a.m. appointment. The rude dark-haired lady who "mans" the front desk was in the back. I stood at the check-in counter for a few minutes, and when she came toward me, I told here that I was a few minutes early for a 9 a.m. appointment and that this was my first visit, and all she said to me was (no smile, no good morning, no welcome, nothing polite and inviting at ALL), "who are you here to see?" I advised her that I wasn't sure and I had a 9 a.m. appointment and it was my first visit (again). She told me that I can just go up the stairs to the nail salon. I reminded her that I had never been there, and I didn't know where upstairs or the nail salon was. She pointed to the back and reacted like I was putting her out by even asking. The other gentleman at the counter noticed I was surprised that she didn't even offer to SHOW me the stairs, so he offered to walk me up. I headed up for my nail appointment. I was surprised at the quality of tools that the nail technician used. For a pricey spa, I expect tools being ripped open out of a sanitized envelop right in front of me--this is pretty much standard no matter where you go. Nope, not here. My nail tech pulled out what looked like a make-up bag from her bag and used THOSE unsanitized tools on me. The cuticle pusher was an old wooden one that looked like it was used on 100 people before me. GROSS. No metal cuticle pusher (that can be cleaned and sanitized)? Yikes. The manicure quality was just okay. Didn't seem worth $40. The spa pedicure, in the basement, EXPERIENCE is why they get two stars instead of just one. The spa is beautiful. The ambiance, furniture, decor...beautiful. The experience was top-notch. The quality of my pedicure, eh. I've had better (for $60). I went back upstairs to check out. Rude dark-haired lady again. Sigh. I had a gift certificate. I presented it. Apparently, it should have had barcodes. She makes a statement, "this has no barcodes," like it's fake. Barks at me, "who gave this to you?" I advised it was on there. They looked it up and were relieved that I didn't present them with a fake certificate (lucky me). Here's my favorite part about rude dark-haired lady. I asked where I can leave the tip for my nail technician. She doesn't even look up from what she was doing and tells me, "in her box over there." Again, rude dark-haired lady, I HAVE NEVER BEEN HERE, I don't know the process. I go over to a card catalog of 30ish boxes--not even in alphabetical order. I start looking for the box I needed. I can't find it. After a few minutes, I tell her, I can't find it. She tells me that, "oh, her's is downstairs in the spa." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I ask, "can I just leave it with you to give to her?" Rude dark-haired lady RIPS it out of my hands, sighs, barks "have a nice day" (not even a little cordial), and throws it on the front desk. YOU SUCK. I have tried DJW a few times. For hair, nails, waxing, and massage. I will rate each one individually. First, the nails. Anytime I have ever had a manicure or pedicure here it was always ok. All of the techs I had were Russian and couldn't really hold a conversation, unless it was with eachother. I found that to be incredibly rude. While my nails always looked good when they were done, there was nothing extroidinary with the service. It was a loud , inviting environment. From the moment I walked in, everytime, I felt like I was being "checked out" and judged. Now for the hair side. I also bad the opprotunity to have my hair done here a few times. Some cuts and two event styles. The cuts were mediocre at best, except from Lisa C. She was great. I didn't see what all the hoopla was. My hair looked just as it would have, had I gone to other less expensive, more personable salons. My event styles looked great when they were done, but didn't last. I naturally have beautiful wavy, hair that l can straiten or wear curly and still have beautiful volume. Each time I had my event styles, they "greased" my hair up with so much product, it went limp after only about an hour or so. Never again. Now onto the spa-aaah. Their spa is hands down one of the nicest I have seen in this area. Their rooms are so quiet you would never hear all the rukus going on above you. Bernie is the BEST!!!! it takes a lot for me to relax and within second, I was drifting into a zen state I hardly ere get to experience. He listened intently on what my needs and wants were. "if you find a knot, ignore it. I just want to be relaxed, not worked on". Another time I have asked a massage therapist this, they always seem to forget my request when they find a knot and start digging. He alone, is the ONLY reason I'd ever venture in there again. Last but not least, waxing. Many years ago (12), I came for a Brazilian befor my Vacation. I asked for the best and they told me I was with the "head of the Esthetics department". As I was longing in the beautiful spa, this petite woman with blonde wavy hair comes out to get me. Not greet me. She told me to follow her. I went in and dropped my pants. I told her I'd like to leave a litttle something on the top, like a strip. Before I could get my request out, wax was already being applied in every direction. Without warning or hesitation she began pulling. Then waxing the same area again (which I later found out is a huge no no in waxing). After I was bleeding and bruised I finally told her to stop. There was no strip. She took everything, never listening or caring to what I wanted. Walking out like i just had sex with bear, with a half waxed vajayjay, I swore never again. 12 years later I was so desperate, I figured I'd give one more try. While waiting In the same spa I waited in 12yrs ago, the same blonde, wavy haired woman came out to get me. Only this time she introduced herself as, Donna. She brought me into a room where again I dropped my pants and prayed. This time I asked for all to be removed. She began telling me about her very hard day and about how she couldn't wait to "get outta here". At that moment, she began moving my body just as angrily as she was feeling. I am not a contortionist, but she was positioning me like I was. I told her the one position hurt and she said she'd "hurry up". It wasn't until the very end I noticed she had been double dipping the stick the whole time. GROSS!!!!!!! I left and paid, now not only in excruciating pain down below, but also in my back. Turned out, she threw my back out!!!!! I was out of work for a week and need to have a steroid injection in my back to move again. This was the last and FINAL time I will ever go back. I called to complain and tell them about what happened and the girl told me she was sorry but there was nothing they could do but give me "store credit". No thanks. This place is dirty (if they double dip their wax, who knows what other gross habits they have), snooty, out of date 80's style decor, and way over priced.you aren't in NY David, your in Newtown. Get over yourself. I would NEVER, EVER go here again and tell EVERYONE I know about their nasty attitudes and nasty, unsanitary ways. The only diamond in that rough is Bernie. read more

It pains me to give the one star. I was in this salon a few weeks ago and was considering an appointment. I was browsing in the boutique being helped by a lovely woman when the owner walked over and I was appalled by the way she spoke to the girl helping me. A joke. I called for a blow dry/ style for a black tie event. I have extensions and specifically asked for a senior stylist with extension experience. I also highlighted that extra time might be required. No problem. I was told I would have J with 8 years of experience. That's where the lies started I arrive for my appt. as I've come to tolerate the rude,snotty receptionist states oh know you are mistaken it's K doing your style. I pull up my appt note and query her re shes senior stylist w 8 years. The lies continue. K is excellent. So I go with K She's clueless She washes my hair and drips water down my back. I go to her station and other stylist begin to watch. Something is wrong. Then comes the pulling of my extensions and lack of experience and knowledge on how to dry hair extensions. Driipping water continues down my back A fiasco. Twice I debated getting up and leaving with wet hair. She finished a very poor job. My hair still damp. Ready for a picnic maybe not a black tie. I go to front desk and highlight the fiasco to the manager. The snotty,,lying receptionist sits sheepishly. K is a shampoo attendant ! An apology and can we fix it now. An hour in the chair I don't have the time or patience Don't go to DW. They care more about $$$$ than honesty and customer satisfaction. A $10/ hour receptionist that lies and is rude should not be tolerated in a service business. read more

I went to this salon today for a hair cut and pedicure. I had been once before and should have learned my lesson the first time but since I had a gift card to use, I thought WHY NOT! First, I made my reservations online. Never got a confirmation after waiting two weeks. I then emailed and still did not receive a response. Finally I called to see if I was on the books and thankfully I was. Well, I arrived and it was quite busy. As I stood waiting to check in, a man behind the counter laughed with the receptionist instead of tending to clients. I can only hope that he wasn't laughing at a client but one will never know. Their elitist attitudes lead me to believe that they were. After the giggle fest was over, they finally asked me if I was there to check in. My hair stylist was Ally. She did a wonderful job! She was very personable and engaging. We had a nice conversation, she took her time and in the end, cut and styled my hair exactly as I had hoped! If you do decide to go to this salon, please ask for Ally. She seemed to be the only "normal", friendly person there. Then it was time for my pedicure. The woman who did my nails had the personality of a rock. I can't even tell you her name because she never told me her name. She had absolutely NOTHING to say to me the entire time. I tried speaking to her and either got no response or a nod. The pedicure itself is not worth the money. After telling her that my feet were in bad shape (and of course not getting a response) due to the harsh winter we are having, she barely scrubbed the heels of my feet or my toes. If you're looking for a massage, don't bother...you won't get it. In fact, I don't think she even put lotion on my right foot...but she did on the left. While my toes were drying and I sat in silence she went to help another woman (who worked at the salon) and sat there talking away! I'm pretty sure she maxed out her word limit for the day! After reading the other reviews on this site, some of them in defense of treating others with respect if that's how you want to be treated, clearly is indicative of the way you will be treated at this salon. The salon is a customer service business...THEY should be treating their clients, old and new, with respect if that is how they wish to be treated. NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND! And as I sped away, couldn't get out of there fast enough, I GOT A TICKET! Maybe it's something in the water but even the Newtown cop was a snotty ass! read more
