Fast forward eight weeks later I e-mail her back on a Tuesday ready to order~ I include the specific SKU and let her know I'll be waiting on ordering a hood and to let me know how to proceed. She is out of office and it auto forwards my e-mail to Jordan. Wednesday comes and goes and I don't hear back so I call the shop on Thursday morning and let them know I'm ready to order and speak to Jordan who mentions that I'm probably right and there was a price increase since then and that he'll look it over and send me a quote again. I don't receive an e-mail until Friday afternoon from someone else, Marcie who resends me the exact same quote from before with two hoods and a range when I had said twice I was ready to order the range and let me know how to get that processed. I was asked for my phone number and address again and waited for a reply to get my order placed- but I guess they went home for the weekend. I sent that over and didn't hear back again until Monday. I went ahead and placed my order Sunday with another retailer which ended up being $500 cheaper than the quote they sent over anyway. I was disappointed to see that PBK included a $200 shipping charge when I live a handful of miles away and could have accommodated a pick up if that was an option.

Premier makes it easy from having a dedicated appliance person (Nick) to keeping up on all the newest products and knowing which are the best made/less prone to problems in the long term. And providing demonstrations as needed. For the first time in my career I am working on a starter home kitchen with pre made cabinets and clients who needed a high quality, beautifully designed but low end price point. Jordan gave me the same high level of service I have received when clients are spending 10 times what these clients could afford. They are the best in town and statewide. I have had two out of town projects and Jordan referred me to the local showrooms. Same great service and attention to detail. I highly recommend them.

The store selection is good, not as much variety as a Home Depot or Lowe's, but still an amazing selection nonetheless. There is a rental counter in the left of the store when you first walk in which never has a line. Cashiers were efficient and lines moved quickly. Yellow price tags indicate clearance aka discontinued items. There is also a drive through lumber yard but I can't speak on that as I haven't done that yet.

Our order was not easily accessible, so several items were in question. Lisa reached out to the staff member heading up our order, to the slab department, and to our contractor. She spent a great deal of time locating the updated information, and then proceeded to organize the order by room. Her efforts distilled all of our visits to Bedrosians, and resulted in a far more user-friendly version of the materials for our project. This was invaluable for all parties involved. In addition, Lisa assisted us with final design choices. Lisa went above and beyond expectations to offer resolution in a kind, patient, and professional manner. My house was built in 1962 and most of my bathroom components were original. I wanted to have both…read morebathrooms remodeled because they were both very ugly and depressing. I had several contractors stop by to give me estimates - a lot of contractors were very sloppy in their estimates, telling me they would give me a bathroom in five days or asking me to buy all the supplies, etc (as if I would know what to get), or telling me they can do it for $5k without permits. Anywho, Ivan from Vitex stopped by and asked a lot of questions on what kind of vision I had, and when I did not know an answer, he made suggestions. For example, he suggested I add a shower light - that's something I did not think of at all - and also pointed out things that were required for code upgrades, etc. The entire process was very transparent. After I received the quote, I met Ivan at the warehouse in Rancho Cordova and he helped me pick out the tile for the wall and the floor. Again, I'm clueless and he made the right recommendations that made sense. The crew arrived on day one and these guys work hard and other than their lunch breaks, they don't stop until the end of the workday. The workers were very pleasant and diligent. Very friendly. I really enjoyed having them here and they did excellent work. Once they were done, I proceeded to hire Vitex for bathroom #2, which involved removing a jet tub to build a walk in shower. This time I worked with Arthur, who was also excellent and the same worker crew. They did an excellent job with that bathroom, as well. What also helped was being in touch with Victor, the owner, via group text to keep me up to date on the project, etc. Also, for anyone doing their due diligence, Vitex is fully licensed and the work they did passed the City of Sacramento's inspection, so these guys are legit. We are still in that phase where we sit and stare in awe at what ADH accomplished for us. This major construction journey began last fall, when I thoroughly researched every well-reviewed home remodeling company serving this area. I only considered companies with more than 4 stars on Yelp and Google. We interviewed and received bids from five of them, and we were comfortable choosing ADH. We now know we made exactly the right decision. Amazingly, ADH came to us with a proposal that included everything on our wish list, and at a significantly more reasonable price than any of the others. We were impressed by their showroom, and we were especially drawn to ADH because it has its own manufacturing facility, where it custom-makes the high-end cabinetry it installs. Osa was our designer, and she was terrific. Osa was easy to work with, always available when we needed her help, and supportive in every way imaginable. Spending at this level, and contemplating at least a month of daily construction in the home, is stressful. Yet Osa assured us and explained the process in ways that alleviated many of our concerns. We felt fortunate to have her at our side all along the way. Every single ADH employee that we interacted with was a pleasure to deal with. Andrey was our project manager, and his competence and calm demeanor throughout were always helpful. Our remodel involved having workers in our home every day for a month. The respect and care they showed for our home and our comfort throughout the construction period were above and beyond anything we expected. I am posting pictures of the before and after, but no photo can do justice to the dramatic difference these changes made to our home. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding, the countertops are magnificent, and the fit and finish of every part this project are first-class all the way. Obviously, I highly recommend ADH for any level of remodeling you are thinking about. You should do whatever amount of research makes you comfortable, but to the extent that customer reviews make a difference to you, know that this customer is an enthusiastic endorser of this terrific company.

Comparing to the other quotes I had obtained the price seemed fair and I felt comfortable booking with them due to their affiliation with Costco. From the consultation to the scheduling of appointments and the installation every thing went smoothly. I had lots of questions and inquires about my project and they responded quickly and were very patient with me. Although a smaller project and my budget was limited I still appreciate the attention they provided to me for the kitchen counters and backsplash renovation.
