I dread walking into here because I just know someone is always going to be rude. The first time I came in here the store manager was so unprofessional and lacked customer service skills. She cut off my bridesmaid from talking when we were being checked in. And made us all super uncomfortable. Idk if she was having a bad morning or what but that was not our fault. We just walked in. Luckily Andy picked up her slack for being rude. They brought the perfect dress and we ended up buying it. I went in yesterday with my MOH. We were greeted and checked in. I had a certain style I wanted and Madi was my stylist. She was NOT so helpful due to being double booked. (That we were weren't aware of until the end) She was running back and fourth. Hardly saw her. When we did see her she was rushed and would disappear again. She keHer manager Nichelle was perfect. Picked up her slack. Made my experience so much better. Even pinched and held dress behind me to take a selfie in a mirror. She was amazing and had the best suggestions and comments to say. Knew exactly what I wanted. I want to give 5 stars to Andy and Nichelle.

This store is definitely NOT "during their best" during COVID. My daughter is the flower girl on a wedding that had to be postponed due to COVID, and they would not exchange the dress we bought for my daughter for a bigger size. She "surprisingly" grew during these "COVID months." The least thing I wanted to do was call the bride to fix the problem, but since not even the manager of the store helped at all, I had no choice. This is definitely an incredibly ridiculous situation. The manager even suggested me to go to the Glendale store to see if they could help. Really?

This is the first time I ever stepped into a bridal shop so I didn't know what to expect. But both my daughter and I were overwhelmed with their system. We just wanted to take a look at a few dresses for prom but apparently you have to sign in upon entering. You must write down your name, phone number, and email address. Then, they send a sales associate to help you. The sales associate took her measurements and stated she was a size 10 in dresses. I don't think this was correct, we have bought her plenty of dresses and she is always a size 3/small, a 10 is just too big for her. (By the way, the dress she ended up buying at another store was a size 3) The lady was really nice and attentive but my daughter just didn't like the dresses there so she didn't even try any dresses on. We just wanted to look at dresses but it felt like walking in to a used car dealership. I don't know, maybe it's just us and this the norm for bridal shops. This would be ok for shopping for a wedding dress but it's just too much for a prom dress in my opinion.

We visited 7 bridal stores in Arizona (4 of them David's) therefore we experienced a very wide range of customer care/service. This was our 7th store, so by this point we walked in knowing we will self serve and not rely on any customer service. Well when you least expect it, isn't it fantastic to receive the best experience in customer care that you've ever had. Alison our sales manager was genuine, attentive, thoughtful, accommodating and sensitive. We felt like we had someone on our side, someone that cared as much as we did. Alison's dedication, smile and all her pre-mentioned qualities truly made our visit to the furthest bridal store worth the drive.

I had purchased a mother of the bride dress and had gone back to try on a spanx to tighten and give me form. The girl who helped me was friendly and gave me one to try on from the package but I decided to go back another day with a friend for her opinion. I took the spanx from the display, the same one I had tried on. One of the bridal consultants asked me if someone had opened it for me. I told her no and she looked annoyed and told me "next time make sure a consultant opens the package for you, thank you" and proceeded to walk away. I told her I had been in a couple of days before and it was the same one. She repeated what she said the first time and again thanked me and walked away. I feel she was rude in her demeanor. I did spend over $250 with my dress and accessories on a previous visit. Her attitude made me feel unappreciated and I don't even want to go back. I may look for my undergarments elsewhere. read more

So I purchased my dress back in March. The actual appointment experience was pleasant enough. I was helped into different styles since I wasn't 100% sure what I was looking for. I found and purchased my dress that day. I opted for the alteration package and set up an appointment that day. A few months later I get a call asking to reschedule since they no longer were open Tuesday's. No big deal. I didn't reschedule at the time since we pushed our wedding date back and didn't need it altered at the time. I called today to try and get a refund for the alterations which I never received and they said no returns were allowed. I get that for wedding dresses, but how can I "return" something I never received. Now I'm out the money for a service I never even received. We moved our wedding date back up due to family health issues, so I decided to just wear the dress as is. I asked if I could even "exchange" the money for store credit thinking maybe I could get a flower girl dress or something to make me feel like I wasn't just out $100+ and that was a no go as well. I was told that I should have been informed at the time of purchase that I could not get a refund for alterations. Overall, very frustrated with the store's policy. If I could give a negative rating I would. We went in august to get fit. Then I called to pay my dress and they could not find the information on the bride. Had the nerve to ask "Are you sure she is getting married" wth? Yes I'm sure. Ends up they lost ALL of the bridal parties information including sizes!! Went back got fitted again. Was told to get a bigger size so they could "alter it to me" I ordered the size I tried on and it fit. They were just trying to get me for more $$. Then my dress comes in, they DID NOT EVEN CALL ME TO TELL ME! They told the bride. Then told her if I didn't pick it up they would send it back. 1st of all they didn't even notify me. 2nd of all I live an hour away, I can't dropped everything to go get it. This is the 1st time I've ever used David's Bridal and it has been the ABSOLUTE WORST experience. I will NEVER GO BACK NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THEM. They have given the remainder of the bridal party the same grief they gave me. They are suppose to help not ruin the whole thing. You would think that as big of a company this is they would treat their customers better but I guess since they are so big they don't care how their employees make them look. Very sad! I am an even bigger supporter of small bridal boutiques now. At least they care about their clients. read more

Horrible experience! I went there to find my wedding dress. We had an appt (mom, sister & daughter attended). I had an idea of what I thought I wanted (strapless or one shoulder, a small train, etc) but was open to suggestions as I really didn't know what would look good on. It was the worse customers service experience in my life. The lady did not help pick out any dresses at all. With each dress that she helped me try on she would say "this is not going to fit you". After the 4th time saying it I had to walk out. Little did she know that i gain 40lbs (a total of 150 lbs) after I coded during a surgery a couple of months prior. Luckily, I went to Aztecs who said I looked beautiful regardless if the dress had fit and they knew exactly what you're of dress for my be found body type. Also, my mother & at the time fiance called Davids and supposedly spoke to the Mgr within 30 & 60 mins of leaving and they were told that they were helping their employee out (obviously, they didn't listen to my mom saying that she was with me). My fiance even emailed the company with no response. I will never recommend this place to anyone!! P.s., if I could have given it a negative star then I would have. read more

So after finding my wedding dress and having the best experience the first 2 times. I am now 3 months away from my wedding my maid of honor, bridesmaids, and flower girls have purchased their dresses my flower girls dress came in very quickly 2 weeks when they said 12. Which was great. But last week when I went to purchase two of my bridesmaids dresses, there was no record of my girls most recent appointment fitting. Their sizes were not in the computer nor were the right dresses. So the manager Amanda gave me her card and apologized for everything. She told me if there are any other problems to let her know. Well I went to pick up my flower girls dress and while I was there I went ahead and picked up my bridesmaids dresses that were there. Saves them a trip. Well I get home and realize one of the bridesmaids dress style is wrong. I drive all the way back and spoke to Amanda I told her it wasn't the correct style and she couldn't find the correct dress in the back. Come to find out it was a warehouse issue they sent the wrong style. Everything was ordered correctly on the stores part. I was very upset with everything I have gone through the last few times I had been there. Amanda was amazing she got the correct dress expedited for me to the store due to the customer service issues. Amanda also told me that if anything else comes up to contact her directly she will handle whatever the issue may be. I want to thank her for all of her help. read more

I had been to a different David's Bridal in the area and received poor service but when I arrived to the one in Avondale, everything changed, and because of that I was able to find my dress. Alison and Elena were a HUGE help, getting me shoes, veils, sashs, with no fuss, I could tell they really enjoyed helping brides find "the one" and making it perfect. Cassie also helped me out and was very nice. I came to the store multiple times and the same ladies were welcoming and understood the need to try on the dress again, they got me right in and helped me every step of the way. Like I said, I had been to other David's Bridals, other botiques, and this was by far the best service. I couldn't have asked for more from the team. I'm big on customer service, and they nailed it! read more

My mother and I walked into to David's Bridal today without an appointment and although the greeter was not the most welcoming we had an excellent experience. Suzanna was very patient and accomadating. Suzanna and the rest of the staff were a delight and made the experience special. Couldn't have been any happier with the service she provided! read more

All I have to say is wow, great customer service all around! I walked in without an appointment and they were still able to accommodate me. Allison was wonderful and so helpful! She helped me find the perfect dress, and she was so patient. It took me nearly 3 hours in the store to finally decide on a dress, but now that I have IT'S PERFECT. Had to travel from Tucson, Arizona all the way to this David's bridal to receive the attention and care I did not get here. Do Not Go To This Store. After alterations there were stains all over the dress, manager said "Nothing we can do about it". Really!!!! I said that I will write a bad review, she said "Go Ahead". i had a horrible experience at Davids Bridal! the first thing i told the lady was budget was a BIG deal and i had to stay within my budget and no exceptions. well the first 3 dresses she brought to me were $1k outside my budget! i tried them on and hated all of them because it made me sick thinking about paying this much for an ugly dress. i told her i was done and couldnt try any more on. as i was walking out i saw MANY dresses i would have loved to try on in the clearance section that she never brought to me or mentioned there was a clearance section. i didnt even bother looking or wantign to try them on because i knew the lady that helped me was more concerned about her paycheck than me. it was horrible customer service from every worker there. my mom and i walked around the whole store before we were greated and asked if we needed help. i will NEVER be going back nor will i recommend Davids Bridal to anyone. read more

Took my phone there to get the screen replaced because the flex seal was broken. They told me they…read morewould order the parts same day and the phone would be fixed in two days. Three days later we called and the guy on the phone was very rude and dismissive and said he hadn't even ordered the parts and he didn't know when the phone would be fixed and he would call us when it was done. The next day we went into the store and he handed us the phone supposedly fixed but said he had cracked the back screen while he was fixing it and he would order and replacement free of charge. Cook, but why was he messing with the back of the phone when it was the front of the phone that needed to be fixed? Then minutes later the phone is just about dead. The battery it's draining fast. So we charge it. It gets to 100%. And then an hour later it dies. Something is wrong with it if it can't hold a charge. It wasn't like that when we gave it to them before they replaced the screen. Next thing you know, the phone screen is all glitched out. We can't move it, close it, it won't respond to anything. You can turn it off, but once you open the phone, that glitched out screen is there. While that's happening, the phone smells terrible, like burning glue or nail polish remover. At that point, I'm completely done. We are going back tomorrow and demanding they fix what they damaged or that they refund us completely. Because this is absolutely ridiculous. They also did not give us a receipt when we initially paid, or tell us that the phone screen we got was not under warranty and instead of us paying through the store computer. The guy pulled out a phone and had us tap to pay through there. And then next transaction pulled out a different phone and had us tap to pay through there. They are scratchy and deceptive and I warn all who see this, STAY AWAY. Find someplace else to get your phones and electronics fixed. If I could rate no stars or even negative stars I would. I paid over 400$ for them to give me back a phone that was in even worse condition than when I gave it to them.

I asked him if he really wanted to know? We showed him our phones and I told him we were trying to catch a shiny Pokémon. We don't get into trouble here. Really coold down to earth people. When I found LaLady Designs, I could see the difference. I needed a ring that was a certain size, both in ring size and stone. The color was important to me and I wanted a simple setting I have arthritis in the knuckle of the finger I want to wear the ring so that was a factor. Turns out, La Lady Designs has some adjustable rings! And not a cheap kind where you can see the sliding part--it's concealed under the stone. Britt was super patient with me. I think I vacillated between four rings before settling on the one I purchased. She took photos, put it on her finger for comparison, everything I needed. And she shipped it super fast!! I couldn't be more pleased :-)

It was for 1:30 PM. My wife and I drove the 14 miles and arrived at 1:27. We were told to take a seat behind one woman being served and two other people seated. I told her we had a 1:30 appointment and she said the others were ahead of us; not with appointments, walk ins. I questioned again about the appointment time and she said she would get too us in order of the others. She was polite and said this was the way things are done at E. D. Marshall. Frustrated we took seats, waited 25 minutes then finally left and went to another buyer. It was a totally wrong way to handle customers. If you ever watched Seinfeld, when he didn't get his reserved car, he said to the clerk, "You know how to take the reservation. You just don't know how to keep the reservation." 28 miles round trip to find appointments mean nothing at E. D. Marshall.

He was able to do the repair right then for me and charged a good price. Do note that he only takes cash and he's a nice man with a nice local business so be sure to leave him a tip! I will be back and will highly recommend anyone see Bell Town Alterations for their tailoring and garmet repair needs!

They had my handbags for 4months and when I arrived to pick them up I paid and noticed that they stitched the purse from the outside of the leather Destroying my Prada!!! Thank goodness I didn't allow them to attempt to repair the other handbag... To make matters worse, when I pointed out the horrible repair work and they refused to refund me and called the police to trespass me from the property because THEY further damaged my handbag!!! The son is extremely RUDE!!! I waited patiently and explained to the officer what had taken place. When I showed the officer my handbag he understood but couldn't do anything as it is a Civil matter. I then requested my receipt/ticket for proof of service and they refused to return it to the officer stating that it was their property. I left and simply called my bank to dispute the charge for a refund as I will now have to REPAIR the so called REPAIR!!! I would like to save anyone the time, hassle and frustration if you value your handbags, shoes or luggage!!! This place is HORRIBLE!!!

I originally went to David's Bridal in October 2017. I did find a dress that I really liked but I wanted to try out the small boutique dress store experience so I went to Pearl Bridal when my sister came to town. Well after paying for my dress upfront and waiting 6 months I found out Pearl Bridal was a joke and I got ripped off. I saw that Davids Bridal was trying to help out us brides that were affected and with my wedding less than 2 months away I was in crunch time. I tried on a number of off the rack dresses but it just wasn't the same as having a dress custom made for me. While I was out of town, I kept going back to the picture at David's Bridal I sent the picture to Taryn to see if the dress was even still available. She said there were 2 left in my size in the entire company and I should order sooner rather than later. I would have preferred to try the dress on one more time but I pulled the trigger. When I called and talked to Alison she was just as nice and understanding. Now my dress will be here in 3 weeks and if I want to customize it even more I will now have the time! I cannot wait to try the dress on again and knowing that I will have a dress for my big day is a huge relief!!! I highly recommend Avondale David's Bridal. I haven't had as good luck at another David's Bridal in the Valley but this one has helped me out exponentially! read more

Hi my name is Leslie Bryant and I wanted to tell David's bridal how my experience was with them. At first I went to the one on 75 ave bell rd and I walked out they were rude no one showed use around and when I did find a dress that I thought. was amazing. They told me I couldn't have it its not what it was for. Then an hour and half went by and no one was coming out to help me look when I asked where the person was she said all get to u when I can well they were so unprofessional and rude so we left but then I went back to David's Bridal on 99th and McDowell the lady's name was harmony she was the nicest person she helped us with everything and even helped us find the perfect dress is that these girls love tremendously. All my girls loved the way she helped and really cared about the way the girls looked in their dresses. Our experience here was perfect. I made an appointment for my sister to try on wedding dresses online a couple days before. The process was super simple. When we arrived we were greeted promptly and were introduced to our stylist that day, Allison. She was amazing! Patient, kind, and gave her opinion honestly. She also allowed us to explore some options on our own and I thought that was really cool. My mom was also able to find her Mother of the Bride dress and we were able to narrow down the bridesmaid options that same day as well. Everything went so smoothly that it was almost hard to believe. I was really impressed with the dress options David's Bridal had, bridesmaid wise. My experience with David's Bridal was that of every girls dream come true of feeling like a princess, putting on a gown for her prince to come save her after he has slayed the dragon! It was a magical day! The girl who assisted me was beyond exceptional, I don't think that word can even describe her! Her name is Harmony. She was super accommodating and always tried to make me feel special and comfortable! She was professional, yet personal. She was absolutely perfect! Everyone here was helpful. They asked if I needed to measure my size, what I was looking for, and gave me suggestions to guide me. I'm visiting here from Vegas. I was looking for a prom dress for the first time and they were the perfect people to help. Very experienced. The first woman to help me got me a fitting room and found sizes that I need. Another helpful woman assisted me in zipping up dresses and helped me with alterations when I found the perfect one. The girl who rung me up was also very positive and informative. The atmosphere here is great, as well as the dress selection. Everyone working wants to help you, but they won't smother you either. I'm very grateful I got to come here. read more

After having just come from an awful experience at the Tempe location, we were met promptly by a smiling, courteous and helpful Cassie. Already knowing what dress we wanted and just needing to confirm the size, she was quick to find the dress and offer her help...without an appointment or scowl. She even gave us the correct info regarding the shipping timeframe! All this amazing service even though she assumed we were ordering the dress from another location. This location is amazing! I went to the one on Bell first and, while they had more designers, their customer service was lacking. So, I went over to this one and was pleasantly surprised at how kind and patient everyone was with me despite being a walk-in. My wife bridemaids went in there to look for a last chance dresses after aztecs bridals lied to us. The girl there was so rude to them.
