After reading some bad reviews, I was a bit skeptical going to this store, but I was pleasantly surprised. My daughter and I went on a Wednesday afternoon, and the store was not crowded. We looked through the catalog, picked out what we thought we would like, and Jeannie got those for us. After my daughter tried on those, Jeannie had a pretty good idea of what we were looking for, and brought us some other dresses. The first one she brought was the one that we ultimately chose, but my daughter tried on quite a few, just in case. Jeannie was very helpful and patient. I went to Davids Bridal in Portland Maine and had a WONDEFUL experience! She helped me into the dresses and was very pleasant to work with. I was visiting my future in laws and I was not ready to commit to the dress yet. I had narrowed it down to 2, one I liked and one I loved. I live in NH, so I called Nashua to ask to try on both dresses one more time and let my mom see them. Well we get there, my mom maid of honor, a friend of mine and her mom. I go try on the one I liked and when I get out there the girl says oh we don't have the other one you wanted to try on. WTF?! I told them on the phone I wanted to try on those 2 dresses they never said they didnt have the second one. Basically it was a HUGE waste of time and an even bigger disappointment to everyone who showed up to see it. Now we have to go to Danvers tomorrow to hopefully have a better experience... We shall see. read more

I have never had a more terrible experience in my life. I am NOT a bride-zilla and am very easy going, but this store was atrocious. Prior to my appointment (which I made sure to secure far in advance) I made sure save favorites on their site as well as print out all the dresses that I really liked. I wanted to have everything prepared for the appointment to make everything easier on everyone. I even took the time to write out the exact style numbers for their store so that they could find my dress styles as easy as possible. I also came with a list of things I liked/disliked (such as beading, lace, etc.) Once we arrived (I only brought my mother and best friend) we were signed in and told we would have to wait, despite having an appointment. Twenty minutes after my set appointment time my consultant, Stacy, finally showed up looking frustrated and bothered. She proclaimed, rather annoyed, that she had "two other brides today" and things would not be personal. I was very understanding and gave her all the information I had arrived with; she looked upset at my forwardness. She began to look through all my dresses and with each one she would throw the paperwork back at me, saying, "discontinued, out of stock, online only..." without even suggesting that she might be able to find others that were similar. I also told her my budget, to which she signed heavily, looked angry and upset, and made a face. She shuffled me and my party back into the back hallway; we were not given a room with a lot of space. There are two sections of the store that are set out for trying on dresses; they have multiple mirrors, chairs for guests, and lots of space to work with. I was placed in the back of the store, in a hallway. The room had one mirror and barely enough room to turn around. My two guests had no chairs to sit in (and nowhere for them to go even if they had chairs) and my room was dark, cold, and dingy. I felt as if I had been put into a corner and left there. Stacy asked my sizes, without even looking me in the face. I told her I was a 14-16 dress and a 38C bra. She told me, as she was running off, that she "had to go lace up another bride" and that she would get me undergarments. I managed to yell back and tell her I was already wearing some--which was highly embarrassing. I was told, in a very rude and matter-of-fact tone that I needed a petti-coat and long-form bra; excuse me for not knowing this information. About 10 minutes later she returned with an 18W petticoat (which fell off it was so large) and a 42C and40C bra; none of this fit properly. I informed of this and she looked at me as if I had just insulted her. After huffing and puffing the whole way she finally brought me the appropriate garments, as well as three of the dresses I managed to request that WERE available. She threw the first dress at me and walked away. I had no idea how to put on the petticoat, the bra, or the actual dress properly. My best friend and I were able to squeeze into the tiny dressing room together, and with enough work, figured out a way to get the dress on. By this point I was already feeling very terrible about myself and felt as if I was a bother to my consultant. I explained that the dress just was not my style and that I was sorry that she had looked for it (even though, I really should not have apologized). I told her that I really liked lace, buttons, beading, etc. and asked if my budget could accommodate that (online there were over 300 dresses in my price range that were available.. I figured something had to be). Stacy looked irritated and said, "It doesn't. It just doesn't at all." She then walked away. I began to get s upset and my mother told us we were leaving. I finally just started to cry as I got undressed and left the store. Even as we were leaving Stacy, our consultant, proclaimed that she had "never had a complaint before" and that I was being too difficult. Do not waste your time or your money here. I was not hard to deal with, I was asking simple questions, and I did not demand a lot of time. But I did expect some attention and was terribly upset. This is the one day that a woman wants to feel beautiful and important and I felt unwanted, uncomfortable, and in the way. read more

I visited David's Bridal in February. The woman I worked with was excellent and more helpful than consultants at boutique shops I went to. Not pushy at all and very sweet. I didn't end up buying my dress there but wanted to because of her. The problem I have is that they will call you non-stop to follow up on your dress and photography. I received at least a dozen phone calls in 2 months following my visit to set up an appt or reschedule an appt I never had in the first place. So beware that if you go here you will get calls until you tell them you bought a dress or found a photographer (or so I thought). That's where they become pushy because of this practice. I finally called back to say I bought a dress, don't need photography or bridesmaids dress. Now they are now calling me again as my wedding date gets closer to check in. 3 calls in one week! Check in on what? I find this practice incredibly annoying, especially since I already told them I was all set months ago. read more

I was pretty unhappy with my experience here. I had an appointment for last Friday at 6:30 pm. It turned out to be with someone named Paul. He was very unhelpful, kept disappearing and we weren't allowed to get the dresses ourselves. Every dress he brought over for me to try on was huge. It was really annoying. I ended up buying the only dress that fit me somewhat because I needed a wedding dress. It isn't my dream dress and overall I'm soured on the whole experience. I saw another consultant helping a bride and she seemed to be going above and beyond I wish my appointment had been with her. If my wedding wasn't so soon I wouldn't have spent $1.00 at David's Bridal in Nashua. I've worked in customer services for years if I acted like that I wouldn't have a job!!! read more

I will never go back to David's Bridal. I went to try on wedding dresses with two friends. When we arrived we were not acknowledged by anyone- even though 3 workers were standing at the desk. We stood there for TEN minutes without one word or look at us anyone. After a fourth worker saw us she asked if we had signed in, clearly we hadn't since I've never been wedding dress shopping before. As we were signing in, one of the workers said "well maybe if you hadn't been late." We were about ten minutes late to our 90 min appt, but that doesn't excuse the poor customer service we received. I would give you zero stars if I could. But I will settle for telling everyone I know about the terrible service at the Nashua, NH location. read more

David's Bridal in Nashua was my first stop for dress shopping and will be my last! I walked in on a Friday afternoon with two of my bridesmaids and NO appointment. I walked up to the register to ask if I needed one and the woman immediately took me on! I spend over 3 hours there with my two bridesmaids and my wonderful consultant Leah. Leah was fantastic and I received amazing service. She patiently and pleasantly worked with me to narrow down my tastes and price points and I never felt rushed or disrespected. We also tried on some bridesmaids dresses and matched my wedding colors! Leah made good company and we had some good conversations. We got to know each other a bit and had some good laughs. My bridal gown journey has been a funny one... Ordered a red dress, changed my mind, went full bridal gown, red dress became a black one to wear another time. I didn't actually purchase my "gown" at David's but have dealt with them since day one of my journey. David's was my first stop. Made an appointment with Jessica (she's lovely), and tried on gown after gown. We decided on a bridesmaid dress in red for my wedding day and weeks later it came in. It wasn't what I wanted anymore. EXCHANGE! Ordered a black version of the dress that I plan to wear to a friends wedding later next year. 5 stars to the patient staff that is willing to help and accommodate. Between my exchanges and ordering and reordering I have spent a decent amount of time at this store. The girls are kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend this store as a first stop on your bridal journey. So many options to try, lots of accessories, and so many bridal party options. (My mother ordered her outfit and shoes and bag--all from David's and pleased as punch.) Don't let the other reviews sway you, you can find exactly what you're looking for here. We heard from many other brides and Mom's about the wonderful service they received when they went and we highly agree! We made an appointment for a 90min.session to search for my daughters perfect wedding dress and was promptly matched with a wedding consultant named Gail. She took the time to speak to my daughter about her wedding plans and listened attentively to her dress style and price range. She was very careful to bring her the dresses that were discussed and never once brought her anything out of her price range. Gail was helpful and guided my daughter in choosing the right dress without being aggressive or pushy. When we left with wedding dress in hand we were very happy with our experience at David's Bridal. The experience was wonderful. Our only issue is that our seamstress took one look at the dress and told us it was so big it would coat more than the price of the dress to alter it to fit. We went back and dispose the no return policy, David's Bridal exchanges the dress for one two sizes smaller. All in all a good experience except I wish the woman helping us had advised us on sizing better. We saw the dress clipped to make it fit and assumed that was normal. I was so nervous to go wedding dress shopping here after some reviews I read. I went on a Saturday morning in October and had an appointment. Tiffany was amazing and helpful and just great. We tried on a ton of dresses and she made some great suggestions. We went back another time to try more dresses without an appointment Saturday evening. This time we just walked through the dresses and pulled some we wanted to try. This one employee -Karen I think is her name- was helping a bride next to me and helped me in between her bride changing. Just really great customer service and multi tasking on her part. The manager came by on both occasions to check in which was wonderful. She was very nice. I haven't had my alterations done yet but the dress shopping experience was wonderful. I've heard you want to avoid shopping a weekend there January through May. So that may help anyone who is nervous about shopping here to plan accordingly and get that attention you are looking for! read more

David's Bridal was one of the 3 shops I tried in my wedding dress search. We had a Saturday appointment at a busy time, but Kimmy, our main saleswoman, was friendly and smart about suggesting dresses for me that were exactly my style. I tried on several dresses here that could have worked very well for me. I actually enjoyed the atmosphere of having several brides in the same area- it was fun to see what other girls were trying on and to share the excitement. We had another sales associate helping us who was obviously not at all knowledgeable, but was hovering and pushy. I tried on a dress I really loved at the end of the visit, when I was tired and getting a little overwhelmed, and this associate informed me that it was the only dress in any size of that style left in the store - in other words, if I didn't purchase it that day, it would be gone. I came back two weeks later to see the same dress hanging on the same mannequin. All in all though, my experience with David's Bridal was very positive and I'd recommend it to brides looking for a great selection. read more

This is going to be a much longer review than what a normally post!! I've been here a total of 4 times. Once to pick out a bridesmaid dress, a second time to pick up that dress and try and it on, and a third to buy my wedding dress. The first time I met up with a group of girls on a weekday and we were responsible for finding our own bridesmaid dresses, although there was a consultant that checked in on us periodically and she seemed friendly. My dress came in maybe about a month later, and when I went to pick it up they let me try it on. I needed to buy a bra to go with it so a consultant brought me a few to try with the dress. The third time I went with my best friend to find her wedding dress. She made a same day appointment, I'm pretty sure it was on a weekday. She needed a dress she could take home the same day and she was able to find one she loved. I don't remember her consultants name. She wasn't super friendly but she got the job done. Shopping for my wedding dress was a great experience. I went on a Monday afternoon with 4 other people. There was hardly any other customers, which was nice. When I walked in they had my list of favorites printed out and ready to give to my consultant. I'm not 100% sure of her name, but I think it was Casey, or something along those lines. She was very friendly and patient! I tried on like 15 dresses and when we left I was shocked to see that we were in there for THREE hours!! An appointment slot is only for 90 minutes, so she must not have had any other clients right after us. I'm very grateful she spent that extra time with us because I did find my dress! It came in less than a month after we ordered it. A few things I wasn't a an of: When I ordered my wedding dress, my consultant told me I had like a week, maybe 10 days after they called to pick it up. After that they would put it out back and I would have to call before I came in and they would have to find it out back for me. When I got the call that my dress was in, the woman left me a message saying that I had to pick it up that Saturday or I would have to pay a $5 delivery fee? I had no idea what she was talking about, my mom picked it up for me before then anyways. After I bought my dress I kept getting these phone calls from the same number. They would never leave a message, and when I did pick up, THEY would hang up on ME without saying anything!! After doing a google search of the number, I saw it was Davids Bridal, and a lot of other brides were having the same problem. So weird! After a few weeks the calls stop. I did get a couple other calls from Mens Warehouse and a photography place, but when I told them I didn't need their services they stopped calling. I have not had my alterations done here so I can't comment on that. I can say that I did call today to set up an appointment and you can only make an appointment with them on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I would recommend this store, but from what I've heard and experienced it's better to go on a weekday if you can. read more

David's Bridal was my first stop in wedding dress shopping last fall. Our consultant was nice, but busy - she was around, but not around at the same time. It was nice to not be babysat like I was at another salon, but I would have liked to feel like she was more involved in comments or suggestions since I had never worn a wedding dress before and didn't know what I was doing. I didn't feel like my budget was that small, but it also wasn't large. I went in looking for dresses $1500 or less and I didn't want anything crazy fancy or expensive anyway. I was not allowed to look through the dresses myself in that price range, and was told they had "very few" that fit in the price range, which I honestly wasn't expecting... Most of my friends who purchased their dresses from David's Bridal got dresses for $1000 or LESS... So why was it so hard to find dresses up to $1500?! I was not impressed with the selection and ended up going to two other stores, happily finding my dress in the last one. Also - the changing room felt a bit cramped and tiny... I ordered a bridesmaid dress for my cousins wedding through this store location, an long story short, fast forward to one week before the wedding, when I try in the dress and it is too small! I was so stressed out and worried, but I came to the store to see if there was anything I could do. I worked with Doreen, who was absolute amazing! She has me try on the next size up, had it rush shipped to me, and even made sure alterations fit me in. in the amount of 5 days she had a new dress, and completly altered to the perfect fit for me. she was so helpful, accommodating, and professional. she made what was an extremely stressful situation so much better, she was such a big help I can't say enough good things about her!!! She was so helpful and nice! She had my dresses in a flash, and always checked in with me. I found my dress, rang the bell and left with a smile. My experience was excellent. I also am having my dress altered by Victoria, she is such a professional and she makes you feel so comfortable while you are standing there being fitted. About a year ago I went to the David's Bridal in Nashua to look into bridal dresses for my upcoming wedding. At first my mother and I had wanted to just look around and get an idea of styles, colors, fabrics, designers and so on. We were asked multiple times by different sales women if we needed help, which, when we gratefully declined, went along their way. However, we came across a dress that I decided I wanted to try on, since I had seen it online and when I found it in the store and in a reasonable size, I jumped at the chance to try it. I walked up to the counter to see if I could get a fitting room, and the woman they called up to assist me positively shrieked across the entire store "I ASKED IF YOU NEEDED HELP AND YOU SAID NO. NOWWWW YOU NEED HELP?!" I was shocked. I luckily replied "I'm changing my mind." and still handed her the gown. We went to the changing rooms and she hung the gown up in the room, and without taking it out of the garment bag or asking if I needed assistance, shut me into the room. I managed to get the gown up on my own and zipped, and when I went out, the woman just kind of stared at me, not saying anything. She asked if I wanted a belt or a veil, to which I agreed, and she walked off. I stood there for a good twenty minutes, waiting for her to come back... only to see her fully involved with another bride. Now, mind you, I understand there are probably multiple appointments, multiple situations and so on, but to completely abandon me? Not cool. After another ten minutes of standing there awkwardly, I gave up. Went back into the dressing room, changed and left. I didn't say a word to the woman at all. The ONLY redeeming factor? When I went back a few weeks later to find my mother and my future mother in law dresses, the woman who assisted us was BEYOND amazing. Shame I can't remember either woman's names, but I'm still slightly peeved at the earlier occasion. Otherwise, this would be a 1 star post. read more

My daughter bought her wedding dress in January 2015 for her November wedding. After trying it on recently she realized she wasn't sure she loved it. Let's start off by saying My sister went to David's bridal in Peabody Ma, because that's way closer to where we live, but the woman there was so rude and made my sister's experience awful I personally refused to go there for my dress. So We made an appointment for the David's Bridal in Nashua, NH which is a 2 hr drive from where we live, but I wanted to have the best possible experience.. The first woman we got was not very into it and was making me very upset she wasn't very pleasant so my friend asked the manager if we could have someone else our goal WAS to buy a dress that day.. Then we got Morgan who was AMAZING I told her I didn't have a preference and she could just get a few dresses and I will try them on.. Well Morgan went above and beyond helping me she got so many different style dresses, wasn't offended or annoyed when I didn't like one not only was she so sweet, but she knew so much about the designers and the dresses themselves. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't of found my dream dress! She was wonderful she really turned my experience around and made it fun. This was the WORST experience I've ever had shopping. I was shopping for my bridal shower dress and bridesmaids dresses and have never been treated so rudely and less than. Upon arrival it has seemed as though they double booked our appointment. When the woman was paged to the front her response was. "I'm not doing this. I'm going on break." So another associate was left with two parties, myself and another bride. This other bride bought her dress there so she was greeted with royal carpet treatment. We were NEVER asked what sizes or colors and were thrown on a stained rug with little kids running all around us. The woman who "went on break" came back to stare at myself and my party in what seemed like disgust. Never asked us if we needed anything, just stared. After walking out of the fitting room I looked over to see that another party had RUDELY moved our things off our chairs and moved the chair to their party. After the sales associated did NOT DO ANYTHING about it, I put my clothes back on and walked out. Never asked if I was okay but was ignored THE ENTIRE time. I would never recommend this location to anyone. I paid a little more than I wanted to where I bought all my dresses but I was greeted with the utmost respect and dignity. Not to mention 3 of the 10 dresses I tried on were DIRTY as if someone smeared their lipstick all over it. One of my maids tried on a dress that was torn that caused her whole chest to be shown. I think the store needs a good cleaning, better management, customer service, and have their workers ask their customers to keep an eye on their children. Thanks for wasting my time and my maids time. I should have remembered my first experience at this location when they fought me, ordered a dress size too big, saying "oh it's stretched out." Yeh it came in WAY too big and when the woman asked when I wanted to come back for alterations, I took great pride letting her know if she had ordered the right size, I would have needed alterations. I told her since it seemed like a scam for more money, I'd take my dress elsewhere to be altered. I did and the woman who altered it was amazed of how BIG it was and took it in 2 sizes.. hmmm? Scam? The selection and customer service is a 10+ at Davids Bridal in Nashua, especially if you are lucky enough to have the assistance of Karen. She is amazing. She made the BEST recommendations and knew exactly what would suit the various body types of our bridal party. We couldn't be happier!! The Brides gown was chosen after trying on just 5 dresses, all because Karen listened to the brides wants and brought her dresses that were perfect for her body type. The only reason this gets any stars is because zero is not an option, and it at least makes for a funny story after. Truly the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. From the beginning of the "appointment" to the end, there was nothing but rudeness, zero professionalism, and laziness on the part of every employee we interacted with. It's quite unfortunate when the customer knows more about the dresses than the employee! I went to look at some bridesmaid dresses with 2 of my bridesmaids. Here is a summary of our visit: 1) While checking in, was very rudely told "I'm not talking to you" when I inadvertently answered a question I assumed was directed at me, but was in fact the associate having a personal conversation with another employee right in front of us. 2) Our consultant was clearly uninterested in helping us, complaining about how her arms were sore and she'd had a long day, by way of greeting us at the very beginning of the appointment. She did not stay with us much at all during the appointment, leaving us for large chunks of time. 3) We were interested in looking at the Versa, a convertible dress. Our consultant had ZERO idea how the dress worked (there are panels you use to create sleeves/straps/halters), I literally had to show her. She made no effort to answer any of our questions or to find someone who could answer them for us. 4) When asking a different consultant about ways to tie the dress, were told to "just look it up on Pinterest" before she walked off 5) We asked our consultant what colors a certain dress came in, she said "I don't know, just look it up online," without even feigning to attempt to find an answer for us. 6) Have I mentioned how many times we were told to "just look it up online"? There's no reason to come to the store because all the employees will just turn you right back to the website. Part of the reason we went to the store was to see the colors in person, but apparently that was too much to ask. All in all a very unpleasant experience, do NOT recommend for anyone, especially anyone looking for any sort of help buying a dress! read more

I got engaged in December and in January, two of my bridesmaids and I went in to start looking at bridesmaids dresses. I brought my fiancé and my toddler with me to take a look at flower girl dresses as well. When I arrived, I was there before my bridesmaids and I had never been to a David's bridal before so I was unaware you needed an appointment. I was rudely informed about it by a girl at the desk who gave me dirty looks and flared at my daughter. My daughter is well behaved and listens to me and held my hand the entire time because it was a little crowded and she knows to stick with me in crowded places. So the glare at my daughter was unwelcome and rude. I started taking a look at flower girl dresses while waiting for my girlfriends and when they arrived, we started taking a look at the bridesmaids dresses. I went up to see when my name would be ready on the walk in list, the same bitchy girl huffed and puffed and said you're next and another extremely rude woman came to help us. She took my bridesmaids over the changing rooms and left us. She refused to help at all and also seemed annoyed that I had brought my daughter, who again, was doing nothing wrong but standing with me. My bridesmaids looked fantastic in the dresses we picked and we asked about paying for them and I ordered another for my other bridesmaid who wasn't able to make it to the shoppe with us. When going up to pay, the cashiers were extremely rude as well. If you don't like your job or can't perform your job without a sour puss on your face, then maybe it isn't the job for you. The checkout process was forever and the cashiers were absolutely miserable. When we left, we all decided that maybe this wasn't this place to give our business too and my girls refunded the dresses and canceled the orders for the colors and sizes they needed. They were given attitude over the phone about it. As a bride, I would've loved to have tried on a wedding dress but the lady helping didn't seem to care. I also felt extremely judged for having my toddler with me. Is it because my fiancé and I didn't wait till after marriage to have children, is this place really that regressive? Or do they just hate children? If so, why have a flower girl section?? What a poor place to do business with. I'm getting married next May and I sure will not be coming back here for a wedding dress. I've already told multiple people I know of how horrible of a service I received and how disgusted I was with every woman who works there. My only regret is that I waited this long to get a yelp account and leave a review to warn other brides. read more

The worst experience I've ever had in a store-by far! I made an appointment far in advance and was hoping to find a prom dress there. There was a small selection of prom dresses to chose from and they had limited sizes available . The stylist who was supposed to "help" us did not give a hoot if we found what we were looking for. I wouldn't even give this place one star, but I have to give it a minimum of one star to post this review. Definitely not going there again! read more

First, let me start off with the positive. Esther, our consultant, was fantastic and really helped my daughter find a dress. She was very patient. Now for the process and issues with other customer service. My daughter had been trying on a size 5 in the final dress selection. Esther recommended a size 3, and it fit great except a little rubbing under the arms. Esther assured us that it is fully adjustable and should be able to be loosened to comfort without the top front of the dress then sliding down to where my daughter was not comfortable with where the front "v" went to. We were told that the dresses that have been tried on so many times get stretched out, but a new one will be stiffer fabric and easier to fine tune the adjusting (though to me, it made more sense that the new ones would be tighter fitting and a loose in store size 5 might be perfect and a fitted in store size 3 might be snug). We were assured with our event being 4 months away, there would be time to order the 3 and then reorder the 5 if unhappy with the 3. HOWEVER, you have to pay for the dress to know the exact expected delivery date. Well, it was 14 weeks later, out of the 16 until the event, so no reorder time. We had already purchased, but when I got home, I went to the online store to get better pictures to share with family afar. The dress, and the jewelry, we bought were both available online and would be delivered to our door in 4-10 days from order date!! Basically ONE week instead on FOURTEEN. We would have had plenty of time to reorder if it was too snug for comfort. I knew the in store purchases were nonrefundable, but I wanted to know why such a discrepancy in timing, and WHY OH WHY the clerk didn't suggest we check online when she knew timing could be an issue as we struggled with it at checkout. So, I called to see if anything could be done and ask my questions. No help whatsoever. All that was offered was that they could try and get it shipped in sooner from another store if they could find it. Well, the ones we tried on in the store were a mess due to the nature of thin spaghetti straps being pulled on and off (they were all frayed) and snags in the tulle. No thank you. I'm sorry, but it is terrible customer service to not offer to the customer the possibility that it may be quicker online when you are fully aware of the timing issue AND you had been told it wouldn't be an issue to get a second one in JUST BECAUSE online is a separate corporate division. Target and target.com are separate divisions, but the stores still honor the online prices and check online for you if they don't have something. Davids is more concerned with keeping the dividing lines straight than the customer getting their items, but guess what? In the long run, it cost them a customer, so they have their clear boundaries between store and online and didn't give a sale to one from the other, but they have lost any future sales. read more

I purchased my wedding gown for my April 2010 wedding way back in December of 2008. Throughout my wedding planning I have been back to David's Bridal (DB)several times. Every time I have visited the Nashua store I had an appointment, this is important to ensure good service. I have read the previous reviews and it seems to me that most of the complaints about poor service or being rushed could have been avoided if they called ahead and told DB when they would be arriving. The staff was always helpful, and attentive to what I needed or wanted. After I placed my order for my gown, it arrived several weeks before they said it would. This was a great surprise! I didn't need any alterations for my wedding gown so I can't comment on that department other than the fact that I was able to have my dress steamed for free because I bought it at DB. The lady that helped me with the steaming was very very friendly and wished me luck on my wedding day. read more

Had an appointment set and was driving to the store. Realizing, we'd be a couple of minutes late, we called the store - Okay, no problem, see you when you get here. Arrived at store, signed in and were told appointments were finishing up, and someone would be with us shortly. 10 Minutes, 20 Minutes..... Still no Acknowledgement, 30 minues... Finally at 40 Minutes, Bride had had enough - She walked out. Oh and btw, 2 people without appointments, but that DB had suckered money out of were seen while we waited... Bride was pissed, I went to talk to the manager, and of course when I complained we would have been taken care of right away, but the damage had already been done... I had a phenomenal experience at davids. I got my dress, dresses for my girls, accessories, everything! They have photography too which I was nervous about... but the price was right so I took the chance and my photos came out perfect! (and I only gave them about a month's notice :X) Definitely recommend! read more

These people are horrible. I will never go there again. We went there to get a prom dress for my best friend and our consultant Leah was very rude, and left us alone for most of our time there. Then she wasn't taking the dresses that we didn't like off the rack of our fitting room until we said something and I actually put some back because we couldn't even shut the door to our fitting room. As far as I am concerned this is the worst place to get your dress. I will definitely never go back. read more

I love David's Bridal in Nashua and have had nothing but great experiences there! My sister is getting married in a few months and when the bridesmaids and I arrived, we were completely taken care of by the incredible staff! Alaina F. was extremely helpful in helping us find different sizes to try on in the bridesmaid dress we picked out. I decided to get a smaller size than I should have in hopes of losing weight before the wedding. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to lose any weight since, so I had to go back to David's Bridal in hopes that they would let me order a size bigger, even though my dress already came in. I was so nervous that they weren't going to allow me to exchange my dress for a different size, but they did! They were so friendly and kind and had no problem at all letting me exchange my dress. They even let me try on a few different sizes so I could see what size I was more comfortable in. The ladies there that night were Georgia, Doreen, and Karen B. Thanks to them I don't have to be a nervous wreck trying to lose a certain amount of weight by the wedding. The store is extremely clean, and everything is displayed beautifully. I will definitely be searching for my wedding dress here someday, as well as dresses for my bridesmaids! :) read more
