Great service happy people! Went home with the perfect dress! I didn't know what I wanted but found the perfect dress!

Update, Can't believe my experience got worse. They know me when I walk into the store now as well- you'd think they'd make an extra bit of an effort. My awesome experience w/ David's Bridal is as follows- I buy a dress and order it new. It comes in in the wrong size. I wait longer for a 2nd dress. It comes in w/ a big pull in the chiffon right in the middle of the chest. I speak to a manager. They let me return it (since I never actually had the dress in my possession) and buy a new one. I find one I love. I buy it and take it home, even though it's dirty, has a button loop that is broken and may threads hanging off it. They let me know that I bring it back and they make it perfect. I bring it back, but decide to have the alteration for the bussle done somewhere else. I told them I just need the button loop fixed, a bead and thread check and it cleaned and steamed. They said it'll take 2 weeks.... so I wait. I picked up my dress yesterday. I brought it to the seamstress and tried on the dress for the first time since I bought it- after it was supposed to be all cleaned and fixed. The loop was fixed, but there was a ring around the collar stain (so it wasn't cleaned), there were threads hanging everywhere, and the seamstress said there are loose beads. What in the world were they doing for two weeks?!? Why did they tell me that's what they would do if they weren't going to do it?! Why did they let me pay $850.00 for a busted dress? Everyone at the Nashua, NH store is nice, but it really doesn't matter if they don't do what they say they'll do. I've been waiting for over an hour for a call back from the Alternation manager. The person I spoke with said there really wasn't much they could do... I'm not bringing my dress back to them again so they can mess it up even more. I'm getting married in 3 freaking weeks. This business and company needs to get their crap together. read more

We had a wonderful experience at David's bridal in Nashua. We made an appointment to try on wedding gowns. This was our first daughter's first time trying on gowns. We have no experience planning a wedding. Debra was our consultant. She couldn't have made us feel more at ease. She led us through the process, educated us about ordering, the timeline, alterations, etc. Debra was professional and gracious. Her helpful attitude was so encouraging. We also were pleased with the selection, quality, and prices at David's. We haven't settled on a dress yet, as this is a process, but Debra gave us a special gift in making this once in a lifetime day go so smoothly ! read more

We were at the Nashua store a couple weekends ago for my sisters bachelorette dress shopping for her wedding. The girl Lily that was helping us initially was really friendly and nice but unfortunately she did not have a tablet with her and she let us try on dresses that we fell in love with that were not going to be ready for my sisters wedding. When it was time to go up and cash out and purchase our dresses the manager at the desk mention to us that two out of the three bridesmaids dresses that we loved we're not going to be in on time. This angered my sister so much because her wedding is two months away and we're a little strapped for time and she stressed out that this Lily girl didn't let us know that these dresses weren't going to be in an allowed us to try them on and fall in love with them. Thankfully the manager at the front desk that broke the bad news to us was able to make things better for us and we had looked at new dresses that were guaranteed to be in and two out of the three bridesmaids found new dresses they loved. I'm giving this rate a four-star I would've given it a five star if Lily was doing her job correctly. Thank you to the manager at the desk whose name I forgot. She made things so much better for us and I will actually be back this coming weekend for my wedding and for my bridesmaids to try on their dresses. I will not be asking for Lilly. read more

Not a single part of my experience with David's Bridal has been any bit enjoyable. When I went with my bride to try on bridesmaids dresses the woman that was helping us insulted me by insisting I was a size 14 and told me I would never fit into the size 6 dress I was looking at. I'm a size 2/4. Then, she kicked us out of the store an hour before they closed because "they needed to clean" even though the bride was ensured we would be able to stay until the actual closing time. We were only there for 1 hour before we were told to leave. I found my dress and was told I should get it hemmed at David's, so I did. I set my alterations 4 months before the wedding. I ordered a size 4 and the dress fit almost perfectly, all I asked them to do was to hem the bottom and for them to pull up the shoulders a tiny bit so that when I bent over my chest wouldn't be exposed. Then on the scheduled day of the pick up, after getting a confirmation text saying the dress was ready, 2 hours before my scheduled pick up time I got a call saying that my dress wasn't finished and they needed another month. The new pick up date was now ONE WEEK before the wedding. I had to have my mom pick up the dress for me as I was traveling at the time and she waited for over 30 minutes before she was even acknowledged. When I was finally able to try my dress on 3 days before the wedding, I realized they completely ruined my dress. They took in the shoulders so much that the seem for the underarm is pressing into my armpit, the seem that is supposed to sit on my ribs underneath my boobs is now on my nipples, the hem is all the way up to my ankles rather than being slightly above the ground and the zipper now doesn't zip all the way on an open back dress which can not be hid. My measurements have been the same for the past 5 years and I've lost weight since my original alteration. I had to frantically run around trying to find a seamstress that would fix the dress within one day on the weekend so I would be able to wear it at the wedding. So pleasantly surprised with our experience! The entire staff was absolutely amazing. They were so friendly, kind, warm and thoughtful. The energy of the store and the consultants was so happy and beautiful. All the brides were complementing each other and the families seemed to all become one. They celebrate when you find the one and truly make it an experience. Our consultant Tracy was especially amazing! She asked if she could pull a dress, completely out of the box we were shopping in...she picked the one!!! She then took the time, as it allowed, to help us find the one for the bridesmaids too! Underwhelmed doesn't even describe my experience here. I purposely made an appointment thinking I would get individual attention, think again. I came in with a printout of the dress I wanted from their website and was told "I've never even seen that"!!! Then I was pointed in the direction of the most pitiful Mother of the Groom dresses I have ever seen! No salesperson helped me, or even approached me. Disgusted I left the store after browsing for about 7 minutes, that's how small and awful the selection was. I was not told goodbye, leaving so soon?, have a nice day...NOTHING!!!!! Savannah in alterations gives great service . I was looking for help over the phone regarding an ill fitting bridesmaids dress purchased at a different David's location. Savannah suggested I buy a dress in the same color off the clearance rack. She went to the sales floor and found one for me. She described it over the phone (only $30. !!) then she held it for me in her area. She offered to ship it to me overnight. Amazing ! I didn't end up needing the dress but want to give her some credit just the same ! read more

I bought my wedding dress in June 2016 for my September 2017 wedding. I found my dress and fell in love with it quickly. They told me it would be ordered and should arrive in November 2016. The next month, July 2016, I was told that my dress was already at the store for me to pick up. I of course was happy but also thought it was strange that I had ordered it last month and yet it was already it. When I went to try it on before bringing it home there was HUGE orange makeup stains on the inside of my dress and some of the lace appliques were coming off. They said they would fix it then on my ride home they asked if I wanted a brand new dress ordered. I said yes and that I would actually like it ordered in a size up. The woman said she would go find out if she could do that, came back and said she could. Come the end of September 2016 I received a call stating that the dress was ready to be picked up. For a second time now, this is much earlier than they had estimated even the FIRST dress to be in. I brought my mom with me this time to inspect the dress carefully before taking it home. This "new dress" had makeup stains on the FRONT of the dress, the lower back, dirt all on the bottom hem, an appliques falling off AND a huge rip on the outside fabric!!! Needless to say my mother and I were extremely upset. I did not spend my hard earned money on this dress to have it look as if someone had already worn it. AND not only did this happen to me once, but TWO TIMES!!! I honestly believe that they tried to sell me sample dresses right off the rack that tons of people had already tried on and pass them off as a new dress. This dress was on clearance, HOWEVER, clearance means the dress is discounted in price NOT that you are buying that exact dress as is. I realize this is David's Bridal, not Kleinfeld. But brides on a budget deserve to be treated with respect and get a clean, never worn dress just like they paid for and not be duped. I am extremely upset and disappointed that this happened and will not be going back r ever recommending this store to anyone I know. I did receive a full refund (luckily) and I now have to find another dress that lives up to the one I originally fell in love with, because David's Bridal is a sleezy bridal salon that obviously doesn't respect it's brides. read more

I would give this place a ZERO if I could. The service is terrible, if this place weren't such a factory, I'd wonder how they could possibly stay in business. First of all, you walk in and you put your name on a waiting list for a room. Then they tell you to find the bridesmaid dress styles you need and the sizes you think you might need and then they will call you when a room is ready. Well, I found the styles I needed, but not the sizes. I had to choose between a strapless, halter, and another top style. The smallest size they had in each was a 4 in one and the halter only had a size 8. I am a small person, so I they have you try on a size 8 and then guess what size dress you need. After you pick a size and pay for your dress, you sign an agreement saying you can't return the dress. So... pretty much, no service, no help, no sizes. Oh, and when I went to pay, one of the girls at the counter was having a drama crying fit, and four other coworkers were listening to her story while I stood in line for 10 minutes. I will preface this by saying: I'm getting married and I would wear a Hefty bag in place of a wedding dress if it meant the party was off the chain. Checked in at this David's Bridal location a couple weeks ago with my mom on a Saturday. We had been to a few other bridal shops where no one gave us half a glance (including the D Bridal in Danvers - for shame dude. Seriously.) We walked in and the woman at the welcome desk was clearly on a bridezilla high trying to come down, but still greeted us and was very sweet. She did say we were welcome to look through the racks but since we didn't have an appointment on this very busy Saturday we'd have to come back to try on. Ok, no biggie. Appointment made - and two weeks later... The place is way less crowded on this Saturday. The woman at the welcome desk was again, very pleasant and lovely. She called our consultant and within a few minutes Lauren B. was there to whisk me off to the jungle of dresses. My one disappointment was that this place did not carry many shorter dresses. (I'm gonna be running around playing mini-golf and dancing and cutting in line for bumper boats, I don't want a huge heavy dress weighing me down!) But for kicks we decided to try on some lighter full length dresses. Lauren B. did take a little time to warm up to me. It had clearly been a long day for her. But once she realized that I was game to play dress up and do jigs in the dressing "salon," she seemed to breathe easier (which made me feel much more comfortable). About an hour into my hour and a half appointment I shut down the wedding dress trying so my cousin could try on some b-maids dresses. I was pleased with the selection of shorted dresses and array of colors. She tried on four or five and we found one that was perfect. (It had pockets! POCKETS!) Simple, comfortable and relatively inexpensive. Done deal. Maybe D Bridal read all these terrible reviews and revamped their customer service 'cause I left feeling taken care of and pleased with my experience read more

I think my mother has some sort of wedding-dar and I knew as soon as I stepped inside the David's Bridal I'd get a call. Ding ding! haha.. I went to this particular David's because it was midway between my friend's house and her future mother-in-law. My friend had already picked out her wedding dress, and now I (maid of honor) and her future sister-in-law (bridesmaid) needed to try out some dresses. We picked a few designs, grabbed a few sizes, and then we were off to the dressing rooms. NOTE: David's sizes run LARGER. I don't know if this is a regular wedding industry thing, but damn, what a HORRIBLE idea! No wonder women hate trying on dresses like these. There's nothing like feeling like a fat cow wearing a white dress of all colors. They're off by, 4-5 sizes sometimes! After trying on a few, we decided we liked a certain design and the woman that had initially helped the bride suddenly popped back up (she was only there to greet us.. she didn't help us with the dresses) and said that the dress we wanted, since it appeared to have a sale tag, might disappear soon.. so we should probably buy it today. I kind of freaked out because I wasn't planning on buying my dress that day. I still had to go out to Los Angeles and make sure that the other two bridesmaids could 1) get the dress 2) didn't find it hideous. My friend is not a bridezilla and found that our opinion was important (YAY!). So the 2 stars is because the place itself is pretty well laid out and organized, had all the different designs in stock (varying sizes of course.. you may not be able to try on a dress in the color you want, but the different sizes will be there), and I really like the dress we decided on. As for the customer service, I deduct a star because the woman was no where to be found while we were dealing with the dresses, but must have heard the ca-ching in our voices when we said we really liked a certain dress. Of course when I went out to LA and called stores in the area, they said that the dress was still pretty well stocked and would probably be on the shelves for awhile. GRR! Moral of the story: must contact Corporate Customer Support for DB good service. I have to update my review of the DB providing the wrong dress because after talking with a Customer Service Manager in the corporate office, they did refund my money. When I initially called the store, they did not offer a refund. Once corporate got involved, I just had to return the worn incorrect bridesmaid dress to the store and they immediately refunded my card. There was no hassle from the corporate manager. I did not ask for the refund, she just offered it. In store, I was prepared for the worst but they immediately knew the story and were friendly about it. Terrible. Just don't use them. Had an appointment and traveled an hour with my 6 year old son only to be met with a most rude and unhelpful associate named Gail. She didn't even greet us or make any sort of introduction. Just got right down to business and asked my size which she immediately corrected me to one size up after looking me up and down instead of just suggesting we try two sizes. Then asked me the wedding date and asked me if I was serious. She walked away and came back to me at the dressing room telling me there's no way I'll get my dress in time. The people knew the date when I made the appointment and no one batted An eye. She put me Into a panic and was so insensitive about the whole Thing. Then a manager came over to Say I actually had 11 choices and they could get it a month before the wedding date so I would be ok. Another sales associate, Georgia, from the front desk brought me a few options. Gail began to help another person right by me and didn't help Me After that. She was standing 5 inches from me while I struggled to zip and unzip dresses. Not once did she offer help. After an hour and 45 minutes of a terrible trying on experience with her right next to me and watching as my 6 year Old Son attempted to zip me I needed to Order the dress I picked. I walked around the store looking for help since Gail was clearly not interested. The manager never came back to check either. No one did. I found Georgia at the cash wrap and she saved the day. She apologized that no one was helping me even tho I had a appointment and she brought the dress I picked in a smaller size to see which one I liked Best and she ordered the right dress for me. Even though she was not a sales person and not making commission she was the only one who cared to help me. It was an awful experience and beyond stressful. Georgia saved it for the last few minutes I was there but otherwise just terrible. Why did I wait a week for an appointment when I could have just walked in and tried everything in alone? Gail provided the worst customer "service" and told me false information that could have potentially ruined my brides idea for dresses if she hadn't just actually taken the time to look further into it. Thankful someone found me options but it was just really a needless stressful day. I shouldn't be in tears at a bridal store I should be smiling. read more

We made an appointment on a Sunday for a wedding less than 6 months away. I understand that the weekends are the busiest time for this establishment. However, the representative that was working with us had no patience or know how to find anything. She was unwilling to listen to the feedback from the bride on what she was looking for. My friend is the least bridezilla-esque person and wanted something very simple yet flattering and as her bridal party we expected competence and received less than mediocrity.... This place is crazy. I guess part of this is that I went on a Saturday in February (who knew that high schoolers are already looking for their prom dresses then), but that being said, a place like this should be equipped to handle the crowds. They're not. Both times I went here, first to help pick out bridesmaid dresses, and the second time to pick up my bridesmaid dress, I was shuffled from one consultant to the next. The store is chaotic at best and the consultants need to learn how to give each group it's due time and be patient and accommodating. Of course the reason that people deal with this is that David's Bridal has a wide selection of dresses at a reasonable price, but that's about all it has going for it in my book. read more

We went here to find my wedding dress, we had Ericka (sorry if I spelt it wrong!) for our sales associate and she is just amazing. She made our entire experience a good one. She was attentive, on her game and just extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Not to mention- a sweetheart during all of i. I didn't know what style I wanted, but I told her what I didn't like and she accommodated that and had the patience for me to try on pretty much every style they had in the show room. She was also there when we went to pick up my dress, helped me try it on, as well as helped my mom find a dress of her own for the wedding- while she had another group to attend to. Again - nothing but professional; helpful, attentive and kind. Dealing with us dropping in, as well as another group- nothing ruffled her feathers. If I have to go back in the future for anything - I would request Ericka for help. In my opinion, she's the best associate they have. Thanks for all the help, Ericka! read more

This location is not equipped to handle the number of appointments it schedules, while my consultant was incredibly patient, friendly and helpful overall, as a first venture into wedding dress shopping, this was an atrocious experience. I wrote down style numbers of 8-10 dresses I was interested in and I think they had one of them in the store. I made an appointment online, which was easy enough, but they had none of my information when I arrived, so the woman asked me to fill out a paper form, which I declined since it was all on my online account (which they had no record of) and I just handed my consultant the style numbers easily. Some things to note: -The check in process is done on paper and is incredibly slow -There are no mirrors inside the fitting rooms (This is 100% fact) -There are very few places to sit (as in, maybe a chair or two for every 5 fitting rooms) -They have a very small inventory and do not carry any of the higher end dresses (Jenny Packham, Melissa Sweet, etc.) -The fitting room doors are side by side without any space in between so you are constantly bumping into other people I would recommend coming as prepared as possible (call ahead to see if they have the gowns you want, write down style numbers you like, bring one other person, and be very patient.) read more

Meh. I went to the Nashua store to look at bridal gowns. Lauren was insincere and condescending, talking to me and my two wonderful friends like we were five year-olds. She yelled at one of my friends for trying to touch a dress on the rack, claiming that she could get hurt, but then didn't help me try anything on. I guess its ok to get hurt in the dressing room, just not at the rack. She didn't really listen well to what I was looking for and when we found a dress that was a definite contender she was pushy. And she kept staring at me longer than normal (I think it was her closing technique). But aside from our consultant being socially awkward, this store was better than I expected. I'd read reviews that this location in particular is awful. Yes, unlike the fancier stores I'd been to, they don't help you try things on and the quality of the fabrics isn't great. But man do they have a selection. In every size and every style, lots of designs. Apparently even the Vera Wang line is coming out with extended sizes this summer. Many felt and looked cheap, but between this store and the Danvers location, there were three that I could have seen possibly working. This was more than I could say at Marry & Tux or Bella Sera (the latter of which was awful!) And hey, socially awkward people need jobs too. read more

I was so satisfied with my experience here! About a month ago, I was asked to be a bridesmaid for my friend's wedding this June. She had already had the dress picked out and just needed me to get sized & order the dress. Karen and the rest of the staff were super prompt and helpful. They took me ahead of my scheduled time and found the dress she had picked out and my sizez It looked great on me, the price was reasonable, and they were so accomodating to me and the bride. She lives 8 hours away and they were very understanding that she wanted to Skype me in the salon. Since they didn't have the dress in the exact color she was looking for, the staff showed me another dress with the exact shade I was looking for. My dress will be ready in a few months; cannot wait to see what it will look like! Would shop here again. read more

Maybe I just got really lucky, but I had a really good experience at this David's Bridal looking for my wedding dress. I made the appointment weeks ago and the woman over the phone was very pleasant. I went in this morning (11am on a Tuesday) right when they opened and there were already other people there for their own appointments (popular, I guess). The woman who signed me in was also pleasant and I filled out the form with all my junk contact info (spare email address, etc) because I've heard they're really bad about pestering you. I already had two dresses in mind that I wanted to try on, and Jeanne went to get them while I looked through the rest of the catalog. She was very nice in explaining how to put on all the petticoats and extra things, and although the first dress I tried was my number one choice that I ended up going with, she brought over a few more for me to glance at. When we got the dress, she helped with shoes and the veil and explained about alterations. She wasn't pushy or condescending at all, in fact, she was very cheerful and personable and sort of backed off and just let me (and my mother) decide. Granted, some of the dresses I tried on DID feel cheap, but the one I ended up going with didn't, as well as another that I was definitely considering. But then again, that's what we all go to David's Bridal for - so we don't have to spend $5000 on silk dresses from designer boutiques. I was perfectly happy with the quality of my dress and a few of the others, although I imagine all of them aren't perfectly great. The store was also pretty clean and organized, and the dresses I tried on were mostly in my sizes and not stained or broken in any way. After I checked out, I even ran back in to see if they could give me a swatch of the dress fabric, and the woman helping me really took the time to go into the alterations room to search for the right color fabric since they didn't have the swatch for my exact dress and the color is a little different from traditional ivory. Overall, a very good experience. Although, note that I don't have bridesmaids, didn't have my alterations done there (although I did speak to the alterations woman briefly and she seemed nice and professional), and I was able to walk out of the store that day with dress in the correct size, veil and shoes - no ordering necessary. read more

My Granddaughters bridesmaids bought their dresses at David's Bridal, Nashua. The dresses were a WRINKLED MESS when picked up and due to time restraints only one was pressed, after locating a cleaner that would do it in a timely manner. I have never purchased a dress that was not pressed before purchase. I will certainly do all I can to alert about the very poor customer service at David's Bridal. read more

I made an appointment this past weekend to find a wedding dress at this location. My mother flew in from California to experience this special moment. My appointment was mid-day Sunday, and as soon as we walked into the store we were greeted by friendly employees. I was connected with sales representative Sarah, she was very delightful to work with. Sarah asked me about my wedding, and styles of gowns that I was interested in. After trying on over 10 gowns we narrowed it down to three and after a tough decision, I found the perfect dress! Sarah included me in the "Bell Ceremony", which my mother loved to see and made us all tear up. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed myself, all of the employees were very pleasant and friendly. I was slightly disappointed that the location didn't have water or beverages for their customers, but the visit to this store was a great life experience. read more

If you want your wedding planning to be more stressful than it needs to be, this is the place to shop. If you want a positive experience, I recommend literally anywhere else. When I initially went to look for my wedding dress, the dress I loved happened to be on clearance. It had a few stains on it so I asked if they could dry clean it and I was told "yes we can clean it." Great, right? Wrong. When I got to my alterations appointment (June 11th) I asked again if they would dry clean it to which I was informed this location doesn't have dry cleaning and that the best they could do was wash it in a sink with dawn soap. Lie number one. I should have walked out right there but I just said I'll get it cleaned somewhere else and that they could just do alterations, I didn't need much done anyway. I was told it would be ready on July 15th, they had 5 weeks to work on it, and a few days before I was called and asked if they could move the pickup date to August 5th, giving them 3 more weeks to get it done. On August 1st I was called again to ask to move out the pickup to August 18th. That would have only left me with 2 weeks to find a dry cleaner before my wedding so I told them no, they need to have it done by August 9th, which they agreed to. Two hours before my pickup on the 9th they called again to say there was an "emergency" in the room and that they needed more time. I told them that is unacceptable but they assured me the alterations had been started and they could have it done the next day. I told them to forget it and that I wanted my dress back, done or not. When I picked it up it was obvious that NO work had been done on it. The "emergency" was that they were short staffed, which doesn't sound like an emergency but rather just another Tuesday. Another lie. I was reimbursed for the alterations by one of the managers, Doreen, who actually seemed genuinely apologetic and while there was nothing else she could do for me, I appreciated the way she handled the situation. However, Beth, the other manager, seemed to not really care and gave insincere sorry's and BS lies about emergencies and my dress being started when it wasn't. Now I have one month to get my dress altered and cleaned, and luckily a local shop said they could do it for me in time for my wedding. Had I went with another business to begin with, my dress would be done by now. Save yourself the stress and DON'T SHOP HERE! read more

To start, I would like to say I have been at other David's Bridal stores. In fact, I had an AMAZING experience purchasing my wedding dress at the South Portland Maine store (as well as a good experience in the same store for my bridesmaids dresses). I went this past Saturday for bridesmaids dresses for a wedding in which I am the MOH. We had booked the appointment way in advance and it was at 5pm, so they weren't very busy. The store was clean and things were easy to find. Our sales associate, however, was terrible. She seemed passive and cold and was very unhelpful. There were many instances were stood around waiting for her so we could try more dresses on and she was nowhere to be found. Except for one instance, where she was assisting a bride. We chose a dress and I was frustrated that I'm in between sizes and the associate totally brushed off measuring me so I knew what size would be best to order. She could have cared less. I bought my wedding dress at the end of March. BEFORE covid. Paid for it in full before we left the store. They ordered it and said it would be delivered to the store mid April. Then they closed because of covid. I called May 11th to find out if it was there. It had been delivered to the store 3 weeks before I called and no one informed me. They wouldn't allow me to pick it up because they were still closed... Even though there was someone there. The woman I spoke to on the phone said they could mail it to me. 3 weeks later, it still hasn't been delivered. I call again today.... IT HASN'T EVEN BEEN SHIPPED OUT YET! When I asked why, the woman told me she didn't know. She said she didn't know why it had been delayed or why I wasn't informed. So I have been waiting A MONTH for a dress they said shipped out that's still sitting at the store!? They only thing they are doing to "fix" this is expedite my dress. I was told it "SHOULD" be here Tuesday. You better hope so... Brides have enough to worry about right now and shouldn't be worried about things like this. Do BETTER! Be more RELIABLE. And have better COMMUNICATION! This is not the first time I have had complications with David's Bridal and I will NEVER shop here again. Terrible communication. First let m say the ladies in alterations are amazing especially Shirley & Theresa, they truly wanted to make sure my dress was perfect. But the new change in policy of booking only 30 mins is not exceptable, On my third & what was to be my final appointment, a number of alteration were not done correctly & needed to be fixed. Shirley was attempting to adjust the incorrect bustle and hem, when a young girl kept coming in & asking if she was done, 3 times. Then she went manager which then announced over loud speaker for Shirley to come to the front. At this point Shirley had her hands all up the my bustle and couldn't leave, 3 minutes later the manger came & pulled her out of my appointment. Very rude. Shirley came back and had to rush the rest of my alteration Appointment. I am an older bride & expect when I pay for a specialty service it to be done correctly & not rushed , as should any Bride If I had known I would have found a local seamstress I recommend you book 2 back to back appointments for alterations read more

Went in to look for a bridesmaids dress. Our consultants didn't lift a finger basically made us look at a poster and made us choose our own dresses and said she'll pull more dresses for us which she never did. She kept to the side and barely talked to us. "Oh wow you look nice" then walks away. When we decided on a dress we went to the front desk and the women there basically body shame one of my bridesmaid for being too skinny and said the only thing she can do now is gain some weight. If I didn't have 8 bridesmaid all from different states I wouldn't have brought my business here. read more

My A-OK goes solely to the consultant Christina T. She was awesome and helpful. She listened to everything I wanted and assisted efficiently and politely. She involved my family and friends in the process and made suggestions and pretty much was great!! My experience otherwise wasn't bad... I'm not hard to please, but a few things matter to me... When no one greets me and my party after we walk through the door, and we stand idly by the check in desk for about 5 minutes until one of us has to ask someone who we should check in with, it sets the wrong tone for the appointment. But once I was directed to the right person and we met Christina, things picked up. read more

Just an fyi- if you email the one they give you, you will not get a response. No private apology or anything. Just a public apology to make it seem like they addressed the issue. Diane was SO FRIENDLY and I really felt like she CARED about my sister's last minute wedding dress selection. My sister had already bought a dress but didn't fall in love with it so we went back to exchange for another dress, and although Diane probably wasn't making any commission from our transaction (since it was an even exchange), she totally seemed engaged in the experience and helped my sister feel relaxed and excited. Plain rude. We did not make an appointment in advance and we just wanted to browse and had a couple of questions for the lady at the front desk. Lady at the front desk was straight up rude and condescending. You would think they would provide better customer service for being such a large franchise but apparently not. Staffs need to be better trained, especially the ones greeting guests. I believe the lady working the front was Shirley and she should not be anywhere near the front desk greeting customers. I can't say enough nice things about Tiffany. She helped me out in SO many ways!! About a week before my appointment with Tiffany, I had gone in and purchased a wedding dress. It was an absolutely beautiful dress, but it just didn't quite fit right. I made an impulsive decision and bought it anyway.. even though they were really clear that it was a final sale. Well, of course I went home and I couldn't stop thinking about it. Within a few days I was full of regret! Knowing it was a final sale, I decided just to suck it up and go in to see if I could find a second, inexpensive, dress to fix my mistake. Tiffany was my consultant and began asking what I was looking for. I basically told her that I had no idea.. but that I needed a lot of help and a lot of time. I wanted to try on every dress if thats what it took! When she was able to figure out that I had already purchased a dress, she called her manager over and they decided to help me find the dress of my dreams and to let me exchange the other dress - no questions asked! I had told her it was on sale when I bought it and that it was a final sale, and she smiled and told me I had nothing to worry about except finding the dress I really wanted. Wow, what a relief. I mean- WOW! I had come to terms with wasting 600 dollars and Tiffany and her managers helped me get it back! And thats just the beginning.. After that conversation Tiffany walked down the aisles with me pointing out different styles and designers and details of the dresses. She got me set up with some top favorites and patiently helped me get in and out of dress after dress after dress.. until I found The One! She never pressured me, never made me feel dumb for my mistake (in fact quite the opposite- she reassured me that I was not alone in doing that), never offered more of an opinion than I asked for, and never made me feel that all the work I was causing her was anything other than fun. She actually said it was fun! What a relief- again! She consulted a few times with her manager, Denise, who was also very friendly, very reassuring, and exceptionally supportive of my search for perfection. Due to their patience I was able to sort through them all and really find the dress that I have always wanted. It's absolutely perfect and makes me feel like a gorgeous bride. Once they helped me into a petticoat and veil- I was sold. It was exactly what I was hoping for. I finally had my "moment." I couldn't have asked for more! I can't stop think about how glad I am that I went back in there!!! When it came time to pay, it was an even exchange. So I didn't have to spend a penny!! I was shocked! My dress is due in this March. (just a few weeks after ordering it!) so I will update regarding that when I see it and have more info.
