I think I'm finally done with this place. I can honestly say they've gone downhill because of how inconsistent they've become. Sometimes the pizza is absolutely delicious, but other times--like today--it's terrible. You never know what you're going to get. I think it's time to find another pizza place that's more consistent with the quality of its food. The service is also hit-or-miss, and while the ambiance is okay, it's nothing special or memorable. Consistency is what keeps customers coming back, and unfortunately, this place just doesn't have it anymore. read more

One star. I ordered two large pizzas. Both arrived burned across most of the crust and tasted horrible. This should have been caught before leaving the kitchen. The only solution given was a three-dollar credit on a future order. That did not help tonight. If you are trying this place for the first time, check your pizza before you leave. Came here to try a bit of nostalgia. This is where my gf went growing up. I tried their salad with thousand on the side. It was fresh, crisp and very good. We ordered a large veggie pizza with beef. The crust and veggies were great, but the beef was bland and lacked any flavor. It was a big disappointment. The best part however was the customer service. I love how this place is creating fake accounts to give itself 5 stars to up its reviews on yelp lol. You can clearly tell it's the same person with the same type of writing using two different accounts. Probably a worker which is against yelp rules. Hopefully they get taken down. This place deserves its 2.8 star overall rating but this 2 fake 5 star reviews bumped it up. That's sad. This place is crap now. This place used to be good. Staff is not attentive, and service is slow. I ordered a small pizza and 20 minutes later they told me the staff burnt it. So they had to remake it, and that took longer to make then the first one. Not sure what's going on here, but made its time to upgrade the staff. read more

The service was slow and almost ghostly. She took our order, deliver order but that's about it. Never checked on things, never offered to refill drinks or asked if needed anything else. We ordered a combo #1 pizza and family salad. The salad was more than enough for 2 adults. It's a regular salad with kidney beans and croutons. Called on a Monday around 1pm to place an order for pick up, an older lady answered, I asked her about their specials, she was sweet enough to walk me through all of them. I let her know what I wanted (wing basket with fries and a drink) she said they wouldn't drop the wings until I get there.. not sure if that's a "we don't wanna cook anything until we know you've arrived or if they do it as a courtesy so it's nice and hot when you pick up" Either way, I explained I was on lunch and was 6 mins away so she said she'll drop them then and there while we were on the phone. I arrived, it was empty inside, clean, lots of seating. Large parking lot. The kitchen is pretty open so you can see back as you'r ordering/paying for your food. They even have a yogurt bar! Pretty random! They've got a bunch of toppings, I took the best pictures I could before they called me and told me my order was ready. Wings were crispy & delicious, fries were crispy and seasoned well. Ranch was extremely watery, but flavor was there! Ok first of all let me say this is the first time we have been to this location. We have been to another location that used to be in Lincoln center. The location was pretty good. I'll be ambiance was nice for this area. They were very busy so our service was pretty good. The girl we had took care of us. I tried to order something extra and they made a mistake and charge me more than the price, but after talking to our girl, she fixed it. The food was pretty good. Pizzas were good. Wings were good. Salad was good. Just like a good pizza. Should be over a very nice place. You might have to wait a little bit because it is busy, but other than that, it was very good so if you're in this area, check it out. read more

Been going here for over 30 plus years and no longer. Ordered a large combo and ordered breadsticks. Ok first off the bread sticks were a pre made thin like a tortilla pizza shaped "bread". So thin as a saltine cracker that's not bread sticks sir!! The pizza is made from the same crust. You see the pin wholes on the bottom just like they come frozen. I seen no tossing in the air pizza happening and all this nonsense for the same price as before. Those bread sticks I'm not kidding are as thin as a saltine and much harder. Poor service came in at 8:08pm and asked if we could eat here they said we close at 8:30pm I said it says 9pm. She said when it's slow we close early as she is stacking the chairs. She said rudely we could stay but certainly didn't feel welcomed with to stay. Four of us turned and walked out. Took our business elsewhere. If you're going to close early put a sign up and put down your open sign. Also be courteous to people walking in asking nicely if they could stay to eat, an hour before closing. read more

The salad was crunchy , crisp and fresh and it came with balsamic and ranch ! The best part . The pizza was pretty average - a bit doughy as someone else had described and not enough sauce. Been going there for 35 yrs. The last 2 times the pizza was burnt - I am talking black on the bottom crust. Our server was very embarrassed and he summoned the female manager who acknowledged the crust was severely burnt but kept making excuses. She even told us she had heard every excuse to get a free pizza (meat not cooked, too much sauce, not enough toppings, etc). We told her we were not asking for a free pizza but we were not paying for a burnt one either. She finally said ok she would make us another pizza but we were paying for it. Topping plentiful on all slices. We sat here for 3 1/2 hours we ordered a pizza for takeout after waiting so long got up to see where the pizza was and they said it still needed another hour and a half ... Manager Cassie is a joke. doesn't know what she's doing. McKenzie was helpful but seemed lost in translation. This is what happens when you have a bunch of kids making pizzas in the back. I heard that this place is going downhill, but I didn't think that they would have kids running. I went on a Friday night because I heard they had music and I was impressed by the variety of pizzas they offer. There were several of us so we ordered a variety of pizzas which were very good. I also had their Ceasar salad and raviolis which I truly enjoyed as well. The servers are very young but do their best to please.
