They've had my Dyson stick vacuum for almost 8 weeks and have still not repaired it. I called after 4 weeks and they couldn't find it. Then they found it and said they were ordering a part. 3.5 weeks later no one is returning my call. They are rude and unprofessional and incompetent. Do not go there. read more

Do not go there! My husband went there to have a plug put on my SHARK vacuum cleaner. He talked my husband into an Oreck .Big sales pitch. Brought it home, and I did not want it. Took it back the next day with RECEIPT and said he couldn't refund it because manager was not there. Had called back and said they couldn't return IT without THE credit card. Drove back AGAIN, with the credit card and asked for my vacuum cleaner back they I brought in. They said it was a trade in and they didn't have it. To have a plug replace on it was 46.00. Place is a JOKE AND THE WORST SERVICE. SHOULD BE 0 stars. read more

I went to this location for a repair and found out that it is permanently closed. I have a warranty on their very expensive vacuum and found out that all of their stores in metro Atlanta closed. I called the # that is posted on their window for any questions and have yet to hear back from anyone. I couldn't find anything on the internet on why all of their stores closed. read more

This store is NOT closed. Service is great! I got my vacuum serviced here in 2017 and again this past weekend. I dropped it off Saturday and was told it would be about 5-7 days and it was actually ready on Tuesday! The team here is more than helpful! read more

Bought an Oreck here and have gone back yearly for the last two years. I have 5 year warranty when we bought it. Should have a few years left. Took it in and they say they will not honor the warranty even though we bought it there. Don't trust these people!!!! Will never go back !!!! Would give zero stars if I could! read more

Oreck went out of business!! All stores were taken over by Dave's Vacuum. This store will NOT honor warranty repairs on Oreck. They sell $1000 overpriced vacuums that Trump would buy. Their repair work is shoddy at best, stay clear of this place. They repaired a machine for me and two days later parts were flying off. Better off buying a $130 machine from costco and if it breaks toss it out and buy a new one. read more

Brought in a Dyson vacuum for the $5 cleaning special I saw on TV. Big bait and switch. The gentleman said it would be $79 for a tune up and cleaning. When I inquired about the $5 special advertised on TV, he took out a spray bottle and said it was to spray "disinfectant" on the outside. I don't need the outside cleaned, I need the inside cleaned! I should have known it was going to be a rip when I saw Oreck on the facade of the building and David's Vacuum on a little sign in the window. I'll go back to Dyson, thank you. read more

Real Talk: If you want to be taken care of honestly, go to the Norcross store and see Michael. If you decide to go to the Alpharetta Store and Juan is working, get ready for the dirty car salesperson feeling EVERYONE knows all to well. First, allow me to say, I LOVE my Oreck Magnesium Vacuum! Love it!! If I was typing this as a review on the product, my review would be FIVE stars! Unfortunately, I'm not. We purchased my vacuum 3 months ago from Oreck on Roswell Rd. I am certain I was informed of free unclogs at the time of purchase. How GREAT is THAT? Free Unclogs, on the spot, any Oreck store location. How am I certain? It was a HUGE selling point for me. As a mother of children and animals, owning a vacuum MADE TO GO UNDER FURNITURE....well....I vacuum up a lot I may not even see! I clogged my Magnesium for the first time. We've since moved from Marietta so I load it in the car and head to the Norcross location. The manager, Hammed told me it would be $19.99 for the unclog. I stated I purchased my vacuum just recently and thought I could get it unclogged for free. He said, "no, it will be $19.99." Confused, I made up a reason, grabbed my vacuum and left. I contacted customer service to which a representative, Scott, called me back quickly! He confirmed any Oreck store would unclog my vacuum for NO CHARGE! Awesomeness, I'm not crazy after all! He made me aware of my two closest stores, Norcross and Alpharetta. I said Norcross was the closest and he told me Hammed would be my man. Well, I had never mentioned I already went there and to avoid any trouble for Hammed, I let it go. Maybe he's new and I'll mention it next time. For now, I'd try the Alpharetta store. A few days later, I load the vacuum in my car again and head to the Alpharetta location. At this point, I REALLY need my vacuum as I can't stand going for so many days without it. Juan was working and he stated it would be $24.99 for the unclog. Great, now what. I should have thought ahead and saved Scott's number as I would have called him right then and there. Instead, I said, "$24.99? But I get free unclogs with my vacuum." He just shakes his head at me as he's looking over my vacuum telling what all else is wrong with it. Huh? It's almost brand new. It's just clogged! His attitude towards me was almost as if I'm inferior to him and that I abuse my vacuum. I didn't want to make a scene, so I passed on everything, took my UNFIXED vacuum and left! At this point, my impatience and frustration is building. I decided to stop back into the Norcross store and try my luck with Hammed. He wasn't working but Michael from the Marietta store, who's helped me previously at that location, was working! He took excellent care of me and I left with my vacuum unclogged-free of charge and with more cleaning products I absolutely LOVE!!! Advice for Juan in Alpharetta: Why don't you try listening to your customers, doing business the way your company wants you to do business, treating your customers with respect and earning a sale through honesty versus blatant up-selling and selling just to sell for your own benefit? Purchased a rug shampooer from this store over 6 years ago. Finally had a problem, the pump for shampoo and water had frozen. The gentleman on duty at the store rather than initially selling me a replacement pump said first remove the pump and place pump oil in both ends, wait an hour clean residual oil and reinstall. took my Dyson animal vacuum in for repairs and salesman offered a "refurbished" D33 for $200, and told me it was a good deal instead of repairing mine..... So, I said OK, trusting sales guy ...... then I get home and find I could buy a BRAND NEW D33 on Amazon for $225.... so got taken and not happy. .... no trade in value for my Dyson and the unit he sold me is dirty and looks very used. .... I bought an Oreck vacuum through Oreck Direct and had issues with the sensor related to turning the vacuum on and off. The vacuum would almost immediately shut back down after being turned on. As any "typical" person would do, I checked for blockages and removed the bottom plate to see if anything was stuck, wrapped around the roller, etc. I did not see anything and put the cover back on (only 2 screws, I think). Because of just checking to see if anything was blocked, Oreck Direct said my warranty was invalidated b/c I had "serviced" the vacuum. BUT, Juan at My Oreck Store was very committed to trying to resolve my issues and worked relentlessly until he found out what was wrong. He repaired the vacuum free of charge even though Oreck Direct said that my warranty was invalidated b/c I "serviced" the unit. I am very, very appreciative of what Juan did as it is a relatively expensive vacuum. He owns this store and a store in Duluth. I would not hesitate to do business with Juan as he personally stands behind his products. read more
