We called them out again, and it was about a week later they came back out and said it was another issue, another $400. We said no thank you, and decided to invest in a new machine at that point. I reached out to their office the same day via text message, no response. Reached out over the weekend, they said an office manager would call me Monday morning. Monday came and went, no call. Sent an email asking for follow up on Tuesday, obviously not getting a call back, I emailed my concerns. Paid $300, did not fix the issue. If the tech would have done a thorough diagnosis upfront and found both issues, we would have made an informed decision to invest in a new machine instead.
