This guy Chad reaches out and offers me a partial refund of $69.99. Of course I accepted and thanked him. A week goes by, nothing. Then I get an email asking if it's okay to accept a store credit for $100. I say no. I want the cash. That's what you offered. I pointed out that the refund was his idea and that to renege and offer me a store credit was shady. I still haven't received the money.

I have a Canyon Aeroad CF SLX that was frame warranty and needed all components transferred from…read morethe old frame to the new frame. I had the technician come to the house twice and left my $6500 bike in horrible shape. The technician did not have the proper tools, knowledge (of internal Canyon wiring), or support system (could not get hold of his reps). The bike was eventually brought to another shop and the damage is extensive along with a scratched new frame. If you have a basic bike I guess Velofix Orlando can work on it but do not give them your expensive bike. Two and a half months later, I still do not have my bike thanks to Velofix Orlando.

Though I haven't ridden the courses, I really love the inclusivity in terms of age and experience! I've seen little toddlers on the kiddie section (with balance bikes that don't have any pedals, because they're too little! eee!) and older kids and teenagers on the broader loop. I really appreciate how friendly everyone is in that area and though you might think gets would get trampled, it really is very family-friendly. Now I just have to get a mountain bike!

What is this and how does it work you ask? The what - There are various Bike Sharing stations in Orlando, you can find out exactly where when you download the app by typing in "Social bicycles" Once you find out where the nearest bike station is at, you're one step closer to renting out a bike. The how - Everything is done through the app. You create an account that will ask for your information, and monetary means, and you'll be given codes to type onto the keypad located on the bike. It took literally only about 6 minutes to get underway on our bikes. There are several account types to choose from and it ranges from one time use, to monthly. I personally thought the bikes were in great condition, and its such a fun way to spend time with friends and really see Orlando in a different, and healthier way. You can bet I'm definitely using bike share again in the future!
