Based on that information, my children and I arrived around 10:35 PM to do laundry and were completely refused service by the attendant. I understand arriving later in the evening is not ideal, and I even apologized for coming close to closing time. However, as a single working mother, tonight was the only time available for me to get laundry done for my family. What made this even more frustrating was the attendant admitting she did not have to leave until midnight, meaning there was still plenty of time. This is also the second time I've dealt with this issue. Previously, we were allowed to do laundry at a similar time and finished well before midnight without any problems. When I showed the posted hours directly from their website, I was told it was the "wrong website" and that management had changed the hours. Yet their current website and social media still show the same hours. That is misleading to customers and incredibly unprofessional. If your hours or policies have changed, update them publicly instead of turning customers away after they make the trip expecting the posted information to be accurate. Very disappointing experience overall.

Anywho, they have lots of washers and dryers. I came here on Memorial Day (yes, they were open!) and I got 3 washers right away. Big washer was $7.50 (sheesh!) and smaller washer was $4.50. Each washer took 30min or less to run. I also found driers right away. Driers are huge and cost $0.25 for every 10min. I gave it 4 stars because there's not enough seating, washing is expensive (or maybe I'm just blind to how much laundry mats charge nowadays) and the bathroom is dingy. Otherwise it was overall pretty clean (NO bugs/critters), there were plenty of washers and driers available and it was quick. Would recommend this place and will definietely consider coming back if I need to wash a big comforter or something.
