The space was casual and clean - a long narrow room with the bar and kitchen on one side and a mix of seating (booths, 2 and 4 tops) on the other side. Service was okay - server was nice, but a touch slow and the bartender was super friendly. Decent spot to scratch my curry noodle itch after a day of hiking!

I looked back at their menu and it says "a touch of shrimp chili paste" but mine had way more than a touch of it. It actually tasted more like fish sauce than a shrimp chili paste, so it was a bit of a surprise when I tasted it. You also get to chose from Jasmine rice or brown rice with the combo. I assumed that would be what they used to make the fried rice, but I had a side of the Jasmine rice in the same container as the fried rice. I added that with my other Jasmine rice for my curry dish. So that was a pleasant surprise. The combo gives you two vegetable spring rolls and two vegetable dumplings. Those were good. They also included two free crab rangoons in my order, which I appreciated. Those were very good! I'll definitely order those next time. I also ordered the chicken Tom Kha Soup. It was good. They used Beech/brown clamshell mushrooms in it, which was a nice touch. Most other Thai restaurants in the area use button mushrooms and those aren't nearly as good as the Beech mushrooms were. 4 stars on that. So I definitely will give them a try again. I won't try the spicy rice again. Hopefully next time when I order the Beef Panang Curry, that's what I actually end up getting afterall. For now, 3 stars, and I'll update my review after I give them another chance because I do think this restaurant has some promise. I'm hopeful they are able to wow me next time.

Terrible service, rude and unprofessional. Called the first night for take out and it took seven calls for someone to finally answer. Tried it again a week later and no one picked up so I decided to just go in instead. Walked in and and said hi I would like to order take out. The gentleman looked at me and said "sorry can't do it" and points to a busy ding area. Seriously? I have never had this happen so I said "excuse me" and he looks at me and says "yup can't do it" and lets me walk out! Wow! I would never step foot in there again and I will make sure I share this experience with everyone and anyone. Worked out great because it forced me to try Lemon Thai Cuisine in Manchester which has awesome food, excellent service and they pick up the food after the first ring! What a concept! read more

Just found this Thai restaurant using Siri on my iPhone. Come to find out it is down the road from where I live off of Brown Avenue and has just opened 2 weeks ago. The place is a gem! The Thai food menu was quite impressive with photos of each dish taken by the female Thai Chef, and with great descriptions! The male owner ( also the chef's husband) was the host and gave a warm welcome. It has a nice atmosphere and is well decorated. The food was VERY good and what a nice presentation as well. Even the cloth napkins were folded with 3 pockets to accommodate the utensils. My friends and I really enjoyed our meals and will definitely be back again!!!!! read more

I read a couple of bad reviews so I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't the world's greatest but for a local fairly inexpensive place it was quite good and fresh. I think the problem is that the owners try to do most everything themselves and sometimes are short on staff. That's common with many small restaurants, bakeries, ice cream/yogurt shops, etc., so I don't hold that against anyone. Actually it's quite nice meeting the owners. The dining area isn't as nice as some other Asian restaurants but is spacious with plenty of parking. Near the airport so eat here instead of having junk food there at the same price. read more

Rating pad Thai, $15 lunch portion is a lot.. very good, seems mild at first but it hits all flavors that are supposed to be there. Maybe a little dry in a takeout box. I loved the scrambled egg in it, it's so nicely fried, by the time I was done with it I concluded it tasted real good, usually stuff tastes this good when u as a bit of msg but not saying this is the case.. chef's hubby said she likes to make everything taste authentic so maybe this is the real deal.. would recommend! Went in on the 5th say they were open and did a little impromptu tasting menu. Every single bite was delicious and full of unexpectedly deep flavors.
