They were very respectful of our home (wearing shoe covers, cleaning up after they came in) and went above and beyond to make the low voltage wiring work properly. Apparently the company won't stand by their product no matter how deficient it is -- or how expensive. Bay Alarm is pricey, but I figured I would get what I paid for. No such luck. Buyer beware. UPDATE: After multiple false alarms, I had to have my EIGHTH tech visit this week, and of course now I'm being charged for them. The technician told me he is often obliged to clean up problems created by the installation team. I wish I'd chosen just about any other alarm company.
