Dusty came out the next morning and, since it was somewhat urgent, Steve was able to schedule Bruce to come out that afternoon and replace the water heater. He was on time, friendly and thoroughly explained the installed unit. Less than three hours later, the installation was complete. In a previous review (after main valve and toilet replacements) mentioned the many reasons I chose The Plumbing Pros. They include integrity, professional owner and tradesmen, quality workmanship and competitive pricing. They go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied. Not an emergency, just not a "wait until tomorrow" type of situation. I tried calling several plumbers, but they could only come tomorrow... nope. One said they could make it later in the afternoon. However, they called back about 20 minutes later saying they couldn't do it after all. I truly did appreciate them letting me know, so I could try another company. A few more calls, no luck. Then I called SAVE 2DAY PLUMBING. Ben was able to come out on the same day, even a bit earlier than he planned. As a matter of fact, he got here, snaked the drain, and left before he planned to get here!!! Great service, friendly guy, and great value too! I would highly recommend SAVE 2DAY PLUMBING. I hope we don't have anymore drain issues, but if we do... we know who we're calling!

Edited to add - customer service followed up with me via phone call a couple hours after service and yelp review and explained that the wrong selection was coded and I was refunded $185, for a total cost of $395 for the drain unclog. Sadly, that's the…read moreonly good thing to say about the experience. - it took 2+ hours of walking the house to get an accurate quote (every other company took 30-45 minutes) - they charged $100 just for showing up (I had multiple other companies quote the job and they are the only ones that charged other than the initial emergency plumbers I called) - the quote came in 25% higher than every other quote I received. They weren't even close to being in consideration for the job. In my experience, if a company charges for quotes, it's likely because their prices aren't competitive enough to convert those visits into jobs. I received plenty of free quotes that were well under Top Rank's. This appointment was just money down the drain.

If you need an honest, knowledgeable, and fairly priced auto repair shop near Gold River or Rancho Cordova, I'd definitely recommend them. They've worked on my 2017 Ford Transit Connect, 2014 Mercedes GL63, and 2014 BMW X5. They replaced a driver-side CV axle, did oil changes, replaced brake pads and rotors, diagnosed and fixed an A/C and heater blower issue, repaired a trunk/liftgate problem, and also replaced a valve cover and gasket and battery. What stood out to me most was how knowledgeable, honest, and fair Samson and his team were throughout the process. The staff are friendly, the front desk is welcoming, and the customer service has been great. It's hard to find a shop that does quality work at reasonable prices, but 916 Auto Repair has done that for me. Definitely recommended.

My AC Drier was cracked and inoperable since last year. In this region of the Sacramento Valley and Placer County, 916 Auto quote beat 5 shops I contacted in the region and 1 shop even told me it's not worth it and I should get a new car. Bet if my car was a 69 Camaro, they'd do it. Why? Cause its a Classic Camaro. No matter the condition. Some shops don't want to work on Imports. But oh well. Their loss, not mine. I contacted 916 Auto and spoke to Samson to schedule an appointment and he said to come by that very same day. And so I drove from Roseville to Gold River that morning. Samson is honest & to the point. When he pulled my car in, he noticed a coolant leak. Now I didn't notice any leaks in my driveway, as it would seem the Coolant is evaporating or dissipating, but he notice it was getting on my Alternator, by the stains. It turns out, my OEM water pump (factory part since 2003 for this model year in 2004) finally gave out at 262K miles. Who'd ever think a Mazda/Ford part would last this long. This was an unexpected thought as I only had budgeted for the quote. So I called my CFO (Wife) and let her know of the issue. She said get it fixed and she'll adjust other expenses as she knows I need AC for the upcoming summer temps. So I authorized Samson to proceed with the entire job. Now I can't couldn't do any price comparison, but he did give me a discount which still fit in my overall budget. I spent my whole day in their lobby. They have updated their lobby to make it feel more comfortable and less Auto Shop feel. I notice the many people who drop by to have their car service are all happy and are returning customers. From a Dealership oil drain plug that was torqued too tight, to oil changes, brakes, and even a customer who was a bit upset where the Dealership sent the wrong part twice. The Dealership. I spoke to many of them and they all had the same answer when I ask. "What made you come here?" They replied, "Their price can't be beat!". In summary, my AC is now working as it should. Now I only used my AC for 2 whole days It gets cold and it has been awhile since I have felt cold in my aging car of 22 years. With my new water pump installed as well, my car is running smoother overall. Smoother shifts, heater gets warm fast. Almost, now almost like it was in 2004. So, Did I find a new shop for my Project Commuter Car? Yes I sure did. They have gotten a new customer. Up next is my Transmission Gasket & plug. One thing at a time! We interviewed several contractors and Joe with CB Homes matched our communication style and genuine care for the work performed. We planned to move out of our home due to the large scope of the project and needed someone we could trust and rely on without us being inside the house. Joe proved to be reliable and trustworthy. He showed up when he said he would and if he needed to adjust scheduling he communicated clearly and worked with us. He was excellent at managing the many different elements and phases of the project to keep us involved in the key decision making while keeping the project on schedule. Many people told us no way the project would be complete by our 3 month target but we were able to move back home exactly when we planned to. The quality of the work was exceptional and Joe provided us suggestions and recommendations while respecting our unique sense of style. I.E.
