I am very disappointed with recent experience with Day & Night Plumber. I used them several years ago and they were great. This time there were multiple issues. I called them to make an appointment. They didn't show. I had to call again. They came with a faucet replacement that by end of day was broken. They came to take it out. I asked to be refunded for the faulty faucet. That was probably two weeks ago. I've messaged them several times. I had hoped they would come through but they still haven't refunded me for the faulty faucet and there are only so many times I feel I should be messaging them about this. Amazing experience. We just bought a house and discovered a leak in the basement. They came right out same day and accessed the leak. They also checked out sump pump and discovered it wasn't working either. He fixed the leak same day and came back the next day to put a new sump pump in. He explained everything to us in detail and gave us cost effective options to help us because we've already had to spend so much money buying the house and doing repairs. Very professional! A leak developed under my kitchen sink. The team of two plumbers arrived within 1 hour of contact. They identified the problem and worked diligently to correct the multiple leaks. They wore masks throughout their visit and swept up and removed all of the debris when they were done. They replaced the old, faulty faucet with a new one that matched the finishes in my kitchen. Ngura was able to quickly pinpoint a prior issue that hadn't been fixed, and then also figured out a much bigger problem that had been created by shoddy plumbing work in the past. I've never had as great of an experience with any contractor, plumber, handyman, electrician, etc. as we've had with Day & Night. We've had them out to our house at least six times now to help with a flooded basement, low water pressure, a burst pipe, installing all new faucets - pretty much the works. Each time they've shown up on time (if not slightly early), and always knew the best solution without forcing us into unnecessary extras. The cost is always reasonable and the plumbers are responsive and professional. Tawn showed up at our house today within two hours of our call and fixed an issue we've been having with our kitchen sink SO fast. I can't recommend this company enough. read more

Our kitchen sink was clogged and needed to be snaked (we had already tried drano, plunging, and clearing the P trap). Day&Night was the only plumber I saw that offered a free consultation. They came out that same day and successfully snaked the drain. They were quick to respond to my request and the plumber worked efficiently and was professional. That was back in May and so far, so good! Only issue was that the initial quote to snake the drain was a bit high, I think around $350 vs $150-250 range I had gotten from others. When I brought this to their attention they offered a more consistent price; there may have been a misunderstanding with the initial request. read more
