Being next to the high school, I can see it getting busy during their lunch break so they text their order ahead of time since they don't have much time on their break and would probably spend most of it waiting in line to order or waiting for food. They were already busy with somewhat big orders with just a handful of people there. Maybe someday they can advance to an ordering app to make it more efficient. I too would like to just order ahead and not have to wait as long. Maybe I can try the text to order next time. Night time can be very dark with little lighting in this area. Their 2nd location at the brewery is a good setup since people can buy their time looking around at art, listening to music, staying indoors at the brewery or drinking beers while waiting for their food.
