This is the restaurant inside the Waldorf and I ate here multiple times during my stay there. Service was wonderful as expected and the food was decent

Steak presentation amazing, but tasted average considering they specified it as wagyu. It also took 45 minutes for our food to come when we came in when it first opened for dinner. I loved the vibes, our servers, and our table which was next to a large window where you can see the snow. Everything was perfect, but I'd give the food a 6.5/10. Our appetizers and other dish tasted bland as well. Needed more seasoning. Our Brussels sprouts seemed overcooked because it tasted soggy. Steak was stiff for being wagyu. Maybe thats why it took 45 minutes to cook it. Funny thing, I would still come here again since it's the only restaurant in the hotel

Great experience! We had a wonderful experience celebrating our daughter's birthday. The food was fantastic and they treated her so well. We were seated on the outdoor patio on a cool pleasant night in July which was perfect.

5 star food, 4 star service, and 4 star prices. Located in the Waldorf hotel lobby. The dining hours are intermittent but seating is always open at the counter. If you're looking for something that satisfies the little kids I'd suggest the continental breakfast. It provides lots of favorites for a very reasonable price.

We ate breakfast at Powder during our 3-day stay. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the service was impeccable. The french toast, breakfast burrito, and lox bagel were absolutely delicious. It is a must try, if you are staying at the Waldorf. We returned for the fresh ingredients and friendly service. The convenience of being just steps away from your room makes it the perfect choice for a relaxing and delicious meal.

Dined at Powder a few times during our stay at Park City. Gorgeous views of the resort interior, and provided us amplified feelings of coziness especially after having been outside in the chill. Liked their meaty Diver Scallops, as well as the Endive & Radicchio Salad. Favorite main entrées were the Bison Tenderloin and Alaskan Halibut. Great ingredients, great cooking, peaceful setting!

Powder restaurant at Waldorf Astoria in park city is such a great restaurant. Not only is the food amazing, but the service is especially outstanding. Our server, Mauricio was so attentive, gave us all amazing suggestions and took care of my family and I. The service he provided really took the experience to another level. Thank you Mauricio and the powder team! Everyone visiting the area should stop by this cute restaurant with great vibes!

Service was excellent! I was visiting with my family over the Thanksgiving break and we came for breakfast. We had a great spread and sampled so many items and everything was delicious. Mauricio, our server, was the absolute best! He took great care of us, took photos, and even recommended some sightseeing for us to enjoy during our trip. We couldn't be happier with the experience.

Nice breakfast stop before the Arts Festival. Within walking distance from Wyndham. Service was very efficient. I had black tea which they served in a teapot on the table so it stayed nice and warm while I ate. The even had sugar cubes on the table! I got the fruit with granola and honey. I couldn't eat much of it granola due to an almond sensitivity, but the fruit was fresh and delicious!! My husband had grapefruit juice to drink and buttermilk pancakes. The pancakes had a chai type butter on top which he said was great! Syrup was good too, although he doesn't tend to use very much.

This my first time at Powder. I'm not staying at the Waldorf however we are right across the street. I want to start off by saying the restaurant is very cozy and the view is amazing. You get to look at the snow and the pool from your table. I love the healthy options they have available. They have very very health conscious options from smoothies with protein to the green smoothie with kale. I actually tried the green smoothie which was so tasty. It has ginger as well. For my meal I chose the Astoria and love the fact that they had a chicken sausage option because I don't eat pork. The food was good, nice presentation and flavorful. A little disappointed in the service. I needed a few condiments and a drink refill the waiter just isn't very attentive. I had to ask for everything. Definitely a option to try. Maybe they were just having. A busy day. I would definitely come back.

This is the other half of the Ruben after we sent it back to cook, still too stringy with super fatty meat. 1/5

Do NOT get their Ruben sandwich! I normally love Ruben's but my wife's came out with what looked like raw, stringy, fatty, undercooked meat on it. My buffalo chili was sub-par at best and for $23 for a single bowl it was a terrible choice too. Hard to get a reservation and yet the food was terrible. So disappointing. The Korean style wings were good, but $24 for 6 wings?

This review is specifically for the Thanksgiving dinner buffet. I initially tried to get a (main dining room) reservation several weeks before Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, I contacted them too late as there weren't any open seats. FFWD a couple weeks to a day or two before Thanksgiving -- I get a call from the restaurant; turns out some seats opened up in the main dining room--score! Main dining room (center section): Exquisite, great ambiance/views Overflow area: not nearly as nice -- rather bland compared to the main dining room. (I personally wouldn't want to sit here, esp not at this price point...) Food: options were pretty good but far from great. For $125/pp, I was simply expecting a little more... (non-alcoholic drinks NOT included) Looking to splurge? Why not! Would I do it again? Prob not

The Utah elk with huckleberry jam was a standout, such a unique and well-balanced combination. The elk ragu was also amazing, super rich and full of flavor. I loved that they source locally. It really shows and makes the whole meal feel even more special. The presentation of each plate was beautiful. You can tell a lot of care goes into the food, and everything felt intentional and well seasoned. I also really appreciated how they handled dietary needs. The menu clearly labels gluten-free and dairy-free options, which made it easy to navigate without any guesswork. Our waitress was attentive and gave great recommendations throughout the night. Even though it's located in a strip mall, don't let that deter you. The interior has a modern, elevated feel, and the easy parking is honestly a huge bonus. We ended with the strawberry apple tart and the brownie sundae, and both were fantastic.

Thankfully we made reservation and were seated right away. The two of us shared the creamy Baked Brie for appetizer which was pretty good. Hubby got the Double Wide Pork Chop, and I opted for the Colorado Bison Bavette. Very nice presentation on the entrees but too salty. We found the saltiness overwhelmed the flavor on both dishes.

Maybe I was extra hungry from boarding (I didn't feel extra hungry) or maybe I had on vacation goggles...but this is one of my favorite meals I've had. We split the elk crepe, squash salad, and beef cheek bourguignon. It was the perfect amount of food to split between two people and it was all so so delicious. The elk reminded me of boudin (one of my favorite dishes) and the bourguignon was fantastic. It was served over mashed potatoes and used oyster mushrooms. Really inspiring. We were so perfectly full after dinner we didn't even get dessert. But if a crème brûlée had been on the menu I wouldn't have been able to say no. Seriously if you're in Park City I can't imagine a better meal. Everything and three drinks cost ~$150 and my boyfriend and I felt like we made out like robbers.

In terms of attire, it's a mixed bag as with other places here.. we were pretty casual but some were dressed up a bit more. Our server was wonderful, and the food and drink was phenomenal. This was, hands down, the best meal we had in Park City. We started with cocktails. The gin cocktail I had was the perfect combination of floral and citrus and left me wanting more. My husband enjoyed his as well. The wine menu here is insanely overpriced, so next time I'd ask the corkage fee to consider bringing our own bottle. They brought out a bread that was cooked with a Japanese seasoning on it and a side of butter, and it was delicious. The bison was the best thing we ate; incredibly tender and cooked to perfection, if we lived here we would be back often for this. The elk was very good as well, with fresh herbs that helped bring out the flavor. Can't go wrong with either of these dishes but the bison was the star to us. My daughter ordered the kids pasta with butter and parm, and my son ordered the kids chicken fingers which came with potato wedges. Both were a good portion for children. For the sides, we ordered the Japanese sweet potatoes and the fried rice. The sweet potatoes were something different and were tasty but not our favorite or something we would order again. The fried rice with egg was delicious; it was full of sliced garlic and amazingly seasoned, we could not help but finish it all. At the time of the check, our server offered cotton candy for the kids. It was very flavorful and soft. It was a nice finishing touch. We'll definitely be booking this restaurant for our next trip to Park City.

The spicy tuna on top was really flavorful and well balanced, bringing just the right amount of heat without overpowering the dish. The miso soup was also a pleasant surprise -- the portion size was generous and perfect for sharing. It was warm, comforting, and a great start to the meal. We also ordered the karaage. Unfortunately, this was the weakest dish for me. The chicken itself didn't have much flavor, and if it weren't for the dipping sauce it would have been quite bland. It was also made with dark meat, which I'm personally not a big fan of. The hamachi nigiri was fantastic. The fish tasted incredibly fresh and clean, and the simplicity of the dish really let the quality of the hamachi shine. Another standout was the Wasatch roll -- a true dynamite roll with lots of flavor and fresh hamachi. Every bite had great texture and balance. To end the meal, everyone was given a small bowl of cotton candy, which was a fun and unexpected touch. I hadn't had cotton candy in years, and it was a playful way to finish the night. Overall, there were some great highlights, especially the sushi and fresh fish, and the experience had a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.

The service here was fine.. nothing noteworthy. We ordered cocktails, but did not care for them. The duck was unique, but it was a very small portion of meat. This meal is mostly bread and veggies in sauce with small pieces of duck (think pulled pork). The Cacio e Pepe was shockingly expensive and insulting for this pasta dish. For that price we were expecting a large dish with a wow factor, but it actually lacked flavor. For parents with children, I will also note that this is not a convenient place to come with small children. If you want to go to the restroom you need to leave the restaurant and go outside and across a hall to a more public restroom (it was clean), which is less than convenient with little kids. They don't have a kids menu either, it's just verbal, but they did have a few basic options (my kids had pasta).
