My husband and I started our own business and needed to print stationary, such as letterheads, envelopes, business cards, flyers, and other marketing materials. We went this printing company because we have always seen the shop before it even relocated to a new, much bigger place. Everyone we have encountered (from the receptionist to the production manager, to the designer, to the owner,) has been so patient and understanding with the fact that we had to change our logo 100 times, layout of the letterhead and business cards, and other materials. They have been extremely helpful every step of the way, from the logo design to selection of the paper for each marketing product, to providing us with many different bids for each product and paper quality and quantity we were considering. (We did contact other printing companies and none of them were as competitive in price and as accommodating in the customer service). It literally took us months to decide on the final versions and the final bid, but when we finally did, we were ecstatic as the final product was nothing but the most professionally and beautifully designed, having the best quality of paper and the most competitive price! I just wanted to share the great experience I had with this printing company. We had a trade show couple of weeks ago and as usual we were not prepared for it!! I found their ad in yelp and stopped by day2day printing office to order 5K postcards, 2K flyers, 2 banners and 8 sets of 500 business cards. I asked their CSR lady if we could get all of these done in 4 days. i was super happy when she confirmed with her boss and said yes, but also I was worried about quality since it was my first time using their services!! Honestly, I was a little skeptical about it since the price was much lower than what we used to pay to our usual printer. 3 days later she called me and said the job is ready for pick up tomorrow. So, I go there the next day to pick up the stuff and when I opened the boxes, I was really impressed by the printing quality of the printed images.... I needed some new business cards for my own knitting business. I was worried that I wouldn't find the right design for my card. But, I was wrong. Day2Day Printing offered tons of free designs. You could either search for an image or choose one of their categories. I chose the Miscellaneous category. Then I chose their popular designs and found the perfect backdrop. Then I was able to design the front/back of the card by typing in all of the information and changing fonts, colors, etc. It was a lot of fun designing my business card. Day2Day Printing made it easy for me to complete my card and it didn't take too long either. They offered a lot of layouts as well. Our business has been producing direct mail catalogs for over 20 years and we usually print in the mid-west, but not anymore! Since finding Day 2 Day Printing we couldn't be happier.
