Daybreak is always super fast service. The food is basic and cheap, amazing for on the go or if you need to feed a lot of people. looks like a little old house converted into a diner, open early and closes in the afternoon. There is a drive thru window also!

The food is affordable and good. It's not amazing, blow your mind food, but it's yummy and tastes homemade. The price is unbearable too. I got All American this year.

I am perplexed by the prices offered at Daybreak. Is it the best food in the world? no. But for the price of what you get, it is pretty darn good. We were in and out less than 45 minutes during the lunch rush. There is nothing exceptional about the atmosphere service, but they get you in and out quickly and affordably. This is a great place for a quick and cheap lunch.

It's quite earthy, maybe a little rustic inside. You get the feeling the owner is a deer hunter, don't you? Nothing fancy but clean.

Do not judge a book by its cover. It's not in the very best part of Fort Worth, down the street from some very, very expensive Real Estate but it's in sort of an INDUSTRIAL location. Open seven days a week from 5 AM to 4 PM, this is your fabulous place for huevos-rancheros in the morning! The coffee is extremely good, very dark and rich like I like it, something you don't find in every restaurant restaurant these days. The service is quick, polite, and the food is homemade-- fresh, genuine Mexican! The corn tortillas come out of the oven popping hot, and the food is served in generous portions. Two beautifully fried eggs, fantastic, homemade refried beans, a lot of cilantro, onion, and green salad. It comes with home fried potatoes, but I just prefer to double down on those refried beans! No extra charge! It's my new go to the spot for my Mexican food fix, especially when I get up early before most restaurants are open! They let me bring my well-behaved dog in the restaurant on a leash, and she sat at my feet while I had a fabulous meal. Highly recommended! Five stars is deserved here. (Actually it should probably be 4.9 stars... My only criticism is that the Men's restroom has an abrupt and steep step-down that's not expected. There is a sign about that on the door. But if you don't see the sign, you could go falling headfirst into a toilet. Just watch out for that and you're gonna be fine!)

Underwhelming, No Flavor Salsa and Stale Chips. Lol.

Dirty little hole in the wall with cheap food and a Mexican Waitress who spoke English with no accent. Are you impressed already? Lol. Daybreak is popular because, of their portions, prices and service. My family and Church friends come here. You have try this place at least once.

This is the best place to go for breakfast!! My sister and brother in law know the owners and dine here often. If it wasn't for them i would have continued to drive by without realizing that it's a cafe! It's very small and always busy. There is seating in the front and back of the restaurant. Everyone is very nice and attentive. The chips and salsa are so good. And the chilaquiles is my favorite breakfast item. But what will keep me coming back are the prices. You can't find prices like this anywhere!

My Yelp friends helped me out in a pinch. We had intended to visit another spot for breakfast and they had a two hour wait (no can do). So I trusted yelp to find us breakfast in the area . I called they said "no wait" Glad we had a chance to eat here. Not only is this place super easy on the budget , but the food was very good too. I've never had free chips and salsa with breakfast but it was a welcome surprise because we were hungry. Fairly quick service . The only thing is this is not a new pristine building. So if that's really important, this might not be for you. But if you like cheap breakfast that tasty, you can't go wrong ! .

Initially, wait person not very friendly. Not busy. French toast breakfast was good and cooked to order. It was warm inside the restaurant. May have been hot coffee!-)

We come here Every. Weekend. It's that good and crazy reasonable prices. You can get breakfast or lunch anytime. This is beef enchiladas and chicken tostadas, sooo good. Also I get my favorite French Toast here. Delightful employees and Mario the owner knows everyone. Fave place.

Apparently I came here 4 years ago and it wasn't bad, but this time had a completely different experience yesterday. This place is very small and easy to overlook due to where it's at. I got a sandwich and 3 different breakfast tacos and while the sandwich wasn't too bad, the tacos were terrible. The salsa that came with it was kinda lacking as well. The other issue with this whole waiting for my food (really quick and cheap...1 sandwich a 3 tacos were only $6 after tax), I had to step on a roach running around the floor and with how old the building is, what's in the surrounding buildings, and how cluttered they are, wouldn't surprise me if more roaches all over in the back. At least the guy taking orders and everything was polite

We shared a bottle of California Sauvignon Blanc to accompany the Ceviche Tatemado followed by the Tacos de Barbacoa which is the Tuesday lunch special. Both the ceviche and barbacoa tacos were just so enjoyable. The striped bass and octopus ceviche here is a unique preparation that sings in the tangy lime and Serrano vinaigrette in which it is prepared. The barbacoa is so flavorful and tender; and the thin, house made flour tortilla is fried crispy on the flat top before being filled. So good.

But we always hear people talk about how great Joe T's is so we thought maybe we just an isolated bad experience 15 years ago. But this time, it was even worse. Maybe people don't speak unfavorably out of fear of being shamed for not praising this "institution"? We arrived on a Wednesday at 5:30 so fortunately our unpleasant experience was not further worsened with a wait. The patio is still very beautiful and umbrellas were positioned to provide ample shade. But the fly situation was very annoying and could probably be helped with the spinning devices on tables or fans spread throughout the patios. The beauty of the patio doesn't compensate enough to endure the flies. The service started out good with waters, chips/salsa brought instantly. But within 15 minutes the service rapidly declined as more customers were seated. It was very tedious to the point of annoying to get refills on our drinks. Literally within 2-3 minutes of ordering we asked our waitress to switch one of the fajita orders from chicken to beef. She initially said "oh I'm sorry but I JUST put the order in". We looked puzzled and said "ok then it shouldn't be a problem changing it?" She went on to explain that she would add the beef to our table and just switch the chicken order to another table next to us who ordered chicken that she had not put in yet. All of that sounded very bizarre but the food was correct when it was delivered our table. At the time the plates were brought we requested a side of sour cream but it didn't come. After 5-10 minutes we spotted our server and requested it from her. But we still never got the sour cream. As I was paying the tab my daughter noticed that we were charged for an extra chicken fajita. So even though the server got the beef fajita added right after we ordered, she didn't take the chicken off the bill. She adjusted it once we pointed out the error. The food was the biggest disappointment out of all of it. I will always give grace to sub par service or atmosphere if the food is great. I say this with the utmost sincerity, I've had more flavorful beef and chicken at Chipotle. The chicken was so dry and served in big chunks which made it even tougher to chew. I seriously could not detect a hint of any seasoning, not even salt. It was very hot but not like the traditional sizzling fajita hot, more like it had been sitting in a heating pan or under heat lamps. For way too long. The beef was a tad bit easier to chew than the chicken but just as bland. The queso that we ordered tasted like canned cheese sauce watered down with chicken or vegetable broth and a tablespoon of pico added. The portion sizes of the entrees, the tortillas, the pico, the guacamole were all very generous. It's just a shame that it doesn't taste good.

The staff is friendly enough, but you don't really interact with them much since it's all pretty much self service after you go to the counter. The drink station has cane sugar based sodas; it's a bit heavy on the foam, but otherwise good. We opted for the birria pizza, a couple of cups of pozole, and a side of elote. Everything was solid. The elote was good, not great, but the pozole really hit the spot given how cold it was outside. The birria pizza is what blew me away, though.
