    Green chilaquiles

The food was okay and the menu is limited. I went on a Saturday around 1pm and they offered aguas frescas but then they said they were out of it. I got the traditional green chilaquiles and the tortillas were crispy but the salsa lacked flavor a bit. Also I went with a friend and when it came time to pay they asked if we wanted to split the bill and we said yes but they ended up charging her for the whole thing which is inconvenient bc then I had to send her money. Overall the place is pretty and aesthetically pleasing but the food sorta lacks.

Tried this place for the first time and it was delicious! I ordered the Chilaquiles Divorciados and they were so delicious.

I will start by saying the food is really good but this place has lots of potential. There are some things that I think would be great improving. To start off the plates cups for coffee are so beautiful, I love that they opted for traditional servware. However I don't understand why there is plastic silverware. I don't think that fits into the aesthetic and just seems off. In addition the wait time is absurd. It would be great to have a system where you can join the waitlist or make reservations to avoid having to wait so long. Overall the food is very good and have no complaints on the quality of menu items.

I tried this place today for brunch with my family. My daughter picked this place because a great past experience with a friend. This place is GREAT! The food was delicious and well presented, the service was prompt and friendly. Decor is beautiful and plates and bowls are all beautiful authentic mexican pottery. We ordered chilaquiles and menudo. OMG! I will tell all my friends about this pl

Food was amazing and did not taste Tex Mex at all, portions as you can see are huge and they have great agua frescas and coffee. Breakfast time does get busy so keep that in mind but service was great

My husband found this place when shopping for records across the street and hasn't stopped talking about it since then, so we got up early this Sunday morning and headed over there to try to beat the crowds. What a wonderful, welcoming restaurant! I hadn't read any of the Yelp comments before we went, but my goodness aren't you people in need of a reality check? We walked in and were greeted and we were early enough to not have a wait. While we stood there waiting to order, I read their sign that basically let's you know that there may be tables available, but they will fill them according to the number of servers/staff available at the time. (I feel like the ones complaining would take the tables if offered and then complain because service was slow.) Once we were seated, we were checked on regularly and our service was impeccable. The food was delicious! Hubby is hooked on their chilaquilles and I had the chorizo con huevos and they were delicious. I wasn't crazy about the potatoes, but I'm that way most places with breakfast potatoes. (For the ones complaining about not having chips so you could eat the beans? They do provide these new things called forks and spoons.) Bottom line. Put on your patient pants on and go enjoy this delicious food, wonderful coffee, and their sweet employees!

The manager is rude and hung up on me over trying to order food to go. I have been a customer for nearly a year. She tried to over charge me and after trying to explain that every other time, which is once a week I order from this place has been an amount less for an order of chilaquiles Verdes, and I have a every charge on my bank statement showing the less amount. Highly unprofessional.

I finally got to try this place, and honestly it did not disappoint. Cafe de holla was amazing, aguas frescas delicious. We got Pancakes, chorizo/eggs and flautas plate food was so good specially with the salsa they give you. Service was really good girls had big smiles, very friendly and attentive. I'm so glad I came to give them a try and not just go based on the bad reviews. This place is cute, authentic and clean. People want this place to be like a chain restaurant and you have to understand it's not, be patient the place is very small and only couple girls working.

    Cafe de olla

Figured I would go by to try this place out. The food was good and service was attentive. But the cafe de olla was delicioso.

Beans could've been eaten, but they DON'T let you have chips. Their chips are only used for their chilaquiles! Worst effing answer EVER

I consider myself a fair and honest reviewer. My husband and I love food and are always willing to try new places. However, this place did not do it for us. Let's start with the 50 minute to get seated. (Mind you there was about 6 tables avail 20 mins into waiting, yet they had us wait the entire 50 mins, only to sit at a table that had been avail 30 mins ago - yes it was empty for that long). Then we had to order our food at the front counter and then sat down in very uncomfortable seats with no cushion. Waited another 30 mins for our food. I ordered the Chilaquiles divorciados and hubby ordered the birriaquiles. I will hand it to them the red chilaquiles were good. The green ones not so much. My hubby's birria was flavorless. Cafe de olla was tasty. Towards the end of my meal I had some beans left over and asked for some chips, so I can scoop them up. The waitress straight out said, her words exactly, "No, we don't do that, our chips are just for the chilaquiles." I was in awe of her response! 1ST AND LAST TIME ! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE

I'm not sure of the folks at Cherry are aware, but one of the resident physicians at a nearby hospital gets their ground coffee from Cherry to share with other residents. Cherry practically caffeinates a good number of the residents there. The coffee is always good and you can smell from across the hallway when someone gets a cup of Cherry. That's at least my first experience with Cherry. Walking in it was fully packed. There was a bit of a wait. Not too bad. I ordered the Very Cherry Matcha. It comes beautifully layered with matcha on the top, milk in the middle, and cherry syrup on the bottom. The taste is also of the same quality! After you mix it all up, there's a good balanced matcha flavor that has just the right amount of sweetness. In the future, the only personal change I'd make is probably get it with lite ice. Otherwise, it was a great drink to enjoy on a beautiful day. The last thing I'd like to note is that their coffee beans are great quality. I didn't get the coffee during the visit. Though, if the folks at Cherry don't already know, the resident doctors at a nearby hospital are practically fueled by Cherry on a daily basis. Can't recommend enough!

At the same time, my alcohol tolerance is horrible and I just would not have been able to handle any wine or other drink with alcohol. Thus, I could not enjoy the specialties of this establishment. There was a sizeable chicken breast. Not dry but also not too flavorful by itself but that's okay. The pesto really delivered on the flavor with a savory, nutty, and slightly herbal flavor. Charcuterie & wine is available but I haven't ordered any of those. A fun atmosphere, along the wall are built in seats with chairs on the opposite end of the table. Other seating includes table with benches (beware you can't move the benches to get in & out, if I'm wrong I apologize), then some a few tables with chairs by the windows, on the other side they do have benches facing each other with tables in between (great for groups!), & beautiful outdoor patio seating. They have a small upstairs with chairs & use wine barrels as tables. Clever! Customer service is okay, let me say that every person there has been extremely pleasant but out of the four times I've been there, only once I didn't have an issue. They seem to enough their jobs & working together, which is a green flag for any place, but sometimes they get distracted. One time I stood there & staff was chatting in the corner, a good amount of time passed before anyone noticed me. Another time, they just forgot my drink (it was the only thing in my order) & there were no other order left... the group was again chatting away with with each other, then during another visit they forgot my croissant. Each time they did apologize, but three out of four times aren't good odds. I probably won't frequent this location as much, but I will stop by once in awhile because their drinks are worth it.
