A few months ago, I had the opportunity to tour a school for my daughter. Although we ultimately decided not to enroll her there, I wanted to share some observations that left a lasting impression on me. First and foremost, I was impressed by the professionalism of the front office staff, particularly Diana. She was attentive, friendly, and readily answered all my questions, which made the initial experience very positive. The school's environment is lovely, with beautiful greenery and well-maintained gardens. During the tour, I had the chance to visit all the classrooms, and I noticed that they were organized and well-kept--definitely one of the better-maintained schools I have visited recently. I also observed the teachers in their classrooms interacting with the students. For instance, in Room 1, the teacher had a lively energy that resonated well with her students, who were all actively engaged and enjoying a fun dance party. However, I did have some concerns regarding the approach of the 2-year-old teacher. I noticed she was pretty loud, and I could hear her raising her voice through the door. When I entered, she stopped, but a crying child was still present. It struck me that her demeanor felt a bit harsh, lacking the warmth and comfort I would hope to see in a teacher for such young children. At a particular moment, I witnessed a child who had just tripped and ran to seek comfort from the teacher, but unfortunately, it seemed that reassurance was not provided. On a positive note, I observed the nursery classroom, which appeared nurturing and attentive. The babies seemed happy and content in that environment. Additionally, the pre-K teacher created a calming atmosphere as soon as you entered the room. The children were engaged in various activities, accompanied by soothing music, and there was a palpable sense of joy and interaction among the kids, indicating effective classroom management. Overall, the school had some standout aspects, but there were also areas where I believe teacher interactions could be improved, especially for the youngest age groups. read more

Love this school and the staff. Moving from out of state several years ago I was tasked with finding a place that I trusted leaving my babies. All three of my children attended Daysprings. There was always open communication and just a feeling of relief knowing that my children were being cared for in a Christian environment. We've made so many friends here over the years and it was bittersweet when my children aged out of Daysprings. Definitely recommend. read more

My son has been in this school since he was 15 months old and he is almost 5 now. This place has been a blessing. We are sad to leave this place. They have taught my son morals, values, and beliefs helping build a great foundation for our son's continuous growth and development. For parents that are looking for the best daycare for your kids, this is a place to help your child mature but you'll need to be consistent by also doing it at home. I will always recommend this place to anyone. We've worked with almost all the teachers and they've been just one of the most genuine people I've ever met. I love the gifts they give parents on special occasions. We have kept every single one of them. From the Rhyner, thank you so much to all the teachers and staff. As a military family, you have been a great support system for my husband and I to still able to go to work even through a pandemic without worrying about our son's well-being. Hi our children Faith, Joy and Elijah have been going to Daysprings for 4 years and they have always loved the staff and enjoyed the other children who attended there as well. We have since moved to another state and I have not come across anything as wonderful as them since being here. we sincerely miss everyone there and the ones who are no longer there. Its a great place for children to learn and grow. The fact that they drop off the children and also pick them up from school is a real blessing, just try going somewhere else where that is not an option and you will definitely see the difference of how much of a true blessing it can really be. Well my infant/toddler daughter has been enrolled here for a year. The staff are wonderful and very attentive to the needs of the child. I feel like there is good communication structure. Kelly Wade is the director, and she is so genuine and caring. The grounds are neat, clean and have a creative atmosphere for young minds to explore. It seems out of place in this neighborhood for this gem. But this safe environment can exist wherever love, care and education are put first! read more

I love this place! My nephew went here from when he was a newborn up until he was about 4 or 5 and I've always loved that he went here. ALL of the staff are so friendly and nice. Now, my 11 month old daughter is going here and she loves it. They provide meal time and snacks and the only thing you have to supply for them is diapers, 1 crib sheet and 1 blanket to stay in the child's crib. Friday's they have water play and all the babies get along so well. I lived all the way in City Heights and came back just for my daughter could go to this daycare. read more

My children have been enrolled at Dayspring for about a year and a half now, and they have been great. Their teachers have always been so nice and accommodating, and both of my children have definitely benefit from socializing with other children and the curriculum. In addition, they are always setting up these fun events for the children and parents, especially over Christmas, seeing as how this is a Christian school and whatnot. I couldn't be more satisfied with what our family has experienced during our time as a Dayspring family, my chief regret being that one of my kids will be aging out soon and have to go to a different school. read more

I don't normally write reviews, but Dayspring deserves one. My boys have been coming here for just over 6 years. They started out as babies and now my elementary schooler comes for the summer program. I can't say enough about the teachers. They are loving, compassionate and patient. My boys are happy, smart, polite and they LOVE Dayspring. My 6 year old wanted me to call out how fun the summer program is. He swims twice a week, does karate lessons, hikes, ice skates and more. He comes home exhausted... it's awesome. The staff is what makes this place so special. My children have been going here for years. My childrens ages are 14,5,and 5 months. I am glad to have found this place. And im happy to see over the years the level of caring has only increased. The people are genuinely concerned about our children. They include a hearty breakfast and van service. When most places are giving you less for more cost this place has remained constant for my budget! read more

I was lucky enough to find Dayspring Christian Learning Center 7 years ago when my daughter was born. As a working mom it was important to me to find a daycare with caring staff and a Christian curriculum that followed our beliefs as a family. I found both at Dayspring. I have 2 girls and both have been cared for at Dayspring. The teachers enjoy being with kids, and they are creative and funny. My girls love attending which makes me happy and I know they are in a safe and caring environment. I would definitely recommend Dayspring Christian Learning Center to anyone looking for a partner in raising their children. read more
