I would not recommend this dentist, N Nguyen, to anyone. My son has had several horrible experiences with her. I do not think that she read all the forms that he filled out before the surgery because she was asking him so many questions that he already answered on the forms. The surgery took longer than expected and he did not leave with teeth. He had all his teeth pulled and implants inserted but no dentures - which really upset him! Do you know the feeling of having no teeth, your lips sink into your face and you feel so awful! A few days after the surgery his gum split open and she blamed him for not being careful and then she took a tool like a credit card and scraped his sore gums. It hurt so bad that he nearly jumped out of the dentist chair. I drove him home as he groaned in pain! He was hurt so bad that he seems to have PTSD just considering going back to her! She was rough with him as if she enjoyed to torture him! It took months for his mouth to heal and his dentures are way too big for his mouth! They look like horses teeth! He can only wear them for a few hours before they hurt so bad, he has to take them out. He cannot bite down on anything as the top teeth pop out. I think that her equipment is old and out dated so it is impossible to get accurate measurements so the lab can make them fit properly. I want him to go back but he will not! It cost $22,000.00! After receiving several texts with offers for different specials, I consented to a consultation. I called the morning of and asked if there was a charge for the consultation. The receptionist said "no." I live far away so I wanted to double check. When I got there the woman behind the desk said it would be $125 for the consultation. I feel this is a bait and switch. Please be aware of their unethical tactics. I had gone once over a year ago for a consultation on something else, so the woman said this time there would be a charge. worst dentist experience ever. -dentist didn't speak english at all - required a translator -total money-grab feel - tried to convince me to fill several cavities and redo 1/2 my root canals. my bs meter went to 10! -asked me to go to front and check out before actually cleaning my teeth (i scheduled for teeth cleaning and checkup) -refused to give me usable copy of my x-rays even though earlier i was told they could -teeth cleaning and polishing felt rushed and hygienist repeatedly polished my gums! my gums don't need polishing! i never had that experience before. assistant hygienist was clueless and kept locking the sucker on my tongue. my teeth didn't "feel" polished smooth afterwards like they always have in the past. worst dentist experience ever. i've seen almost a dozen dentists, some for over a decade, and this was by far the worst dentist i have ever been to by huge margin. my advice: avoid, and find a caring dentist that cares about patients' teeth more than patients' money read more

I uploaded the outrageously overpriced quote Dazzling Smile Dental Group gave me after my x-ray and initial exam to verify what I am saying is accurate. Dazzling Smile Dental was my selected HMO dental office and refused to provide the basic cleaning covered by my insurance after I said I would not pay for their recommended cleaning of $1562. The only cleaning they would provide was if I did their $1562 cleaning treatment. How HMO dental insurance works is that you can only have one dentist assigned to you for that month. I initially had my first appointment scheduled in November and the office had to push my appointment back to December. Now that is is December and Dazzling Smile Dental won't provide my teeth cleaning this month, I don't get my paid for insurance visit for the year. It wouldn't be a big deal if it wasn't December where I could still get a cleaning for this year next month or had they not pushed back the appointment a month. They tried charging me $380 for "Gingiral Irrigation." This is glorified Listerine and 3x-4x the price most other places. Everything on this bill is 3.5x-4x the amount any honest dentist would provide you. This office isn't open on Fridays which makes sense why they don't work 5 days a week. Why work 5 days a week when you can charge people 4x the amount and honest dentist would. read more

He also allowed me to hold a mirror and watch his work as I thought was quite interesting. He explained what he was doing and his findings. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming as well! I made an apt. about a month ago and they said they would charge me $100 even with my insurance. I ignored this and still made the apt. Two days before the apt which I had been waiting patiently for even though I really had to go in, I call my insurance to see what my benefits were. My insurance said I have an unlimited amount of x rays and that I did not have to pay $100. I didn't want to write a review, but after thinking all day about this morning's appointment, I've decided to warn other potential patients. I made an appointment for a routine cleaning. I'm the type of person who religiously gets a cleaning every 6 months. But due to a switch over in insurance, this cleaning was a year since my last. I felt desperate for this appointment. It's too bad I left WITHOUT any cleaning whatsoever! My HMO assigned me to Dr. Zeitoune, so I didn't have much of a choice. I read all of these 1-star reviews before going in and made a mental note to be vigilant if he made the same suggestions to me. Think you can guess what happened? I was poked and prodded next to each tooth over and over again until my mouth filled with blood. I had literal tears leaking out of the corners of my eyes. So unpleasant. The dental assistant was not using the suction tool since he had her take notes, so I had to lay with blood pooling in my mouth. After that fiasco, he told me that I had moderate to severe periodontitis and the only thing that will help is a deep cleaning. He said it wouldn't do any good to have a normal cleaning. I told him I was aware of his reviews and that I would need a second opinion. It seems strange that I visited my last dentist at least twice a year for the past 15 years, and he never once mentioned any kind of gum disease. Dr. Zeitoune implied that all these negative reviewers got second opinions that all supported his findings. I'm not ok with his use of fear tactics to sucker people into paying for superfluous dental care, which isn't even covered by insurance. It's also worth mentioning that he was so rough, I left the appointment with a fat lip. I will say that the receptionist Tracy is such a kind person, and she is the only reason I would even consider going back (but I won't). read more

I've been going to Dr. George for about 10 years now. Dr. George is a funny and yet professional guy who is skilled and very detail oriented, which I love. If I've been slacking on my flossing, he could tell. It's great to have a dentist with a "No BS" attitude because he tells it to me straight. And in the end, I'm the one who is going to have to live with this set of gums and teeth so I better take care of them right? If you care about your dental hygiene and health, he is your guy. If your mouth is a total mess, he will tell you but he will also work with you and help you too. I started with an unhealthy mouth but consistently followed instructions and techniques Dr. George provided and I know my mouth is immaculate and I owe it all to Dr. George (...and a little credit goes towards my willingness to keep up with my daily regiment)! Right before going to Dazzling Smiles Dental, my dental history involved not going to a dentist for probably 6 years, going to 1 in Bixby Knolls who gave me an amalgam filling that fused two of my teeth together, then on my own I discovered a giant hole in a molar 2 months later. I wasn't fond of going to the dentist and at that point I wasn't going back to that guy. My problem was I HAD to go to a dentist again...So in the beginning, I went to Dr. George after a recommendation from a coworker because it was convenient and close to work. Now that I live and work 45 minutes away, I still make an effort to drive from far away because having someone who cares about your health like Dr. George does is worth the drive. Of course my first visit with Dr. George wasn't the most pleasant. My gums were a bloody mess and I had a huge hole in my molar. Dr. George explained to me the importance of proper care for my gums and teeth and told me the truth about my huge cavity. He told me that he would attempt to save the tooth but there could be a chance that my root wouldn't survive since my cavity was so deep. I chose to give saving it a stab and it worked. Dr. George was professional but also tried to crack some lighthearted jokes to keep me comfortable throughout my procedures. With Dr. George's help, I avoided a root canal so I thanked my lucky stars and decided that I would make an effort to practice good dental hygiene. I've had additional fillings done and I'm very happy with them. Dr. George is also very good at cosmetic work. I has some calcification on my front teeth since they grew in when I got my adult teeth and he matched up the color perfectly and covered up the streaks. A different dentist looked at the same X-rays/pictures and disagreed entirely.
